Thank you to Antonio (Tony) and his female coworker for providing superb customer service on Tuesday, October 12th. I have always enjoyed shopping at this location. Every single employee has always been great. However, on Tuesday when I went in was a bit of a rough day for me. Tony provided excellent suggestions, great conversation. It made my day as it was the last errand I was running that day. Thank you, Tony, and your co-worker, who brightened my day. Any company would be lucky to have both of you!

Love this store. I love all lush products but this store is especially awesome. The employees are always so helpful AND friendly, they seem to love their job. I took my mom in for the first time with a gift card, told an employee she was a Lush virgin and they took care of the rest. My mom can be kind of a lot and she will talk your ear off and the employees were patuent and chatty, answered ALL of her questions and my mom had a blast. Thank you so much you guys! Truly, yall are awesome!

They were enforcing social distancing and mask precautions. Staff was so helpful and helped me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my hair. They gave me a bunch of samples of other products too, totally free, so I could try them before I buy! They’re more premium priced than some other places, but worth it in my opinion. Definitely check them out if you’re okay spending a little more for natural, premium products that work and are all fair trade.

Incredible staff, I have always loved Lush products but every time I come here the staff is so friendly and amazing, I always leave feeling like a rock star.

This location always helps me out. The staff is always at the top of their game with their efficiency and knowledge on products. Their curbside pickup option is so quick and easy, and I love the fact that they slip in a free sample with just about every order I make.

The staff goes ABOVE & BEYOND to get you what you need. They’re all so kind and helpful especially during the Hollidays when customers can be demanding and difficult. I’ve loved every product recommended to me, and though a little pricey it’s way worth it. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the 6th street employees for being awesome.

We mainly shop for my wife, however, Ive used several products from here and really enjoy them and have tried several more with the same results. Great products and everyone is super nice and resourceful and willing to listen for what you need. 👍

I love Lush products. They smell great and feel fantastic. I just wish their stuff wasnt so expensive. It adds up so quickly 7-8 bucks per bath bomb, too high.

This is my favorite Lush location. The employees are always warm, casual and helpful without every pushing sales on me. Whenever I check out I am always offered generous samples of product and leave feeling seen as an individual and taken care of. I’ve been using Lush products for years and will continue to do so due to their consistent quality, ethical values and excellent customer service.

Very sweet shop with fresh organic products for skin, hair, and body. Lots of scents and by each product they are subtle and lovely but all together they might be a bit overwhelming. Staff is knowledgeable and they will make you samples of products to try if youre not sure they are what you want. Will return there for sure.

I am so thankful for Lush! You walk in and it smells like heaven (at least to my nostrils!). The staff is super helpful but understands if you want to browse a bit. I go the day after XMAS and get gift packs 50% off. Great deal and the only time I ever see anything they sell on sale. Their items smell natural and not fake (no offense bath and body works) and work great. Love LUSH!

Love lush. Always have wonderful staff who are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Fun place just to come and browse but I also have several staple products. Note that parking is limited but and the small store can be crowded in perk hours.

LUSH is awesome! The workers are always very friendly and patient when helping me pick out my items. I have bad allergies so the strong smells from the store can be overwhelming, so much it can be hard to even enter the store. The girls were nice enough to help me as fast as possible after I explained my sinus issues. Small helpful things like that really leave a positive impression, so thank you!

Stumbled upon this place and so glad I did! Staff was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all! They really wanted to help you find the right product and not shove products you dont need in your face.I highly recommend the bath fizzles. All products weve tried (Dark Angel, Twinkle Fizz, and French lavender bath bomb) are fantastic . My husband had a great experience as well with his sales associate.

This was my first Lush store experience and I really loved it! As soon as I told the staff that Id never been before they immediately sat me down and offered a free hand washing and loaded me down with complimentary samples. You can really tell that theyre passionate about their products and want to share that passion with their customers. If youre looking to pamper yourself a little bit then Lush products are one way to go!

Every single time I have been in there the service has been incredible. The staff know their products and have a positive attitude and are very helpful. I always enjoy my visit there and continue to go back. As for the products- LOVE. Been using Lush since it was only in London and my aunt would bring it back to me from work trips. Love that it is here in US and adore the products.

LUSH products dont work well for me but my body is the fussiest there is. The smells are super strong but the bath bombs are to die for. The staff is also really lovely but theyre ridiculously trained to be, so. Highly recommend for LUSH connoisseurs :)

Always so packed! Hard to even move around the store. And dont bother if you need more help than just locating one item such as trying things. Do your shopping online and know what you want to find. Only perk is Amys next door.

All of the Lush employees were super friendly. They store smells amazing but was super tiny and VERY busy but its Lush so its worth it. Make sure if you go there you buy at least 1 bath bomb, they are amazing.

Im not much into cosmetics, but Lush is a remarkable company - both from a product and customer service standpoint. I mostly use their deodorant products - best ingredients I have found to date in a deodorant. They are fairly generous with their samples, and their return policy is quite liberal. Great choice for people who care about what goes into the products they use everyday.

I recently discovered LUSH and all of their amazing products. Everything is all natural and handmade. They hardly use any packaging to plastic waste. Great products with great beliefs.

I came right before before lunch, they know what their talking about and are very knowledgeable about their products to help you find what they need. the lady gave me a sample of her lotion just because it was her favorite and she wanted me to enjoy it without me asking. I also asked the lady checking me out for a face mask sample but she gave me a heads up that someone could have stuck their fingers in it so I went for a shampoo sample instead! so happy I had to come back and buy something else right after lunch

I love love love Lush. Our first time there they went out of their way to explain everything to us, give us hand massages and really listen to what we wanted to accomplish. For me it was more volume in my hair and I got the sea salt spray which is amazing. I love the natural ingredients and that you can tell who made it and when. I love the bath bombs and the crumble bars. The lotions are nice and smell great. The employees are always helpful and nice. It is a bit pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Lush has great smelling products and the people that work there really love what they sell. Ive tried their masks, my favorite is BIG hair and shampoo bars.BIG hair got me lots of compliments. It isnt cheap, but it is a great way to treat yourself to some R & R.

