The associates are very helpful and friendly and have always been each time I have a visited. they go out of your way to be sure that you are pleased with your products and prices. would recommend to anyone and everyone.

And used to be a good place. But with the camping ordinance there is so many homeless living between Riverside and Pleasant Valley. My wife was very scared to get out of the car to pump gas. I can see why theres a lot of homeless that are drunk or high on something but you dont know what theyre capable of doing. Then theyre coming up to customers pumping gas asking for money and asking for food I understand people are having a hard time. But if you dont give them what they want whats going to happen thats the question that the troubles most of us if I dont have it and you think I havent what are you going to do rob me beat me up. This was a conversation me and my wife had. So we decided not to stop at HEB to get gas anymore

Some painting would be nice or maybe some cleaning, like a deep cleaning. The pumps are super old theres no tap, you have to insert the card or go inside. In general the place looks not so clean.

Nice place for what you need fast. Not to mention they have Round Rock donuts.

The place would be great if the homeless. Wouldnt bug you.

They have vanilla syrup for fountain drinks. Makes my Dr Pepper tasty.

Good selection of alcohol but needs better snacks. Staff is friendly but this is the only place where all my cards dont work so I always bring cash. I can go to burger King just 30 second drive next door and use the same card that the chip wont read at heb fuel and it works. They need to replace pos card readers with better band of card reader.

Its alot of homeless people in parking lot trying to sell you things and asking for money. They hangout on the side of the buildings and in front of the gas pumps. It was just a uncomfortable experience.

Awful. There is no sense of direction, everyones walking on the same side of the middle aisles. The story is extremely over crowded, there is not one CDC guideline being followed in the store. Many many homeless, with a restroom line of homeless women all the way to the door of HEB. Not a COVID safe or kid friendly HEB.

Lorena, who works at the riverside HEB. Does NOT practices basic customer services. Instead she barks orders at people in a confrontational and negative manner. Lorena should be fired immediately because she is actively diminishing the HEB reputation.When confronted violently to Get back! I calmly asked Lorena to ask nicely and practice kindness. (Its the first skill of a cashier) and she reacted with negative body language and proceeded to build tension. This behaviour by any employee is zero-tolerance behavior. I am baffled that this person was ever hired.

Despite the homeless encampment across the street, this convenience store rocks! The prices are great and the employees are very kind and helpful.

Very clean and well kept up inside. Plus they have a mountain dew flavor Ive never seen anywhere else, Goji. One of the clerks seemed kind of rude at first, but was friendly to me when I checked out. Covid-19 mask required, but that good for almost everywhere right now.

As always one of my favorite places to visit usually early in the morning around 4-5 am. There restocking the shelves and is the best time to find what you need.

I love the convenience of a gas station with the store and I can always just run inside and grab a pack of cigarettes instead of inconveniencing the cashier inside the grocery store. Much faster

Good customer service, but yesterday I watched the manager call the cops on a poor little old lady because she complained about the cream in the coffee tasting sour. I can understand if its some old crackhead but this woman seemed respectful. the manager definitely overreacted, so dont complain about the coffee or get ready to go to jail!

One of the most organized, cleanest, and well-stocked convenience stores in Austin.

After inserting 2 credit cards showing declined, my husband walked inside the convenience store to prepay with cash, they casually responded yeah, it doesnt read chips all the time. Disappointed with poor attitude of what I would expect from HEB.
