The service department is so very helpful! Cameron was quick to answer my call and get me on their schedule. Austins knowledge made our hot fix quick and EXTREMELY affordable. They saved us quite a bit of money and good deal of time. They are both super friendly and accommodating. My family bought a hot tub from Southern Leisure Spas in Austin in February, with a committed delivery in July (they were allotted X number of hot tubs per month, and this was the earliest). Five months later, with absolutely ZERO communication over that entire five months, we found out at the end of July (only after WE called them) that we were now looking at the middle of September. Had we been given honest guidance back in February, or even at SOME point in the last five months, we could have gone somewhere else. But nope, zero communication and at this point, my wait time would be even longer if I were to move to another company. They refused to do anything to compensate for the delay.We are not asking for anything beyond what THEY told me was the delivery date, or to be compensated in some manner for their lack of delivery or communication. Neither Leisure Spas or Bullfrog were willing to do anything to help make this right.In an ironic twist, the sales folks were pretty open about bashing other stores and companies during the sales process. Maybe there are no honest and trustworthy businesses in this industry that will deliver what they promise, or at a minimum communicate with their customers? But those are not labels I would assign to these guys.I would advise to anyone looking that you consider other companies beyond Bullfrog and beyond Southern Leisure in Austin if you are in the market for a spa of any kind.

This company and specifically Weston is incredibly professional and extremely efficient. Last few weeks we have had our pump cutting off. I scheduled an appointment the following week. They had some issues getting the replacement pump and called me early in the week to let me know. We rescheduled for Tuesday. Weston called and let me know exactly when he would show up. So refreshing to get professional communication! Great work, great price, great communication makes doing business with these folks a pleasure versus a chore. Found my only source needed for future spa repairs and purchases.

We had bought a Bullfrog Spa a year ago while building a new home. The build wasn’t ready for the spa until a few weeks ago. We called SL for a spa check and install. They sent Westin out. He is a very nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable person. He checked over and cleaned the spa, and answered all our question. He gave us his phone# in case we had further questions.Both he, and Matthew (sales consultant) made us feel like we were valued customers.

For Bull Frog spa service I would recommend Southern Leisure. I recently contacted them for some repair work on my Bull Frog spa and they took good care of me. Austin in service was helpful over phone and email to facilitate and Westin the service technician was polite, timely, and very knowledgeable. Next time I need service or have a chemical question they will be my first call.

Cameron and the team at Southern Leisure Spas were great to deal with. The kept us informed every step of the way during the build/delivery of our hot tub. They were willing and able to answer all of our questions along the way and made for a smooth installation. The store front and the service department has been such a delight to work with. I recently purchased a new home and had no idea what I was doing with the bullfrog system the previous owners had purchased. One quick conversation with Cameron in the Austin location and I was set. The service department was also very helpful in identifying the parts I needed to replace the neck pillows that had worn out over time. All in all this team has been fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa.

We purchased our Bullfrog spa from Premier - the dealer who closed and transitioned their business to Southern Leisure. Premier was great. Our first attempt to work with Southern Leisure has been to request regular annual maintenance service. I have left 2 messages as the service number does not seem to get answered live, and I filled out the online service request form on their website. I have not received any response, and since called the local store in Austin to report the issue. I was told it would be passed along to the manager, but still have not received any call or contact to schedule our service. Beware buying from them - sales process may be great but if you can’t get service they aren’t a full service dealer.

We couldnt have been happier with the service we received from Cameron at Southern Leisure Spas. He took his time with us when we came into the store and answered all of our questions. He even opened the store up early so we could water test several of the spas we were considering. Because of Covid and the high demand we had to wait much longer than we had expected to receive our spa but Cameron stayed in constant communication with us and was always very responsive to emails and questions. The wait was so worth it and we are absolutely loving our new spa!!

