Wow! The installation team left today and I am super happy with my two new 3 panel sliding patio doors on my first floor.I used Amazing Exteriors to replace two older wooden doors with two of the new Marvin Essential series patio doors. I can already tell the difference in the interior glass not getting hot in the direct sun like the older doors they replaced.Allen and his crew arrived on-time and were professional throughout the installation. They were very detail-oriented to make sure the doors were installed correctly, operation was smooth and the construction area was clean. They also took extra care in caulking and replacing trim so the finished appearance was spotless. The production manager Dustin also stopped by to make sure the operation was running smoothly.The entire process from order to installation took 3 months, which was about the time that was quoted.I had not used Amazing Exteriors before nor Marvin Windows, but I am happy so far and will update this review if there are any surprises in the months ahead.

Communication with this company is very poor. We ordered full house of windows (31 windows, to be exact) in mid-December. We were quoted 10-12 weeks. I allowed extra time for the holidays. We are now at 18 weeks. No updates from Amazing Exteriors. I call about every 2 weeks or so, leave a message, no one calls back. Its the great abyss. When youre talking tens of thousands of dollars, you would think a simple call back with an update on timing is not a crazy ask. Apparently it is. We had hoped to have these windows installed prior to the hot summer, now Im just hoping we see them at all. Not acceptable.

Updated - We had a good conversation with the Production Manager at Amazing Exteriors today and have made progress in exploring options to remedy our Marvin Infinity window sizing, installation methods, and installation quality issues. He provided much of the information that we were missing and took seriously many of our concerns. We still have to come to complete resolution path and get the issues actually fixed, but we finally are having the right level of conversations with them.

I called them to get a quote for replacing all 12 windows on the home we are purchasing, they refused to come out until we purchased the house.I told Cindy we wanted the quote so we could deduct the amount from the purchase price of the home.She stated that until we purchased the home, we had keys in hand they wont come out.I guess we will use someone else who wants the business.

Have to echo the communication complaints. They came recommended from a friend, but after three weeks of playing phone tag with me calling or filling out the contact us form about three times for every one response from them, Im giving up. Sometimes they called and didnt leave a callback number. The most recent communication, the office guy told me he would email me right away with the email address of someone I could contact, since phone communication has been a nightmare, but two days later and I havent heard anything. Im giving up!

The job definitely was tough. Replace 4 large double hung cathedral Marvin windows that had internal mechanism problems due to Marvins design.The sale was fine and the company represented that once finished, I’d never know the windows were replaced. Measurement wasn’t perfect and the complexity of the amount on interior work required to make it like new was much greater then Amazing Exteriors planned. The job took longer then expected due to Covid and all the interior work. BUT, these guys stood up and made it look like new. They didn’t complain, ask for extras or skimp on the craftsmen needed to do it right.I highly recommend Amazing Exteriors. They kept their word. They delivered. Special thanks to Dustin of Amazing Exteriors and to Anthwan and Marcellus of House Doctor Texas. They were the best!

My house received a complete change in my outdoor area, I removed 1 or door and 1 window and replace it for only 1 amazing door. . The entire project was performed by from Amazing Exteriors Company in Austin Texas. The crew was led by ALAN SOUZA who is knowledgeable, competent and skillful in various facets in construction.The crew was also competent, efficient and careful in their tasks. They showed their respect of our property and kept their work areas clean everyday after work.The entire project was beautifully completed to our satisfaction.

Our home estimate went well back around Halloween. The rep was knowledgeable and pleasant. I put some money down for the order. I was hoping to have the project done for Christmas, but when I called to check progress last week, I was still in the TBD pile.2/9/21 UPDATE: Its now February, and I still dont have any idea when my windows will arrive. I asked about getting my down payment ack and cancelling the order, but now I am told that there may be a cancellation fee (I suspect that will be my down payment), or that I may not be ale to cancel at all, since the windows are custom. Im wondering if I should get Seven on Your Side or some other investigative team involved...Update: 3/3/21- Amazing Exteriors is finally coming Monday and Tuesday to install our new windows! Ill keep you posted...

