Everything you could ever want in an HEB Plus! Super nice crew and a fantastic assortment of grocery items including a wide variety of ethnic foods. Mexican street tacos, lobster rolls, shrimp ceviche made in house. Very large variety of wines, flowers and party trays ready for festivities. This place is HUGE + BUSY especially back to school items.

This is a great HEB store! Its a Plus so its gigantic and has just about everything you can think of. On this particular trip I interacted with the deli employees, floral employees, and cashier. They all had positive attitudes as they assisted me.

HEB is a great place to shop. Its uniquely satisfying in that employees genuinely practice customer service protocols.

Curbside service is reliable and easy to set up via the HEB App.Store has variety of both food and nonfood items.There is a pharmacy and a credit union inside.

Oh boy, now the store was awesome 😎. Its the most modern heb plus but it has everything that I love all about one store. They have food,the best beauty products,a deli with tons of premade yummy stuff, appetizers, sandwiches to gourmet meals that are fresh, all you do is pop them in the oven. They even sell clothes,cute things for women and juniors. When I leave the store with 800 dollars worth of food and merchandise, I go with smile 😁 n my face. I give this heb plus 10 thumbs up

I am very grateful for this HEB. Yesterday a storm knocked out all the internet in our area and everyone who uses Spectrum. I had absolutely critical internet needs and no hotspot. Starbucks turns off their Wi-Fi at night. McDonalds was on but was also Spectrum like me and out. HEB tho. Wish I knew sooner. They have a powerful guest Wi-Fi they leave on at least as long as the night shift. I sat in the parking lot using my laptop to commit code and deploy software on AWS. This was like 2am to 3am in the morning. Its a lovely grocery store with a big selection. Wi-Fi was clutch during a broad outage.

Ya I like this supermarket. Helpful staff. Easy shopping. Ill be back.

I went here early in the morning. The place is clean and I could tell wholly sanitized. Awesome job from associates and management. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable. A nice experience. Only downside would be the confusion of the parking areas layout and the amount of debris and trash outside.

It was a nice store and very clean. They did not have the Lipton Instant Tea in the jar that I was looking for.

Everyone loves HEB, their brands are top quality and affordable. Their curbside pickup is amazing. The best grocery chain in the US hands down.

I am new to Texas and I love having H.E.B. as my new grocery shopping choice; however, I am not sure I understand the end result of security strapping some of the home appliance options to the shelf!?! I then have to find someone, who can find someone else who has the key and then I have to remember that I chose to buy that product because they take the product to the front while you continue shopping. So of course, I forgot to ask about my food processor at checkout because it WASNT IN MY CART! I understand that people steal, but if you cant prevent someone stealing a box that big, then it is possible you may need to strap everything down and employ a different kind of shopping experience.

I don’t shop anywhere else. Meat and produce are always fresh. A huge selection. Always great sales. Employees are always helpful and nice.

If you are looking for food, drinks and so much more. Great staff and always clean. Great prices and great tasting favorites. Nice lawn and garden center always makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Nice beer selection and wines too.

Pretty much the same as the last couple of HEBs I had went to. Even when it wasnt busy its still took up to 20 minutes to get through lines. Despite the fact they had at least 20 or more check out registers and only one open as well as the express you do yourself.

Summary: Huge selection, great prices and friendly employees.Details: even on the busiest day, the parking is a plenty. This is one very big store with many deals to be had. Also, its updated and clean. The employees are super nice even while dealing with huge crowds.

No Gatorade again, too many rude shoppers . We like HEB! Just maybe shop a different time

Don’t know if the manager at this H‑E‑B realizes what a gem Dee is. She has always been so helpful with any questions I have, call me whenever my requested plants arrive. The garden center is always so well-organized and well-taken care of. Even though there are many H‑E‑B where we live, because of Dee, this is still my absolute favorite place to shop for plants every year.

This place is so close to home. Very convenient.HEB has the best, in store made, guacamole and fresh tortillas made daily.They have great imported meats too.