We thought we had a significant pump problem on our Marquis spa. This happened on a weekend (of course) so I called Southern Leisure Spas and left a voicemail. Monday morning I received a call from SLS and a service call was scheduled for 3 days later (extremely quick considering they are very busy). On that morning I received a call from their service tech, Weston, saying he would be here in 30 minutes. Weston arrived promptly and got right to work. He troubleshot the entire system and determined that the issue was an electronic board, not the pump/motor. He had all the replacement parts with him and replaced the board quickly. Weston was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus he was very courteous to us and answered all our questions. We couldnt be happier with Southern Leisure Spas & Patio. We highly recommend them.

Had an excellent online shopping experience with Cameron and bought a small quality Bullfrog spa with a warranty at discounted Pandemic pricing. Installer positioned hot tub, filled and treated it, and gave an informative and helpful spa maintenance instruction. Bullfrog spas are engineered to have less plumbing and so have less problems, plus easy access to pump. Great options for cabinets and shells plus water treatment. You won’t be disappointed.

I was considering purchasing a hot tub online via one of the large, big box retailers but decided to walk into Southern Leisure to learn a little more. Based upon my conversation with Cameron, their store associate, I realized that it was going to be absolutely necessary to purchase from a local retailer. Cameron was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering questions and proactively offering solutions to my various concerns.After we purchased the system, we had some minor bugs to work out, and Southern was able to quickly dispatch a technician to come out and repair. What a great experience working with these professionals. I will start by saying I have had a lot of problems with my brand new tub and the previous folks supposedly taking care of me. It wasnt until SL Spas took over and got things done that I finally felt cared for. They communicated and empathized and have made things right. From Austin in the office to Weston in the field, its been great to have them on my side.

We purchased a BullFrog A7L Hot Tub from Premiere in Jan 2016 after seeing the excellent reviews of both. It was the wet test tub on the showroom. Over the course of the last year and a half we had noticed a loss of water beyond evaporation. Then in about February of this year I opened the tub and found it had drained about 8 inches of water overnight. I knew something was wrong and contacted Premiere for guidance. Bill the owner even called me back and we were both stumped as to what was happening. Then in about April of this year I started to notice a stream of water running near constant from the right corner. At that point they sent Ashton out to take a look, we opened the cabinet and pulled out a couple garbage bags of wet foam and discovered a crack in the shell on the vertical wall behind one of the Jet Packs. It looked like something impacted it, perhaps during manufacturing or shipping. I was immediately worried since it was all torn apart at that point.Thats when Premiere Hot Tubs and BullFrog completely exceeded my expectations. I got an email from Bill saying they were ordering me a brand new tub. I was expecting a new shell and cabinet at most under warranty. They completely ordered a brand new tub including Jetpacks! Who does that? Premiere Hot Tubs and BullFrog have my business for life.

Heartfelt shout-out to Weston the repair professional. My spa is a brand other than what Southern Leisure sells but they service a variety of manufacturers models. Weston knows his stuff and couldnt be any more friendly and customer service oriented! He was especially patient with my cynical hey, why is my spa leaking following my pump replacement, what did you do? attitude, returning to diagnose a new problem (diverter valve leak) and signs of a coming failure with the waterfall valve. (Its a newly acquired used spa, after all.) Weston has me all fixed up now and answered all my questions on how best to maintain my spa. Great guy.

A hot tub is a game changer, and so is great service. Texas has hot summers, but weve got some pretty long, cold winters, so having this tub has been a SUCH a treat. Premiere is a great place to get your tub. They have a huge selection of great quality brands. Everyone on the team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, from Daniel on the sales floor to Doug in the warehouse. These guys know their stuff and care about their customers. Highly recommend scheduling a wet test to try out different tubs. Daniel spent hours with us explaining and demonstrating all of the different features so we could feel good about our purchasing decision.

