My husband and I were on the hunt for upgrading our queen mattress to a king. We stopped into Bedmart because I remembered having excellent customer service when we bought our last bed there about 8 years ago and I wanted to go back. To my surprise, Dallas who had helped us back then was still working there and came to offer his help. What a score for us! He must have had amazing customer service back then because I totally remembered him the minute I saw him and immediately knew I was in great hands. He is genuine, honest and stuck to our price point not pushing us for more than we said we were looking for which I appreciate. He gave us multiple options to choose from and you can tell he really cares about his customers. The bed we chose happened to be in stock, and he even got it scheduled for delivery the same day! I have never had that happen before. My husband and I went to pick up some sheets at the store and pick up our daughter and while driving to get her we got a phone call saying they would be there in a half hour! We rushed home, disassembled our old bed and by the time we were done the delivery was here. Dallas even followed up later in the afternoon to make sure the delivery was smooth. What great customer service! It is one of the best experiences I have ever had, especially during a pandemic which has made things quite challenging for everyone. Took my father in to buy a new mattress. He is 90 and had a general idea what he wanted. Dave was able to present what was available in what my father required without any hard sell or pushing the top of the line, very expensive mattresses which my father did not want. We had visited another store earlier and the salesman there started with the most expensive mattresses and after 30 minutes finally got to what my Dad wanted. Daves sales style was great - very knowledgeable about his stock and very easy to talk to. Thanks Dave for the great experience and thanks for the BedMatrt resource!!

We worked with Dallas at this BedMart location. He was fabulous to work with and helped my wife and I find the perfect mattress! We went with a king TempurPedic with the adjustable base. This was a new type of mattress for us. He kept us updated with the delivery schedule and once it was delivered, my wife and I were not huge fans of the feel and smell of the mattress. After two weeks of trying it out we called Dallas to see about returning it and getting something else as it was just too firm for us (we bought a firm TempurPedic). Dallas provided recommendations for how we can break in the mattress and recommended that we continue with the same mattress for a bit longer but was very helpful about other mattress options if we wanted to return it and try something else. Well, we followed his recommendations and continued trying the TempurPedic and after having it for maybe a month or so, we decided we love it and dont need to try anything else. We also bought a second mattress for my mother-in-law and she loves her new mattress. Dallas is fantastic and really cares about helping the customer find exactly what is right for them. Even after the sale, he is so kind and will continue to take the customers many phone calls with questions/concerns and even took photos of the bottom of the adjustable frame and texted them to us when we were shopping for a new bed frame prior to the mattress/base being delivered. In the future, any time we need a mattress, we will only want to work with Dallas. Side note - if you are considering an adjustable base, go for it. Its so lovely. My wife and I dont technically need the adjustable base but we really love it and the Zero Gravity function is great for just destressing/relaxing.

Dave Whitman at the Tanasbourne store I have known for over 35 years and I was delighted to be able to work with him. I came in as a result of a medical diagnosis of congestive heart failure and needed an adjustable bed for both my upper body and my legs to drain fluid. I had forgotten Dave worked for Bedmart and had shopped at the Sleep Number store and Costco. The prices at Bedmart were comparable to Costco and 1/2 of Sleep Number.Daves attention to detail has always been his hallmark and I knew I would get a good deal with Dave. Even if the price was a couple hundred dollars more at BedMart I knew Dave was always looking out for me and I would pay the higher price if I had to. Bottom line I have always trusted Dave and in this time of my medical uncertainty knowing Dave has my back means everything to me. I absolutely recommend Dave and BedMart to anyone.

Dave at Tanasbourne was very helpful and informative. We were not planning to purchase at that moment, but he was very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the product and how Bedmart could offer the best deal, so we decided to purchase then. He immediately made sure the product was available for delivery and got that set up. We would recommend working with him.

Dave was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt make my girlfriend and I feel pressured to buy like so many salespeople do. He was genuine and sincere in his decorum. We ended up buying the Tempurpedic king mattress for the frame we had bought beforehand. He allowed us to lay on several different beds and walked away a few times to allow my girlfriend and I a chance to weigh our options. Our new mattress will be here soon and we are pretty excited. We also bought two super comfortable pillows and bamboo sheets. I highly recommend going to this location specifically and asking for either Dave or Dallas. They are both fantastic and down-to-earth.

This was a great experience all around. We never felt like extras or pointless packages were being pushed. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He listened to our needs and presented us with a range of products that made sense. He even grabbed some toys for our toddler to keep him busy while we shopped. Cost was always clear and Dave did a great job explaining the features included in each product and how they matched our preferences.Personally, I really dont like talking to salespeople. The thought of it gives me some anxiety and I practice saying no thank you before I engage. Dave is just a genuine guy who knows a lot about mattresses. I never got the pushy salesman vibe from him.The bed was delivered the next day and communication was perfect. We received calls from the driver and never once felt like we were waiting around or in the dark. My wife and I (and our son who sneaks into bed with us at 2am) are all excited about the new mattress.There honestly isnt a single thing that could have been done better. No question was unanswered! My partner and I were looking for a mattress for our living room. We have different sleep schedules so we needed something that suited our differing needs. Dallas was an exceptional sales associate. He directed us to the perfect mattress. We ended up buying the floor model for substainally less than a brand new one. We opted for a new frame as well. The one we were looking at they did not have in stock. However, Dallas managed to find us an updated version at similar pricing. Excellent experience! Highly recommended!Edit: Delivery was awful. First they didnt show during the window they gave us. And after calls they were still late. Then when they arrived they brought the wrong frame size. We were told they would be right back. It took several calls and many hours to get our actual frame. Everytime we called they acted as if they didnt know what was going on. We wont be back.