I hired Amazing Exteriors Austin for a project to modify 3 windows by removing them and installing 2 16ft long doors and my team to install was Alan and let me say what I thought, it all starts with your education and willingness to give you attention everything he answers patiently and in detail, as soon as he arrived at my residence I realized that he was someone professional with the truck and the trailer super clean and extremely well organized so I soon realized that he was someone competent, when I saw him I came across a young guy and I thought that he wasn’t experienced by his age, I realized that he worked with very professional tools and all very well cared for before he even started he introduced himself and explained his plan on how he would start, how it would be done step by step and said that in exactly 3 days I would finish everything, I didn’t believe much more I waited ... and I say right away that on the first day I already realized how professional and intelligent he was I realized that he used a calculator scientific and laser for exact measurements and asked if he had any training and told me he was a production/ mechanic engineer mechanic and that he worked in Brazil in the area of ​​structural engineering. about the work it was finished on time he did all framing, sheetrock, taping floating, texture and painting ... finally what I say that my experience was extraordinary and that I highly recommend amazing exteriors and Marvins doors for their quality.

1/1/20 As of today, the project is completed because Brandon did what he said he would do based on my 11/15/19 post. Alan Sosa and Luan did a superior job installing the two doors. My family appreciates the Amazing Exteriors representative for his willingness to resolve issues pertaining to our contract with the company.11/15/19 This is an amendment to an earlier post about Amazing Exteriors where I originally gave 1 star due to two failed installations of doors that spanned nine months.Since my original post earlier this week, Amazing Exteriors sales person, Brandon, reached out to us to request how we might move forward in good faith. In response, we requested only that they repair the damage done to our homes 2 door frames that were messed up during the first failed installation attempt. Brandon, agreed and indicated that Amazing Exteriors would like to install one of the four doors at no cost to us. They also indicated in a voicemail that they would refund all of the financing costs to us. We agreed to this arrangement.Today - just 4 short days following my post - they installed the one, beautiful door as promised and replaced its frame structure with new material. Yet, the installation remains incomplete - they brought the wrong hardware for this lovely door, thus leaving a whole to the outside in the door. We continue to await the repair of our other door frame, which is why I cannot upgrade their effort at this time.However, I have upgraded the response to 2 stars based on their follow through and as a show of our own good faith that this work in progress will conclude well.

We happened upon Amazing Exteriors at the Home and Garden show in Austin. They were exactly what their name says! Amazing! Doug was great to work with when we were figuring out what to order then ordering it. He went that extra mile to meet with us out of schedule. They windows are very high grade and absolutely beautiful! Amber helped us get them delivered during the Covid crisis and did a wonderful job! Alan and his team came to install our sliding door and did an amazing job! They were courteous, efficient, so friendly... and great singers! This company definitely lives up to iss name!

Im quite pleased with my new Marvin windows, and I am very happy with my experience with Amazing Exteriors. They gave me accurate estimates for the timeframes it would take to install the windows; in my case, we scheduled it in two phases.Im also impressed with Amazing Exteriors diligence in following through after completing the work. In particular, they promptly corrected a couple minor flaws. A highly competent crew was sent out to complete the job.I can recommend both Marvin and Amazing Exteriors.

I ordered all of my Marvin windows for my Hill Country custom home from the team in Austin. I absolutely love the windows and everyone comments on how lovely they look. The guys even drove them all to my jobsite and hand delivered them when I didn’t even pay for that service. They go above and beyond.

This was the second time we have ordered Marvin windows and install services with AE. The entire experience was excellent again. Alan’s crew was outstanding - - clean, quick, professional and friendly. I will continue using AE and their crews for window/door needs. Highly recommend Alan’s install team.

