First time to visit your store and was pleased with your products BUT the guy you have at the cash register had no people skills. Stood in front of him and asked a question and he ignored me and was more interested in his phone. When I checked out I had to ask for bag for my items. Don’t understand how your company allows this person to represent you as I see there was another complaint for the exact same thing.Won’t be back.

This store is a very close walk from my job. I like that I can get a lot of food there on a short notice since I have some dietary restrictions. The employees also are knowledgeable. One of the workers today actually just saved me from a potential allergic reaction by warning me that the pretzels I purchased would have a woody flavor due to mushrooms being mixed in. I cant consume mushrooms. The package did not label that clearly or else I wouldnt have picked it. This gesture is also extra kind because she took the time to write that down since Im deaf. Most people wouldnt bother to chat, give me information, or make recommendations because they usually dont care enough to put in extra effort. But she did that, and it seriously saved me big time. She also allowed me to exchange the pretzels in for another kind that I could still eat. The pretzels that she recommended for exchanging ended up being delicious, as good as regular ones. If that worker reads this - thank you again!! I will continue to shop at this place as usual for sure.

Great place to pick up some groceries or snacks without the crowds of a bigger store!

I cannot say enough nice things about Peg and her store and everyone who works here. They’re always so friendly and kind. Her store provides local connection in the neighborhood, and it wouldn’t be the same without it.

The man who was working was very kind to me and my friend when we where in the market. Thank you for that! I am sure i will be back some time soon! i highly reccomend if youre wanting something fresh and local!!!!!!!!!!

Good food stuff and nice selection. The only thing is that after browsing around close to the register, the guy didnt ask if I needed any help. I made eye contact, smiled and after waiting for him to say something, I finally said, Hi, how are you doing today? He just says, good He needs some some customer service skills for real.

Rotten tuna salad with a side of hostile clerk-Interesting covid policy too- guests required to wear masks but workers not. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if cashier hadn’t been so rude.

Hip, small local grocery with a natural food vibe. Small grocery that caters to health conscious buyers. There was a feel similar to a food co-op, both in the brands offered and the intimate knowledge and excellent customer service by the staff. High prices though.

Not a bad place. Lots of cool local stuff. Some things are a little overpriced, but I think thats to be expected. They also have a neat little deli near the back. Didnt try anything there, but looks super tasty.

I love this little store. I consider it a convenience store version of Whole Foods. I pop in whenever I need something for lunch or dinner because its walking distance from my house. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is great.

I really had to think hard, before I wanted to post this comment. I strongly belief in supporting locally owned businesses. That is the heart beat of America with that being said this place has a racist mentality. When i came in I asked for some produce. I was told where it was and I was like cool went to grab the product but I had to use the restroom. I asked the guy (white) working at the counter can I use the restroom before I paid for the produce. He said we dont have a bathroom and I had to walk 1 block going east on Congress or a 1 1/2 blocks west to a taco spot. Now if you know where this place is there are plenty of places to go to a restroom. I told him ok I will go and find a restroom next door and come back for the produce. I came right back and he said that he put it back because He thought I was not coming back. I just walked out and said ok. Im saying this. The place is racist and if it isnt then the guy needs to be fired to set the tone that certain things will not be tolerated. Im a military veteran and served our country. I will also let my fellow veteran organizations and every organization that im apart of to not do busy until that guy(white) is fired.

Its such a cute little store, but with a limited selection that I cant really afford. Ive bought a couple of single drinks while Im out and about walking around and parched. The thing is, is that when I walk into the store... it gets really quiet immediately, and I feel as if Ive just accidentally walked into someones private living room while theres a serious discussion is happening. All eyes are on me, and I always want to say Oh! Oops, I wanted a drink... My fault. Ill leave.. sorry! Im not sure if theyre not supposed to hold conversations while unknown customers are in the store, but Id prefer they kept it up. Utter silence is offputting.
