I really dont know what to say. The person working here is very friendly. And tried to help. But i really dont get help here. Had a number ported, and i cant call certain numbers its coming up as a spam call. Phone is not activated right at all. And the first go around i was on a completely other time i was completely lied to.
The worst of all the employees do not know anything about it about cell phones, I lost one long time waiting to be in line, they would have to hire more qualified people
I would give the service we received no stars if I had the option. Jim was extremely unprofessional. He kept blaming Sprint for the problems we were having when trying to switch over, but didn’t offer much to help. He had my husband do most of the work in order to find a solution. He also knocked one of our phones off the counter, dropped the store phone while we were on hold with sprint and had to recall and be placed on hold again. He also ran out of the store with one of our phones still in his hand to talk to his ride home and almost dropped that phone on his way out. He was more worried with closing down the store and getting out on time then trying to help us.

My experience at this Cricket was absolutely phenomenal! A big shout out to Laura and her strive for providing extraordinary customer service. She applied her own experiences and provided great recommendations for me to enjoy my phone service and save a good bundle on my plan. To the public, I recommend visiting the establishment in the evening time so you can have the same experience that I had. Aside from the astounding customer service, I highly recommend Cricket for any phone plan because its affordable, convenient, and reliable!
If I had employees that talk you out of purchasing products as soon as you walk in the door, and then persist to argue with a customers about whats online versus whats in the store. I would be out of business in no time. Absolutely worst Cricket store in the area to do business with. Unfortunately it was only one employee but it reflects on the entire store. So if youre looking to waste your time this is the place to go horrible customer service. Knowing nothing about what tthey are selling, just there to collect the check obviously. If the owner of this store wishes to change this, hire people that are knowledgeable about the service, and are helpful towards your customers. This is why AMAZON is shutting places like this DOWN..
The sales associate Laura went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was very knowledgeable and persistent with helping me and she took my situation and solved my problems as if they were her own. I reccomend this store to anyone in the area and if Laura is working youre guaranteed to have your situation genuinely handled and left feeling more positive with the cricket company. I felt like I walked in the photo shop from that 70s show and cheech or hyde was trying to explain the service and coverage area.. loomed like an abandon shop.. very made impression for this company I felt like the guy working had no clue a 5 yeast old knew more then he did

Quite possibly the worst business I have ever been to. 1st time I went there, the associate was knowledgeable, but extremely slow. Glacial, took 3 hours to start a new phone. 2nd time I went there was to add another phone/line toward the end of my billing cycle, the associate outright lied to me about cricket pro-rating my bill. The 3rd time I just wanted to get a new sim card and setup my new phone at home. The associate lied to me, telling me that they just couldnt sell me a sim card, and they needed to do it there or it it wouldnt work right. I left and went to wmart and bought a $10 sim card and setup my phone at home. Use the one at FSM in Saginaw, the have about 5X the phones to choose from, and the people are just better.
Sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. When I had a specific, uncommon question that he did not know the answer to, he didnt hesitate a moment to contact someone else (the store manager at home) who did have the answer!
Being with you guys almost 2 years now why the one star the guy I sign up was nice but doesnt work there anymore got a phone. my Old phone since he was a defective when I replace it try to deal with it had to fight them find out they lie to me if the phones three days old I can take it inthey said I could not replace it 7 days later my dad called in to see what was happening I got a replacement phone . alright now lets get to the good part A month later started playing Pokemon go my friend runs out of data I have my data went to their store they said I have Wi-Fi calling and mobile hotspot if I have data last month I got a text message saying I violated the terms using a hotspot . alright they took it away or they lie to me waiting for the penalty alright heres the service I get always want to two bars no bars.today I came in to use my data to Google something up or anything it says I have no connection I have to be on Wi-Fi we just upgraded our plan to 23gb basically what the f*** is going on.Harley no money for a phone service but this works perfectly for me its at my phone people can ask me I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Verizon unlocked I have a Cricket replacement after was living hell it works I have other phones are unlocked they all have the same problem . do i recommended Cricket Wireless what I read with reviews theyre signing people up to get their quarter so far i see 7 reviews with that Hotspot problem I had they will lie to you and tell you get something and you do not get it . ps if I made any mistakes with the grammar I am sorry I used text to speak

Every month after I pay my phone bill all of our phones get shut off and we have to call and remind them that we paid our bill. Literally EVERY TIME
