Came in today looking for kids upgraded mattresses. Zach was super helpful today and we finally purchased three twin and twin XL memory foam premium mattresses! We loved the offer of outlet mattresses which allowed us to get a higher quality within our budget. The savings dont really seem to be there, especially looking at older models. Selection was slim when I went but could just be down to availability.

The hubby and I were in the market for a new mattress and thank goodness we went here first. One and Done! Tim was awesome, he explained the difference in types of mattresses and had us try them. We ended up with the first one we tried, a Tempurpedic. The whole process took about a half hour max, and we were sleeping on our new mattress the next night - Heaven!!

Bought a Tempur Pedic about two years ago and when it came time to upsize to a king this year I went right back to Bedmart. Great selection, very informed sales info from Louis and an insanely speedy delivery crew (bed, base, frame all hauled up to a 3rd floor and assembled in about 10 minutes).Bravo guys!

We came in for a reasonably priced mattress set. Looking for a a quality guest bed that fits the need of regular staying family and my spouse and I need a good rest out of the main bedroom (expecting my first kiddo in November).Zach was very friendly, showed us some good options in the price range we threw around. Purchased 2 Full XL beds and bed frames.  Had to order the boxsprings special.  Got everything home and put beds together 2 weeks later and noticed that my matress was ripped at seam.  Called the outlet up and they told me that the mattresses were sold as is with no returns or refunds.  There was nothing they could do for me. The damage was only cosmetic and not structural.

Ive been to this outlet 4 times. First was to buy some recliner couches, then to buy bed and dressers, then to buy my daughter a bed and last we went for newer couches. Weve been helped by Luis on all occasions. Hes super kind, friendly, and very professional. I do highly recommend this place, however, when you are buying, assure what you receive is in great working order. We had an issue with our love seat (recliners) and we submitted a claim. I spoke with Arthur Bonneru on 10/21/2020 and still have not heard back (Its now Jan 10th, 2021). Horrible service on the warranty department. Even tho we got the extended warranty, horrible response.

I will never buy a mattress anywhere else again. I bought my first mattress from the BedMart Outlet in 2012. I was provided excellent service and paid a fair price. Each time my family has a new mattress need we first shop around online then pop into the BedMart Outlet. Each time we are prepared to keep looking if something has changed in the service, selection or pricing but over the past 8 years they have consistently be the best! Show up ready to buy, they will make sure you get what you came for.

We wanted a sectional couch and mattress, and we had been to Ashley Furniture, Micheal’s Fine Furniture, Mor Furniture, La-z-Boy, Costco, Fred Meyer’s and City Liquidators. Being tired of the “sales game”, we almost called it quits but last week we found ourselves in Beaverton on Highway 8, far away from home and we walked into the BedMart Outlet and met Zach Enriquez. He showed us some beds and couches that fit our taste and price point. He walked us through how the entire process would go and did not give us a “sales pitch.” He allowed us to relax without being in a rush environment. If you are in the market for a new mattress, bed or sofa, I recommend going to see Zach at Bed mart in Beaverton. It is definitely worth the drive wherever you are traveling from. The stooge in the grey beaver sweater is possibly the worst salesman ever, I came in with specifics that I wanted, was given two options to try and then told “mattress are for sleeping not sitting” after I specified I wanted something firm enough to sit on. The firmest mattress was not firm enough for what I was looking for. If you want someone to pay 1k+ for something I mean try and help someone out my goodness what a mickey mouse operation.

My wife and I recently bought a mattress from BedMart and the service was great. George went above and beyond in getting us a mattress that was right for us. Luis was very friendly and helpful as well.We purchased a mattress and had it delivered. We found our backs hurt and the mattress we had happened to receive was defective. We called and went back in and they were very great in getting us a new mattress replacement for free. Wonderful customer service.

We had the best shopping experience at BedMart. Christina was more than helpful, easy going, accommodating and really understood our wants/needs. She even stayed after closing helping us measure and talk through the right choice. Although the sofa & love seat we fell in love with ended up being too big for our space once we went home and measured, we will be back for any furniture needs in the future!! He was very knowledgeable about the couch that we were interested in and ended up buying. Straight shooter, honest, no BS. The salesman was great. I bought a mattress & box & frame. He gave me a better price than I expected.The major thing wrong is there is only steps to enter the store. It is so hard for me to do stairs, both up & down. Check out other locations for handicap entrances.

Yesterday I randomly stop by BedMart to inquire about purchasing my first mattress. I had no intentions of making a commitment that day. I was greeted immediately by the the friendly and professional sales associate who showed me a number of mattresses that fit my both my needs and most importantly my price range. I was educated on the differences on my top choices, because they all looked like white rectangles to me. He then let my know of financing options that would allow me to get better quality mattress that I could pay off over a 12 month time period. Long story short, Jake Higdon offered a premium shopping experience that I felt I wouldnt receive anywhere else, so I made the commitment that night. I picked up my new comfortable and affordable bed the next day and to be honest, I cant wait to sleep in it tonight!!! Thanks again Jake!!!

Looked around at a few mattress stores, but wanted to check here before making a purchase and was glad I did. Found the exact same set we had picked out at a regular BedMart for about $600 less. It still runs kind of shady like a used car lot (like every other mattress store), but whatever. The guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful, taking us to the back to check out mattresses and answer all our questions.
