COVID-19, power outage in the area... that did stop them from helping a girl out. My truck died and needed a new battery. Auto zone had no power, no way to look up parts, and was cash only. I stopped into Batteries Plus, they helped me right away. Changed the battery out for need which I am grateful for because I am only 52 and my head just barely goes above the hood of my truck, not to mention I have no idea how to change a battery. Thank you Batteries Plus for your friendliness, and hospitality. I will be back for all my battery and bulb needs!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here. I had them replace the screen and charging port on my iPhone and I was able to drop it off and get it back, good as new, just a couple hours later. Great customer service!

Toke to long to get to new batteries, then the young inexperienced man working the counter screwed the wires all up hy pulling the wires out of the slip on terminals them the other to peaple that worked there tried to fix it but had the wrong slip on terminals and was unsecessfuland I was able to fix itMyself

I had an iPhone screen replaced at the Helmer Rd location. I got great customer service and they did a really nice job on the screen replacement. I only gave three stars because the quality of the screen doesn’t seem very good. The color is very different from the Apple screen, there seems to be a blue hue to it. I also noticed that when you look at your reflection in the screen, the reflection is blurry.

Very good customer service

I purchased a battery for my motorcycle on July 2 at the Battle Creek store. As the woman is handing me my battery, she says that ALL our batteries come fully charged. I didnt get a chance to put the battery in until the fourth. After installing the battery I turned the key to start my bike and nothing. It was a dead battery. I called them only to realize they were closed. I thought maybe it was a good battery and just not charged, so I placed it on my trickle charge. i left it there for a whole day and night. when I went to the bike this morning, there wasnt enough of a charge to start the motorcycle. So I took it back to get a refund after work. They told me that first of all i would have had to have brought the battery back within 24 to 48 hours, but they were closed. I then was told there was no manager on to give me a refund. And even before I would get a refund they would have to test the battery. I work in the motorcycle industry in order to test the battery they would place it on a machine that would charge the battery first and then run a diagnostic. So that would mean that the battery would then be charged and possibly might read as a GOOD battery. SO I am out $80. What a crock. I will never shop nor send anyone to get a battery from them ever. How can you have your management off on the weekends when most people do their maintenance then?? Sad sad business.

They didnt have rechargable batteries for solar lights and the girl didnt try too hard to find what I was looking for. It was basically, Yeah, sorry, dont know what that is without you having a battery Edit: I could have picked out the battery if I had been shown the multiple types available, but I was shown nothing and I was the only customer in the store. Just zero effort.

I purchased a battery at the end of May before the 14 day return policy I brought it back to the store and they put it on their charger and said it was ok. It was supposed to have 50 cranking power and wasnt even close. They blew me off. Then I still had a bad camper battery and took it back in to the store. The third person was finally the manager. He said they had to test it for 24 hours. In the meantime I am selling my camper and the new battery is dead. Called Corporate and they said the stores are independent. NO HELP. Please dont buy from this store I am out over 120.00 dollars and they dont care and I had to buy a battery at another store. Visit NAPA 320 West Michigan. They know what they are doing and back their product. A year warranty is not the truth do fall for it.

The employees are very rude, lazy, and not very well informed about the products they sell. I stopped in to have a screen replaced, which I was told drop ins were welcome, but when I showed up to have my screen fixed it was a different story. I got to the store about 2 hrs before they closed and the screen replacement takes an hour to do, but I was told he wouldn’t be able to do it because he had to prepare and clean the store so when they closed for the night he could leave at 5, I was very upset because I had just called them at 2 o’clock and was told it would take about an hour and they could get it done In the same day. That was about 2 months ago. So then I’m figuring I would give them a second chance, so I called them about a screen protector and the well educated people they have working for them had no idea about any of the products they were selling. To me customer service sucks and I will be going else where to do any business I have for batteries or phone repairs and will not recommend batteries plus to anyone.

Worst customer service I have experienced, maybe ever. I took my phone there to have the battery replaced, and they subsequently broke the screen on my phone. They replaced the battery & the screen but did not compensate me for the loss of the Zagg screen protector that was on the original screen. The tech & store manager acted like I should be grateful that they replaced my screen, which they broke, and were not willing to compensate me for the screen protector. Additionally, now that the battery is charged, it appears that there are other issues with the phone. This business lacks both the willingness to take care of their customer & the integrity to make things right when they make an error. I would not support or encourage the use of this business in the future. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of satisfactory response to the issues created by this organization. I would give zero stars but I had to give a one in order to make this post.

I came in a couple weeks ago to ask about my phone screen getting fixed. The man said they could fix it, they just had to order my phone screen & he said he would call when it was in. Its been about 2-3 weeks & no phone call, email, anything. Even if its not in, itd be nice to get an update or something on when it should be in.

Yes. They have both of the things from their name. If you have a watch, or other gizmo that needs a battery, this is the place. Assuming you arent just going to get it off the internet. Or some other store like the Walmart nearby.

I called and asked if they could replace a cracked iphone screen with a good screen from an extra identical iphone I have (same model number), and the guy just simply says We cannot. Not another word. I asked him if they repair cell phones and he just says We do. Again, not another word. I then ask him if they repair broken screens, and he says We do. Still, not another word. No explanation or help from this guy, just short terse answers. So I gather that perhaps they fix broken screens, but theyll only use new parts and not the screen off my extra iphone. If so, then why the hell he didnt just tell me that in the first place instead of making me have to fish for the answers and connect dots. Its because this guy needs some serious training in customer service. Wont be coming here ever. The only reason I gave them one star is because my comment wont post with no stars.

I got my iphone repaired here. I was shocked about how good it looked afterwards. Best place to get it repaired. The prices also beat a lot of other places here in battle creek. They also have so many phone accessories like otter boxs and screen protectors and I ended up getting some double and triple as at a really great deal.

I have a Duracell battery from batteries plus and they wont warranty it because I sent someone else to buy it originally and dont know what number they used when they bought it for me now 9 months into the 3yr warranty the battery is junk and they wont warranty it.A battery warranty is a battery warranty!!!Horrible place to do business with!!!!!

Ive only been here twice, but I had a good experience. Went in today and had a watch battery replaced. They were pretty busy but it only took 10 minutes, and cost a little over $10. I would come back.