I recently moved over in this area. I like H‑E‑B plus! due to the larger variety of selections. They also have a fantastic curbside service like my previous location in Leander. I live between two other H‑E‑B stores but this one is my go to... Well staffed, well stocked and easy to get in and out of in spite of the busy area.

I loved the pumpkins and their prices were great.

Imagine you took a Walmart and made it bearable to walk through - all the groceries you need right when you walk in and the niche stuff (dog food, toiletries) on the outside. plus, they make their own tortillas. you cant lose.

This California-wannabe communist city charged 25c per bag for groceries. Ill be doing my shopping a couple miles down the road in America from now on.

Not gonna let one bad experience stop me from giving 5 stars. But when the H-E-B GO machines break down and you delete everything you scanned so you can use the self check-out, make sure you have another way to pay. 🤣🤣 (I usually just bring my phone in the store.) 🤷🏻‍♀️ The employees seemed to have no idea how long it would be down “because it’s technology”. 🤔 And they were pretty sarcastic about it, lol. Normally the employees are very nice. It was working again as soon as I deleted my list.

Watch out for deceptive produce prices. Sign says lemons 3 for $1 but with plu# on sign rang up .44 each. A few days ago, I choose 3 lb bag of Fuji apples for $1.98, but it rang up the gala apple bag price of $2.78. They willingly & cheerfully corrected for the overpayment each time, but customers should be able to trust that the register will ring up the displayed price .

Everything a typical large grocery store would have plus lots of department store items. This is a great place to stop on the way to the lake for food, drinks towels etc. We even bought nice bedding and rugs. Nice friendly helpful staff

WOW! I was visiting my best friends for Thanksgiving last week from Florida and I was stunned. Absolutely amazing service from floor associates to the fishmonger and sushi chef to the produce assistants to the cashiers. The employees seemed to all be in a great mood, laughing and talking with one another all while doing their jobs to their fullest. When employees have good morale it shows in the great service they provide! 6/5 stars!

This is a nice and relatively new H-E-B Plus in the North Austin/Cedar Park/Round Rock area. I dont live too close to this H-E-B but I whenever I go to Lakeline Mall, I like to stop by afterwards. They have more varieties/selections of everything. (even the floral shop is much bigger)

Nice and clean and really big enough they have literally everything. Pharmacy has vaccine shots, there is a gas station and many small shops in the strip mall too.

So I just Want to say this location isn’t enforcing the mask mandate. There was a guy in the produce today picking his nose. I told an employee and he didn’t have anything on him to page a manager, it was disgusting and I don’t feelComfortable shopping at this location anymore. Might I add the employee seemed uncomfortable with the guys gross behavior, but ik his hands were tied. I don’t blame him but Heb needs to do a better job.

I was able to get food at this location getting there around 11:30ish! Its further away than my closer stores but worth the trip. They were restocking shelves as people were buying...they do have limits in place for items which is good! No toilet paper though 🤣🤣

Hard to say anything that hasnt been said about the company itself. Its great and has been great for decades, probably more, but since it started in 1905, I dont have enough years to cover it.This location is also great. Employees are helpful, but not imposing. Cashiers are somewhere between politely professional and darnright radiant. Managers active look to keep things moving for everyone. Ive heard one of the produce guys singing once or twice. Its good people. Theyre busting their chops through this pandemic and somehow find the energy to make my day a little better.Do I expect it from a grocery store? No. Does it matter? Yes, and thank you all.

We tired this H-E-B because it was close to H Mart and more convenient for us today. It turned out to be a good choice for us. The layout is almost the same as the H-E-B Plus near our house and the staff are just as helpful and friendly. This worked out so well we will shop here every time we shop H Mart.

