Jill has an excellent business. She really cares about her clients and her attention to detail is impeccable. I had a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow tint with Julia-- she was amazing. Super sweet with an impeccable attention to detail. My lashes have never looked so good! I told Jill before my appointment that I was wary about doing a lash tint after a previous way-too-dark experience elsewhere. She took what I said to heart and mixed the perfect combo for my complexion! I am so impressed and will definitely be returning.

Jill V has been taking care of my skin for years now. I usually get the Just Royal Facial but it evolves into what Jill thinks my skin needs at that time. She truly understands skin, anti-aging and customers concerns! Micro-current, her brow tints/shaping and waxing are some of my favorite things she does. I also love the way she keeps my chest and decollete beautiful at age 53! Ive been using her Just Jill sunscreen for several years and really appreciate how it keeps my skin protected and moisturized. If you have any doubts about seeing her - dont. Shes worth every penny and your skin will love you for it. Stella her pup is a bonus, if you ask me :)

I started waxing services at Just Jill’s in June and I refuse to go anywhere else. They have some seriously affordable deals at top of the line quality and the staff is so brilliant, professional, friendly and definitely know what they’re doing! I had never gotten a Brazilian before and I was so nervous, but the staff was great at soothing my fears, making my first time as easy as possible and telling me what to expect and how best to give myself aftercare, and they are an incredibly well-run local business. Jill is always so nice if something comes up and I have to move an appointment. I have had a wax done by various staff members and I am always satisfied with the results. Not one bad experience in 6 months. They are also rigorous about their covid protocol to keep everyone safe and healthy and are extremely graceful about moving appointments if you don’t feel well. I would recommend their services to anyone I know and I’m so happy to have built a good relationship with this fun and skilled local business! If you’re a first timer for wax or spa services, they will seriously put your mind at ease and you will definitely want to come back.

Botched eyelashes!!! I really wanted to like my lashes because the esthetician was really sweet but here I am a month later and my eyelashes (I got a lift and tint) are so incredibly ruined that I need to leave a review. My eyelashes are literally going in every direction and the outer ones are curled DOWN. The esthetician also got black dye on my face and hand, I probably should have left then.

I had the best experience at Jill’s spa! I visited in the height of COVID and truly appreciate all of the effort she made to keep everything clean, sanitized and comfortable. Sadly we will be moving this week BUT I will definitely use her services on my next visit back to Austin. I plan on being Vaxxed Waxxed and ready to go to all the festivals, pools and events!

I love Just Jill! I always receive amazing facials, micro-current, and brow waxing from Jill! She is very conscientious of her clients requests and listens to your concerns. Why some have written this is beyond my comprehension as all employees at Just Jill holds client confidentiality to the highest extreme. There is a questionnaire that all clients complete prior to the service due to COVID asking questions like do you have a fever, have you come in contact with anyone who has COVID, etc. this is common practice throughout the esthetician, health club, medical, government, etc businesses as the need to protect other clients and staff is paramount due to the high contagious nature of COVID.

Just Jill does not violate any HIPAA laws!The medical COVID questions are optional. Besides they are being asked to protect both estheticians & clients. The COVID questionnaire uses the same questions asked entering government, medical, & many commercial establishments. Being asked if youve been exposed in previous weeks, feel feverish or achy,etc. are not HIPAA related questions because they are not covered medical records as defined by HIPAA.Lastly, USA Today Fact Check concludes :We rate the claim that HIPAA prohibits businesses and individuals from asking for others vaccination status FALSE, because it is not supported by our research. Experts agree HIPAA applies only to health care entities sharing information. Health care entities can ask people for their vaccination status. Businesses can ask patrons and employees whether they have been vaccinated. And people can then choose whether they want to answer or forego that service

They want you to be vaccinated before going there. That’s against HIPPA. They are not doctors, and I should not have to present my medical information. Beware when going in. Covid is over. fauci is a fraud and the vaccine is a experiment.

I was able to use Just Jill as my makeup-vendor for my wedding and Im so glad that I did! Jill was so professional and flexible throughout the whole process, especially since we were working through staff changes and Coronavirus limitations. The two MUA for my wedding were extremely professional, did amazing work, and her brand of makeup stayed on the entire night! Would highly recommend her to anyone.Both artists did natural makeup for Caucasian, South Asian, and East Asian skin tones.

They are paraben-free and environmentally conscious since they are made with more natural and organic ingredients. And also they are animal cruelty free as well which is important to me being a dog Mom and huge animal lover myself.I have combination skin that is semi-sensitive to harsh chemicals and artificial ingredients in my skin care. I dont have to worry about that with her products though, they are natural and just lovely.I especially absolutely Love the Power Cleanser and the Acai Berry Cleanser. This is only my second visit with Jill and I can say she is my new best friend. I have hyperpigmentation on my face and for years I have tried everything to get rid of it. Instead of putting me in a box with everyone else, Jill really took her time with me on my first visit to figure out a plan. In two weeks I can already see a difference with my hyperpigmentation getting lighter and the texture of my skin is smooth. I like that she is knowledgeable, her products are natural, and Stella is a plus to my visits. I cant wait to see my end results.

Ive been coming to see Jill for a few years and my skin has never looked better. Having acne as a teenager (and into my 30s), its left shallow scarring on my cheeks. Ive been getting LED light therapy and a rotation between Micro-Needling and peels. These treatments have really improved the quality, texture, and health of my skin. I dont even wear foundation anymore :) Her skin care products are great too. I highly recommend the Acai Berry Cleanser, Pomegranate Tonic, and the Phyto Apple Stem Cell Serum. Jill has been great. I have been battling acne for probably 7 years now maybe more. It comes and goes but my skin has never looked nice. I have tried a million chemicals with little to no results. When I wanted organic and holistic solutions I started coming to Jill. I just started seeing Jill a month or so ago. My skin has cleared up immensely already. Though I still have a long way to go: clearing, fixing pigment, getting rid of scars etc. my skin has already come a long way and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I love using the more natural products. Having the option for herbal facial peels, the cute dog Stella that sits on my lap, having an esthetician that feels like a friend, and being able to receive holistic treatment. She has even given me diet changes, suggestions for how to track what I eat to improve my skin, and doesn’t make me feel bad when I mess up but reminds me what I will get out of sticking to the regimen. She is also an ethical business owner who doesn’t immediately push her products on you. She asks what you have and she allows you to use the products you already own and then slowly implement hers (that seem to work great for me by the way). Everything smells nice, it’s clean at the facility, and has a relaxing environment. I would love to take friends here and could easily get carried away buying up services and products as they all *so far* have been worth every penny. I visited Jill in the year leading up to my wedding when a recently married friend recommended her. This was the best decision I made in all the planning that went into our wedding. She completely transformed my skin over the course of my visits to her; shrinking my pores, managing breakouts, and reversing multiple spots of sun damage! Throughout my visits to Jill we discussed the look and feel of makeup I wanted for myself and our wedding party (which she knocked out of the park). I found her on groupon and decided to give it a try, first I did a dermaplaning treatment and then the micro needling. I was amazed at the results, my skin looked and felt amazing!
