Very pleasant employee.

Been waiting more than 5 minutes. No one at register. Two employees are making coffees. 7:51pm waiting for two quarts of ice cream to go. Total time with one person ahead of us more than 15 minutes.

Terrible customer service. I dont usually complain, but this was just terrible. I dont like feeling ignored completely when Im just trying to get some ice cream.

Worst experience ever!! Takes forever to get ice cream, plus I don’t understand how if we are all in a line how do I get skipped? Don’t then when i mention it it’s like oh well. Oh well is right I will take my money else where

Only get one star because it exists. On google it says close at 11pm but it really close at 10pm. Lesson learned. I come in at 9:40pm another day and I can’t get ice cream because “the binders are soaking the basking robins side is closed”. I asked “well can I get a scoop”. “No the scoopers are soaking also”. 🤔. I know that was late but it wasn’t closed yet lol. So If I want icream I have to come before 9:30pm?

I love cappuccino blast & other drinks but Ive noticed that most of the employees there cant make the drinks. These drinks are 5 dollars plus & maybe 2 times out of 10 I get a decent drink

Put a sign outside that has BR or Baskin Robbins or something. It only says Dunkin Donuts.
