I am in no way knowledgeable in window replacements and he took the time to provide an accurate quote based off my over-the-phone description of our needs. 5 stars - recently worked w/ Accolade to get a specific/unique window for our bathroom remodel. Was an important piece given project (window was focal point for room, and critical path to the rest of the project). Couldnt have been better - easy to work with, thoughtful, good price, on-time, great quality - willing to ask questions to make sure theyve got it right. If only the rest of the project was as efficient as the windows! Easy recommendation, and eventual repeat customer when I get around to the patio doors.

I purchased two fiberglass sliding patio doors from Accolade for my contractor to install. I received great treatment from the team at Accolade, and from Daniel in particular. Daniel was a very clear communicator by email and helped make sure every detail was right before I committed to the purchase. The doors took quite a long time to arrive, to my chagrin, but Daniel had warned me of the anticipated schedule, and the manufacturing delays were certainly not in their control. My only nitpick is that the delivery (which was not free) was subpar; they sent a single guy in a box truck to delivery two extremely heavy and awkward doors. Luckily my contractor and several of his guys were there. Im not sure how they would have been delivered without the extra muscle, as there was no way the delivery guy could have gotten them up the driveway, much less in the house. But all-in-all, it was a great experience, and the post-sale support Ive received has been great too.

I was really jaded from an experience with upgrading windows on another home, that when I needed windows for my current home, I was not looking forward to the process. Great job all the way around! From quote request to finish, all took less than a month! The very friendly Daniel gave us a wonderful estimate that fell just within our budget.Installers (forgive me for forgetting their names! I should have written them down!) worked very hard on what turned out to be a tough job. Old windows were the original single-pane, aluminum-framed ones that were installed when the home was built in the late 70s, and some had been nailed in through the frame all the way around which posed quite a job for the installers. Took an extra day, but they worked very hard at it only breaking for lunch. Very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. They were patient in answering my many questions, and kept us up to date on their progress. Clean-up was about as thorough as one can expect with a dirty job like this one, and they even left me extra paint and caulk!The difference between the old windows and new Style Line windows by Milgard is like night and day. So much quieter and more comfortable inside, a real improvement to our quality of life as opposed to the drafty old windows that let you hear the whole neighborhood! Plus they look great and really improve our homes appearance. Sincere thanks to all at Accolade Exteriors for a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend!

The best thing about Accolade windows is the owner, Stewart. During the time work was done on my house he was available, reliable and addressed even minor issues immediately. I purchased 11 Milgard windows for an old house. There was a major barrier to replacing the 4 old awning windows, and the window frames had to be totally refitted for the new windows. This had not been evident before the old windows were out. Accolade ensured the contracted workers remade the frames, and the new frames ended up being pretty close to what they looked like originally. Accolade ensured the workers painted inside and out for the remade frames. And Stewart has been available, even after the work was finished, to deal with some minor problems. I would recommend Accolade Windows.

There guys are masters of its outta my hands customer service. Updates on our order were requested weekly (never provided proactively) and our frustration with multi-week delays were met with The manufacturer clearly dropped the ball on this, Sorry but I have nothing but disappointment to report, The situation is completely out of my hands, etc.We eventually attempted to cancel the order...it was only at this time that ASAP managed to bring in the delivery date (still one week later than originally advertised) to meet our remodel schedule. Turns out this was an outright lie because on the expedited delivery date we received a one line e-mail indicated delivery would be another two weeks. Their penny-wise logic and willingness to lie seems consistent with the experiences of others who have posted reviews. Our initial order was for just 3 of 30 windows - Ill be buying the remaining 27 else-ware and recommend you do too.

We had a number of large patio doors and large picture windows as well as one wood clad kitchen casement window installed by ASAP. I am very pleased and impressed with the installation chief (Chuck) and his crew. They took the time to do it right and Chuck was very skilled in making things fit and look great. Jesse, the salesman, was super helpful and was very concerned with our satisfaction. Overall, a very professional outfit and I would call them first for any other construction projects in the future.