I was expecting a bed from a different mattress store to be delivered last Saturday, then last minute was informed by them that the mattress wouldnt be delivered until the end of this month. Frustrated my boyfriend and I went to the other mattress store, cancelled that order, and then I called Bedmart and spoke to Dallas who said if I came in that day to order the same mattress that I was going to get from the other store that I would get it from his location two days later guaranteed. I did 🙏 and I am extremely satisfied. I highly suggest going to Bedmart. Will definitely go there again. Spent the day walking through Mattress Stores, I was quite unsure of myself and had no idea where to start. This BedMart did me right, I felt like a valued customer. Dave was and will be my Mattress guru. unlike the other places I visited, he engaged me, asked questions, gave me info about beds and what sets them apart from each other. very friendly service. I didnt think I was going to find my bed today, but Dave clear up the rest of my day and next couple of weeks, as I said I was planning on visiting more stores to get an understanding of what I wanted before I chose. other stores engaged me for a few mins showed me 1 or 2 beds and went back to their desk. It seemed as if they only wanted to sale me on want they wanted me to go home with and gave up when I didnt care for them. nor did they give me much info about beds. if you want a good Experience, I say give Dave a try.

Dave Whitman was very sweet and pretty patient with all of my questions. I had been looking at a certain mattress at a few other stores and he had me try their mattress tester and it chose the same bed I had been looking at at other places. I knew that it was the right purchase. He also gave me a much better deal on the mattress than any of the other stores were offering. Highly reccomend!

My college age grand daughter just came to stay with me and we wanted to go look for a new bed for her. I had purchased from the Tanasborne Bed Mart store a few years ago, so we went there to see what we could find. We decided on a super single memory foam mattress. because of the coronavirus our original delivery date had to be rescheduled. The store called to let us know of the delay. We actually got it a bit sooner than our new scheduled time, Our salesman Brian was very helpful throughout the time from us choosing the bed up to the delivery date. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed. My granddaughter assures me the new bed is very comfortable. We are happy with our purchase.

The sales people were friendly, how ever my experience was the worst I have ever had buying a mattress. First off, I bought the mattress and frame.I was told I would be called for delivery, I wasn’t. I had to call asking why I hadnt been called. They told me the warehouse had showed my mattress had been loaded when it wasn’t. I would assume if that had been the case I would have been called.I didn’t get my new mattress for four WEEKS because of this mess up. I was then called by a manager to be told they would be giving me a rebate for the mess up. It never arrived. I called the store repeatedly for months trying to find out where the money was. I was told it would come with the delivery and it never did, no one ever checked up to see that it did.The man I talked to each time I called would tell me the manager wasn’t in that day. The days he told me to call back, I work. I told him this and he said to me, ” well then why dont you hang up on your costumers and call when hes here then.” Never once did he take a message, he never even mentioned it to the manager that I had been calling.No one even followed up after the mattress finally showed up. I finally had to drive to the store, I live 45 minutes away! When I finally spoke to the manger asking where the rebate was and explaining that they had messed up to start with, I got excuses in how they cant take messages because of a computer update not having “note” anymore.Worst customer service and follow through on a problem or internal issue I have ever come across.

A few mattresses were tried and settled on the Sealy Hi-Bred with the cooling gel. I got two bedroom sets from this store. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. After 4 years, the night stands from this store are the only ones that dont have scratch, in contrast to those I got from Coscto and Bobs. I bought two extra firm mattresses locally made in Washington State and the quality is super! My parents can never sleep on mattresses due to back problem but they love this mattress. Highly recommend this place!

Bought a mattress here last January and had an issue with it, called up this morning asking if it was still under warranty. I was actually set on a Parklane because theyre made in Portland, but I went here to compare. The salesperson, Dallas, was a really nice guy, very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He paid attention when I said I was in a hurry, listened closely to my preferences, and quickly showed me a few spot-on options. I went back again the next day and eventually settled on the second one hed originally shown me, a NW Bedding mattress set made in Spokane (the Mt Hood model). I liked it even better than the Parklane Id looked at previously, and it was considerably cheaper. Very happy with the purchase. It has a 10 year warranty, so I dont know that Ill have the occasion to do business there again for a long time, but I will definitely shop there again if Im in the market.

We were looking for a King size mattress at a good price. Went tried Sleep Country a few blocks East of this BedMart and felt like we were at car lot, being pushed and pulled around by the sales rep (didnt get to look at what we wanted, just were drug along and not really allowed to voice what we were looking for, period). When we went to Bedmart, right next to Walmart off Cornell, we were greeted by Bill. Good guy. He let us ask questions, gave good concise feedback, didnt drag us through the whole store looking at all the bells and whistles type mattresses. He gave us time to think-- without breathing down our necks. We found the best deal at Bedmart and had the best experience buying a mattress, too. Bill is simply the best, friendly, non-pushy and honest guy out there. Thanks Bill!
