Came to this store because I ordered a couple of upgraded phones and couldnt get them activated. John was great. Got mine and my wifes phones up and running in no time. I definitely recommend this store.

We came here after the lady from the Boost Mobile store in Davenport refused to help us and gave us an extremely rude attitude towards us. I have to say this store here is like a whole new world. John, and Bailey where extremely nice and they helped us resolve our issues with ease. Even though it took some time they did exactly what needed to get done. Ty so much for the great customer service.

This is good until you try to talk to them with the 611. That has no way to let them know you have a problem.

Horrible customer service both girls who work there are worthless. Tried selling me a sim kit for $25 when I didn’t even need it. I have had 2 take 2 iPhones back to Apple. They don’t stand by the products they sell and if you need anything done it’s from their screwed up phone.

Went in with my wife seeking to buy two iPhones, we asked the girl working if she had two iPhone 6’s in stock and she said “I have a couple, why?” She continued rudely “are you already boost customers or what?” So we just left, never going back to Boost again, especially the one on Wilder. Horrible customer service and she should be fired.

Zero rating they dont check if there phone service works in your area and they sell you phones and you get home and they dont work and they make you call for weeks at a time because they wont give you your money back
