I have nothing but great things to say about Ray and iDoctor! I dropped my phone so much that my screen was cracked everywhere and finally I dropped it once too much and my Home Screen started scrolling continuously so I had to get my phone fixed fast. Although I live in Irvine I have known Ray for years and knew I would get great service and knew he wouldn’t gouge me! So I sent my phone to Ray and he fixed it the same day he got it then sent it back to me the same day. I received my phone the next day. I was only without a phone for 2 days and when I got it back my phone looked brand new! I would recommend this service to anyone even if you have to mail in your phone!

I got my screen fixed for my old iPhone 7 Plus My son broke it over the quarantine weekend and everything was closed. The owner responded to me and was able to fix my phone and it works better than before. I’m very grateful because I need it for work on Monday.

I have used iDoctor in Azusa twice now. Once to replace my iPads battery and the 2nd time to get my old PS3 up and running again during quarantine. Both times Ray was great to deal with and my items were returned just as good as new. Thanks!