We purchased a Bullfrog from Premiere hot tubs and the experience has been awesome. Our sales consultant, Dana, kept us informed of sales and deals without ANY pressure. We ordered it when ready and they had it in on time. The delivery guys were the best. They took careful time to be sure that we understood how to use the spa, set it up and care for it. A couple of week ago my parents bought a new Bull Frog hot tub from Caleb at Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin. It is the best. Premiere Hot Tubs sold us on the Bull Frog with the Jet Packs. They work great. Caleb at Premiere Hot Tubs was great to work with and even let me try out the hot tub. Even better, they knew we (I) didnt want wait long, so Caleb sold us a floor model on a Saturday and they delivered it the next Tuesday. Its awesome and Premiere Hot Tubs is the place to go for a new Bull Frog hot tub.

We started our hot tub shopping at another store and were set to buy until the wet test when we found the hot tub was missing a key feature we wanted and accessories such as steps and cover lifter were extra. When making a big purchase like this we never felt confident in the spa set up or brand until We met Caleb. We dry tested multiple sizes and wet tested the different brands on more than one occasion and we never felt pushed in any direction or felt like we were being rushed or forced to make a decision.From the 1st day with Caleb we knew we would be back to purchase from Premier hot tubs. We did go see the competition, but was unimpressed by the knowledge of the sales team or product.Delivery time!!! It arrived quicker that expected and in perfect condition. Even the transport driver was impressively helpful and friendly after driving it all the way from the factory in Utah. The White Glove delivery included complete set up. Jeff attended to every detail on his end to ensure a smooth delivery just as promised on our end.The best part, though, was finally getting into that spa and letting our customized jet packs work their magic. Bullfrog R600 series.We purchased our tub in the late fall of 2018 from Premier Hot Tubs and had it delivered in early December. We were initially concerned about how the delivery would go since we live on the side of a step hill overlooking a valley. We had discussed our concerns with Premier Hot Tubs as we finalized the purchase and we were pleased with how they prepared their crew for the delivery. They came with a 3-man crew instead of the usual 2-man crew and used a plastic sled so they could keep better control of the tub. It worked great and we also appreciated the chemical startup package with the clear directions to get our tub up and running quickly. The operations manager (Doug) also makes himself available to answer all questions and to help make the process as smooth as possible. We have been enjoying our tub for several months now and are very happy with our decision.Thanks!

We didn’t buy our hot tub from Southern Leisure As our company went out of business. So we call Southern Leisure Spas for Service and they were amazing. Technician Westin was awesome!! Highly recommended!

Buying our new spa was one of the best shopping/purchasing experiences weve ever had. Dana, our sales consultant, was fantastic. Because they carry several top brands, she was able to point out the pros and cons of each spa - with special consideration for our specific situation. We felt so confident in the information and insights she gave us that we didnt even visit competitors. We got a great deal on a demo model, and they even housed it for us while our pool and patio were being completed.The installation was effortless, the crew were great, and the laminated cheat-sheet and instructions for spa maintenance were easy to understand (much easier than our pool maintenance!)We highly recommend Premiere Spas!

We have had three Hot tubs / Spas in the past 25 years and consider ourselves knowledgeable buyers. The experience with Jose our salesperson at Premiere was fantastic he was very courteous and informative. Do not be fooled by bells and whistles on other hot tubs.....stereos...fancy lights...dont mean anything without quality. Bullfrog is the best I have seen by far.Michael V

We had a very good experience with Premier Hot Tubs. I would highly recommend going to these guys if you are in the market. We had a difficult delivery logistically but they worked with it and made it happen. The hot tub had some damaged parts due to the delivery but these guys worked with me to get them replaced. They were very good at explaining the maintenance and the sales guy was not very pushy at all. 5 stars

Caleb was great. Made sure to show all of the features of the A7. I installed on a houseboat and the installation team went above and beyond to make it a safe installation. Tub has been nothing but perfect. Premiere has earned their reputation.