Love the location and the atmosphere of the store but this last time I went in nobody even looked up to help me. I made a complete walk through of the store without anyone noticing me and one girl did look at me finally...but didnt say anything to me at all.

I honestly like the Houston Lush better. The customer service is better and overall friendliness. I really wasnt impressed i honestly have gotten better customer service when I ordered online.

Who doesnt like Lush? Its a touch pricey, but its good quality soaps, shampoos, and beauty products, and their emphasis on avoiding wasteful packaging is masterful. Every company in this line of work should emulate Lush in this regard. They have everything from soaps to toothpaste tablets to shampoo bars (with the shampoo bars they last so long that you make up the expense easily and you dont have to throw away any plastic bottles). If you can afford it, you should definitely give it a try.

Finally found a face moisturizer that works on my sensitive skin! The Skin Drink is my new holy grail product. There are new & improved products all the time so its very plain to see the people here really care about their customers and the planet. Love this place!

This store is amazing. It always smells great, and the people who work here are fantastic human beings. I came in needing a few things, and wanting to treat myself because I was having a hard day for my anxiety. Not only did Charlotte help me, she also threw in one of her favorite bath bombs that help her when shes stressed. Its just so nice to be reminded that there are kind, caring, and thoughtful people out there. You rock Charlotte!

Lush is lush. Every store is full of helpful awesome people so you should just kind of expect that. This location can get crazy busy on the weekends.

Sadly, this place took all of money but I dig everyone of their products. Well, let me be clear... I only use the soaps and hair gels but my wife has a cabinet full of lotions and oils. Great place and the staff at every store seem way too nice.

Always love the way I smell when I leave there. The staff is so friendly and very giving as far as samples go. Is a little pricey, but worth the money. Havent been disappointed by a single purchase.

The people working were super helpful and friendly as always. I came in to get two things and left with an extra bubble bar for my mom and two samples of shampoo and conditioner they were thrilled to hand out. And Amys is right next door for some iceceeam.

The store can be a tad bit crazy with the crowds coming into a smaller store however the lush products are worth bumping into people from time to time. Staff are friendly, will spend time answering your questions and help you find the best product for your needs. I personally love the bath oils, and face/body scrubs.

Great service and helpful staff. I usually go here with my girlfriend but Ive also purchased the mens shaving cream for myself which actually works best on my skin. Not perfect, but Ive gotten the least amount of razor bumps while using it.People complain that its pricey, but the service is worth it. They dont just push product and send you on your way.

Always great, but the customer service is always a little overwhelming for me. I cant just casually browse and read about things myself because Ill be bombarded with their staff asking if I have any questions or suggesting to me things I can buy. Its like I have to spend so much longer in there politely telling five different people that I have been helped, thanking them for their suggestions, but I just wanted to take a look around if thats okay, and that Ill be sure to let them know if I have any questions, and no thank you, I do not need any samples. Its just so overwhelming.

I went yesterday 4/9/17 and it was great the atmosphere was awesome there was a really nice worker there she gave us samples and they are great! Im definitely coming back to buy some stufffrom here. Lush is definitely something you cant miss out on!

Insane store! So much more than bath bombs. They are overflowing with soaps, shampoos, lotions AND the staff is literally the nicest and always willing to help explain how to use any of the products. Charity pot lotions FTW. Great gifts for anyone and they always update their offerings for every season! Parking at this store is always a nightmare due to all the businesses surrounding it.

I have always loved Lush products and the staff here is incriadble. I have been into the store many times and they have always been very helpful. On my most recent visit I was shopping for a gift for my professor. I was telling one staff member, Rachel about my cohort and my amazing professor and how it was a really emotional time because it was the last class with us all together. Rachel and the other Lush staff members put together gift box for every person in my cohort. It was so incrediably kind, myself, and every person in my cohort were just as touched by this kind gift as I was. I didn’t think I could love Lush more than I already did, but they managed to make me fall more on love them! You have made a group of future social workers very happy! 😊

Wonderful. A bit pricey but you definitely pay for what you get. Unique bathbombs that they are more than willing to demonstrate for you in store! The whole place smells amazing! You can buy pre wrapped collections of bath liquids and bombs mixed together or shop around and take advantage of the sales or specific items that you want. They have rub on perfumes, oils, bubble bath, oil melts, reuseable bombs, lip balms, lip scrubs, lots and lots of fun body care products. Its a must visit! Parking can be a nightmare at certain times but its worth the trouble.

Lush has wonderful products. They need to work on the customer service. They try too hard and attack you with information. I run in and run out. To avoid them Ill even order online. They talk so much I walk mid conversation. The cashier needs to say hi, ring up the items and bye. Stop talking.

When I first moved to Austin, I bemoaned that we had no Lush store. Now we do! Hooray! Lush has some cosmetics, but they are mostly known for bath type products. All-natural soaps, shampoos, and bath and shower items. They smell great, they are great for even troubled skin, and with many of the products you can get exactly as much as you want -- they package it to your specifications right in the store. The employees are super-knowledgeable -- tell them your skin troubles and they will know exactly the right product for you. Spendy, but oh-so worth it.

I love this store! I went in to look for the Lord of Misrule bath bomb the other day but it was sold out so the guy helping me offered a hand massage with a sugar scub with the same scent. Omg I was in heaven! The staff was so attentive and really made me feel special the whole time I was there. I look forward to going back and seeing what new products Lush has every month!
