Very friendly staff. Professional yet down to earth. I was running late to my appt coming from out of town the receptionist that took my call (letting them know i was running late was so great.. We actually chit chated for maybe 5/10 min on the phone while i was on my way to their office. She was so nice i felt very welcomed and we enjoyed a good laugh..even though i was running late they worked with me to still be able to be seen. It seemed just as imporatant to them as it was to me to get me a new pair of glasses... :p It was clean and they followed covid guidlines to a T. I got my glasses in about a week. They also have a nice selection for Ucare and medical assistance patients.

A particular lady in their treat you like garbage unless you pay with Cole card cash and then if you dont spend over $600 she treats you like youre freaking a cheap piece of s*** and how she was treating other customers that had Human Services help was extremely inappropriate I do not know how this place even stays open
