Teresa Castillo did a great job helping me get my prescription put into my glasses.Other stores wouldnt touch them because of the brand name.She was very professional and the glasses were ready in less then a week!She also had strict COVID-19 rules that she enforced!

They definitely need a number system in place to assist customers. There are so many things they could implement in order to run more efficiently. Wait was one hour just to pick up! One hour. That’s absurd when you’re just picking up.

I have bought glasses & contacts at this WalMart location within the past year and receive GREAT customer service. Ive even gone in for them to clean my glasses several times while I am shopping and they always do it with a Smile.

Always have had good service here. Concerning the one star review below, it’s pretty scary when someone who claims to be a “local” tourist guide is totally lost, even when the map is correct.

The eye doctors listen to your issues and will help alleviate your eye problems. They also let me trial contacts. I had a good experience here. Would recommend to others.