I have worked with Premiere Hot Tunbs for a few years now and the Bullfrog Hot Tub on the property is exceptional. Our service tech Sterling Simms is the icing on the cake with his knowledge of the equipment and attention to detail. I work with many service providers and he is absolutely one of the most professional techs I have had the pleasure to work with.

A friend suggested I visit Premiere Hot Tubs (before I bought my retirement present to myself a new hot tub) because he had such a good experience with the people here. My wife and I went into the show room and found what we were looking for in the show room. We got a good deal and the installation was professional and painless. Have been enjoying the tub each night since it was installed! Check them out before you buy anywhere else.

And the installation team was also great -- they made it simple and worked easily with our electrician. Our initial experience was great. Since that time thereve been some stops and starts in getting a resolution to a staining problem in our swim spa. Its been nearly 9 months and our last communication was this last weekend when I was told the technician would show up Saturday to hopefully have a final resolution. That didnt happen and no communication since. Still waiting for final resolution and communication regarding status of technician visit to hopefully finish this issue. Love our spa just wanted it looking good since it was brand-new. Also would like to be able to use it since its now been unavailable to me going on a week. Well update my review as things progress.UPDATE: The company took responsibility for a misstep in our service and has since made things right. I appreciate their efforts to rectify things and realize that sometimes things go wrong. Ive updated my rating to reflect this.

Run from this company. Bullfrog spa was delivered and it doesnt work. Doug came out and replaced circuit board now it wont turn on at all. He promised a new hot tub delivered, installed, and set up but after we called and spoke with Bill apparently thats not happening. More stall tactics. Pump is so hot it cant be touched. Condescending and playing games. He said no danger of fire if theres no power to it. How comforting. A $9600.00 spa thats not usable.

I bought a Bull Frog hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs for my condo which was originally to be installed underground. It was also going to be indoors which required moving through some tight hallways. The personnel with Premier were always helpful, patient, and very detail oriented. They rushed the delivery from the factory since we wanted special colors and custom stairs. They were kind enough to hold the spa until all our special requirements were met. Regretfully we had to put the hot tub above ground, but Premier was patient with our changes and installed the spa in two hours with no scratches on the paint, floors or anything broken. They left our room in better condition than it was before they arrived. We are extraordinarily pleased with the Bull Frog spa and just love the four different jet packs Premier suggested we. We are ecstatic with the spa functions and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much Premier Hot Tub for a job well done!!

We are first time hot tub buyers and as such we had a lot of questions. The first place we went to was all about the hard sale. They answered or questions very generally they didn’t give us much details. When we went to Premier Hot Tubs we were greeted by Jose. He took almost 2 hours with us answering all our questions even though he knew we weren’t going to purchase a hot tub that day. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us and I never once felt like we were in a high pressure sales tactic . We were so impressed by Jose. When we meet the owner Bill we were equally impressed . Very Professional staff! If you are in the market for a hot tub Premier is the place to go.

We decided to purchase on our very first meeting with her. The other team members at Premiere Hot Tubs has been very professional and helpful throughout this process. We had a small mishap once the Electrician hooked up our tub. But, upon my call to Premiere, Emily quickly assisted us and got one of their Techs to come out the same day. Kyle came to our home, very professional and knowledgable of the equipment. He fixed what he could, but needed another part. Kyle fixed the Hot Tub where we could still enjoy it. But the next day Ashton came out and had our Hot Tub up and running within 20 minutes. So, I just wanted the owner to know, you have some very competent, courteous, and professionals on your team. We would recommend Premiere Hot Tubs to anyone looking for some overdue relaxation with outstanding service.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a Bullfrog R6L about 9 months ago and recently a clip on the strap of the cover broke. They are sewn on so there was no way I could fix it. I reached out to Doug, the operations supervisor, for help. He shipped TWO new clips that slide on, and he did it 1-day shipping. I was very pleased that Premiere responded so well for a small item like a clip. Thank you Doug.
