My eyesight is vitally important as a photographer for the many genres I cover. My advisor at LensCrafters was informative and friendly, plus offered an attractive competitive price. The fact that they have the capability to grind the lenses in-house for ready delivery in a matter of hours instead of waiting for days or weeks was important to me. Highly recommended.

From the moment you enter the place, they are The Store Manager is kind, polite and shows interest in pleasing you. Despite wearing the mask, you can perceive her smile.The service is much more than fast, the lenses are delivered in less time than expected. My experience at Len’s Crafters exceeded expectations and was definitely an improvement over visits to competitor eye glasses retailers in previous years. Amy, my salesperson, was truly exceptional. She was pleasant, patient and very professional. The new frames were adjusted perfectly by Amy so there is no movement or discomfort whatsoever when I’m wearing my new glasses. Going over and beyond, Amy even adjusted my old reading glasses so they fit better. I’m happy to highly recommend this Lens Crafters store.

This place has some great customer service. We bought my daughter some prescription glasses a few months ago and I guess the lab did not tighten the screws all the way so they fell of after a few days (four). We took them back and feed them right this time.

First off, it was great service. Very attentive, patient and knowledgable staff. The store and products are also kept clean, which in the current climate, is much appreciated.

LensCrafters associate, Amy provided excellent customer service, I needed to upgrade my transitions grey lenses to XA transitions grey lenses. She made the change and submitted the order for the new lenses, took about 20 minutes. Awesome!!

Had a great selection of glasses and were able to get my prescription glasses ready in one hour. Was greeted right away and was given a quick tour of the place. I was browsing the store for a while until Marcela came by to help and she was very helpful. She really listened to what type of glasses I needed, and found me a pair that fit my criteria but also modern and beautiful. Shes a great stylist and am very happy with my new glasses!

Javier did a thorough examination of my glasses and took them to a long-time tech in the lab. Together they determined that the right lens had a defect inside revealed when I washed them. Javier and I had a nice discussion about it. Theyre replacing the lens free!

Hi. i just want to start by saying, OMG! this store is nicely organized. when i walked in was greeted by this lady, i think her name was maricela. she asked me a few questions about the need of glasses etc. she did point me in the right directions of frames/ styles. she took my measurements and boom that was it. it was very easy process and a very knowledgeable lady to help me. i am a very outdoorsy person and i ended going with the costa sports glasses with the blueish shiny lens. def recomend this place to my friends and family. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of designer eyewear. Could not get a “walk in” eye exam as stated on their website, even though the eye exam office looked very empty. However, the store section where they showcase the eyewear was amazing. I just ran upstairs to vision works, got a quick eye exam and brought my prescription back down to LensCrafters where they had the exact frames I originally came after. 💕✨

Terrible technicians who repeatedly cut lenses incorrectly. Even worse management who refuses to adequately rectify the situation. I’ve been to this store 6 times in the last 5 weeks and am back at square one. I don’t know how they call themselves LensCrafters when they can’t craft lenses correctly. Save your time and money and find a different place to get your prescription lenses.

Awesome, one of our glasses we dropped and lens fell out. The wire that holds them broke as well. They repaired them for us for free NO CHARGE. in less than 5 minutes. I originally called fast fix and repair told me they fix for $50. I went to them first and told me they couldnt do it today cause they were booked. They could of said that on the phone... LENS CRAFTERS BARTON CREEK YOU ROCK!!!

Came here with my wife to get some new glasses for her. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my wifes questions. They helped my wife choose some frames, and gave us an accurate timeframe in which the prescription lenses would be ready. Great experience overall!

Both my exam and experience buying contacts and glasses were fantastic. They broke down my options for insurance vs their store deal and made the cheaper choice for me. The GM has been with the company a long time and her knowledge and care for the company is amazing.Come meet their staff!

Not satisfied with how they run this store. I got glasses with them but had not been in town for a little over a year due to family issues, and when I got back to try and get them, I was told they couldnt find them. The person who apparently would have access to where they might be happened to not be in store, so they took down my number and told me they would call back the next day. Next day comes around and I have yet to get a call, so I called and was told again that the person who has access (Jennifer, I believe) still wasnt in. Almost two weeks later I had to call back again only to find out that they lost them, and wouldnt refund my money. They offered a discounted pair of glasses for a mistake that they made, when only a couple of months ago they were able to locate the glasses when they called to remind me about them. Disappointed that they cant own up to their employees mistakes.

I am giving Lenscrafters 5 STARS!!! Naomi was the person who assisted me in purchasing my new glasses and she was very helpful and such a delight!!I am a daily glasses wearer so I am okay with spending a little bit extra on glasses. Lenscrafters provides high end brands of glasses, I enjoy looking through their selection!To me I notice a difference in the lenses of my glasses when I purchase with Lenscrafters. You can tell they are quality made! Lenscrafters also offer different lens options like blue light lenses for when you are using computers/cell phones.The turn around time was SOOO fast, Naomi informed me that my glasses would take about 2 weeks (regular turn around time) for my glasses to be done. I went into Lenscrafters on 2/14/19 thursday evening (6:30pm), the weekend came and not to mention it was also Presidents Day the following Monday. I get a text today 2/19 saying my glasses are ready for pickup!! WOW! I have never purchased glasses that only took a short amount of days to be ready.I am in awe with the service, quality and pricing that I received with Lenscrafters and will CONTINUE to come back for ALL future purchases!!!!!!

I only come here for the Versace glasses. Love the frames. Customer service was okay. When I came in it was very busy. Took about 20-25min to get helped. Ive always come here and always get my frames that same day. Well the lady that helped me says theyll be ready in a week. When you spend 300$ on glasses you obviously want them that day. I wasnt happy not getting them that day because I couldve went to TSO theyre closer to me and they take a week aswell. Came here to get them that day. Mehhh. 3 stars

Spent several hundred dollars on a pair of glasses. The lens cracked two weeks after purchase and they replaced the lens.A year or so later the lens cracked in the same exact spot. Obviously a defect with the combination.Took the glasses in but they never noted the defect the first time.Todd the manager told me he was going to educate me about warranties. Yes, he insulted me.Ive been going to Lenscrafters for years and will be looking for a new place to do business.