We recently had our dining room and living room windows and doors replaced by Amazing Exteriors. Our house was built in 1978 with 6 french doors and three 6 foot half-circle windows above. The view is critical to the value of this home. We had quotes from 3 companies and selected Amazing because the quality of the Marvin brand and the competitive price. Working closely with Doug Martin, we selected the style and the best material for a full-sun, southern exposure. Our choice was Infinity by Marvin, fiber glass. The quality and workmanship is excellent. Amazings crew, Alan, Diane, and Marcello, were very professional and most considerate. I also requested additional attention when sealing the outside door jams. Alan and Mike Duncan, VP of operations, engineered a good solution which adds improved moisture protection for our particular situation. Overall we couldnt be happier with the experience and the price.

The windows really are amazing! We had Amazing Exteriors install several new Infinity sliding patio doors to match our recently installed infinity windows. The windows and doors are excellent, and they did great getting us exactly what we wanted.

Have a contract since mid-October to replace and install a new gutter and siding to my house. I was told 4 to 6 weeks for the siding and the gutters could be done sooner.They lost the paperwork and nothing was in motion until I followed up in November. I was disappointed to learn that they subcontracted all of their work to third party companies, which was not clearly stated during the sales process. On a positive note, they had the gutters company come out and have the gutters replace within 2 days. I give the credit to the gutters company, not Amazing Exteriors.I was told to expect that side project to start the end of December/early January and that Justin, the Production Manager, would be following up with me. He never called.It is now the end of December and they cannot provide me with a date on when the project will start, not even an estimate. I am now waiting for the Production Manager to call me, which again, has yet to contact me at all.

We had an excellent experience with Amazing Siding and Windows.The salesman, Mitch, took his time and helped us decide what type of windows we needed for our project. He made two separate trips to our house and spent a great deal of time helping us decided on windows. Once we made a decision, Mitch sent architectural drawings of the windows we selected with the pricing. He followed up to make sure we had no concerns or questions before we finalized the transaction. The installers who removed the existing windows and installed our new Infinity Marvin casement windows were excellent as well. This is a great group to work with. These guys genuinely care and are all about customer service.

Amazing Exteriors has been great to work with and scheduling them for siding, new window replacement, and painting has been a pleasure. They have been very responsive to measure and schedule the work to be done. Their consultant, Doug, is extremely helpful.

We contracted this company to add 3 additional windows to our home. We could not be any happier with our choice. Alan and Tiziu did a fantastic job. The job required one entire wall to be opened up so the wall could properly support the roof with the new windows. I am fussy to say the least, and I was very happy with the quality of the installation. I went around with a level and tape measure and It really was perfect. This company gets my vote.

In addition to selling me an excellent product (albeit expensive, of course, with expensive being a relative term), Amazing Exteriors Fabulous Installation Team has worked wonders in parts of my house, facilitated by a super responsive staff including Destiny, my main contact. Alan Sousa and his crew, to whom I could listen all day and whose lunches smelled and looked delicious, have effected installation miracles in parts of my old house. Thats a trick, right? Not many want to deal with the challenges of working on an older (in this case, 65+ year old) structure, such as those that exist around town. But now my Airbnb Guests can enjoy a sweet outdoors experience--looking to the creekside beyond through their well insulated door-size windows and walking out to their own small deck via the sliding glass door, thank you v much Alan, whilst I keep my backyard to myself. These folks are terrible. A year later and they still have not finished the job theyve been paid for. My windows leak, they stick, the doors creak and dont slide right, Im missing hardware, they made a mess of my home and their product...I could go on and on.Im still trying to clean paint, caulking, and fingerprints of glue off my brand new windows and doors - they didnt even attempt to clean them, just slapped em in and walked away.Support is awful, communication non existent, the installers changed daily. A two day job left my house open to the elements for months. Nobody on the install team spoke English. They wouldnt leave on their last day until I signed off even though they were nowhere near done. That was 6 months ago and Im still trying to get the work completed.Oh - and they estimated two weeks to get started, took my money, then didnt get started for a few months.Avoid these crooks like the plague, theyre awful. Ill likely be suing so I can pay someone else to finish the job. Ill also be filing a complaint with Marvin.
