Very helpful in moving my phone service to Metro!

Nice enough people but bad customer service. Sold me a ZTE phone for $120 when there was a nationwide ban on them and then when I couldnt get service in major cities including Bay City the owner told me he just found out it doesnt get band 12”.. pretty convenient. He did order me a new phone after four months and multiple inquiries, but it was the same one hence the same issues. Anywhere else would at least exchange it for a different phone of same or less value. Needless to say, switching back to Boost on Thursday.

Last time i went to store had a sign on the door saying theyd be back in 10 mins. Well that was 30 mins before they closed. No body even came back at all!! Then i call this month to make sure someone is there and they have the phone i want and no answer. Called 5 times!! Wont be switching

Don’t ever ever go to this place. If you go to this place 10 minutes before they closed they will refuse service to you