So Ive never actually given a Google Review before, but tonight I felt inspired to! So tonight at ~8:55pm (at the HEB located on 14028 North, US-183, Austin, TX 78717) my fiance and I were paying for our groceries in the self checkout area and my fiances total came to $5.30. My fiance stuck in a $5 bill which brought the total down to $0.30. She had the 30 cents but as she went to insert it into the check out machine it kept spitting out the change. The HEB employee (woman, dark hair, I believe wears glasses) came up to help us, tried it out herself, and had no luck either. Well, without hesitation the employee proceeded to pull out here own debit card to pay for the remaining 30 cents! Great job HEB for hiring and retaining such great employees, and great job on this employee for doing an amazing thing. I already have so much love for HEB, but this moment here raises it to a whole new level :D

I really like the layout of this store. Im really surprised at how few parking spots that were allotted for such a big store though. In any case, I do like that they have a section for people with children!The fruit and veggies here are always fresh and have great pricing. Much more for your buck than other grocery stores like Randalls or Sprouts (which I both shop at on occasion).

HEB plus always has the best variety of plants, baked goods, food brands, deli items, and holiday decor.

Biggest h.e.b. ive ever been to. They have everything and more! Free samples everywhere. Seafood selection is great, sushi is freash. The customer service is great. There were ppl in the wine section that knew exactly where all the wines i wanted were, and they actually knew alot about the wines too which is crazy cool for h.e.b.There are about 5 hebs on my way to my ladies house. I know which one ill be stopping at.

Best Garden Center ever, Deana does an amazing job, all the other HEBs need to come learn from her. Or just make her the CPO Chief Plant Officer

It was easy to navigate as I havent been to that location before. The cars where being cleaned as I came in. Easy to find what I was looking for had spots to stand on to stay social distance! Nice parking lot with divided cart corals for the big and small carts! The checker was friendly

This is one of the nicest HEBs I have been to. I moved to a different town but if Im ever in the area and need to go get some groceries I choose to go there. There is a lot of room to move around and everything is so organized. I suggest this HEB wholeheartedly. 👍👍👍

Did you know is dog friendly?! Im mind blown in a good way ❤️. As long as you dont put it inside the cart and is well behaved, they will allow and even get many cuddles from the employees. This isnt my closest HEB but Im shopping only here from now on! Loved it.

Love the prices. Store is clean. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Curbside is also great. They could use more baggers. I have to bag my own groceries over half the time I visit which I personally hate to do.

We bought a lot of groceries at night and a new girl was scanning our items. She was slow and maybe new. We saw on our receipt we’d paid for a large beef roast but found that it never got bagged. The store closed before we noticed unfortunately. It was too late to call by the next morning. I guess be extra careful when your food is getting bagged here.

It was great but you was under staff and had to wait for her to get help.

Nice store clean with great staff! Just wish I didnt feel rushed when checking out. They move on to the next customer when your still trying to collect your things from the counter.

Best of the HEB i have seen

Curbside and delivery consistently leave something off either remove it from the order or forget to put it in cart. My last order had 8 items missing, I still had to go to the store after paying for delivery. I understand if this happens every once in awhile but it happens to me every week.

Good prices, good quality items, I always find what I need, easy to find help, quick in and out, partners are aways positive and HEB has a repution of being good to their employees. Best grocery store there is.

I love this HEB location! After the winterstorm 2021, I could not find specific staples that I need. I found milk, eggs and cheese here - one stop shop!

Large and better selection of goods than other Plus in the area. The only downside is traffic, the parking lot is often jammed.

This is my neighborhood HEB. It is Always busy. But very organized and stocked well. I appreciate that they offer several self check out stations as well as having plenty of friendly cashiers to get you checked out quickly!

I was in Austin this weekend for a family visit and stopped by HEB. I have never been to a PLUS! store before. This one was HUGE! lots of options and that same friendly HEB feeling.

This store has everything (except for anti-bacterial wipes, but who has those these days, right?). Produce, dry goods, beauty (couldnt believe they have the shampoo/conditioner that I previously bought at the salon), school supplies, pharmacy, organic everything. Employees are pleasant and professional. HEB hires special needs employees and treats them as part of the HEB family. I really enjoy shopping here.

Outstanding shopping at this HEB Plus! I have never been to such a fantastic grocery store that is so much more. This facility is huge in size with a selection of meat, frozen goods, produce, etc. to match. They also carry office supplies, camping, cookware and the list of what they carry is endless. I would never consider shopping anywhere else. A+++
