Excellent customer service from Torban! I showed up super close to closing and he still helped me even though it took some time. He knew exactly how to help and was as fast and efficient as he could be. I know I took up extra time and he had to stay a bit late but I was never made to feel rushed or like it was a chore. Olivia Free was the rep who helped us. We had been basically kicked out or told to “go to an different store” by the guy Brayden at the AT&T store by Beaverton Fred Meyer. Olivia took the time to listen to us, go over all the possible options to address our situation, never rushed us, answered all our questions and made us laugh. She was kind, knowledgeable and funny. Our situation was fairly complicated replacing a broken phone, but she made it look easy and never once made us feel like it was a hassle even though she was the only one there at one point and she was BUSY. She needs deserves a raise and a paid vacation.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. My current plan is prepay, but my employer provides an AT&T discount, so I wanted to talk about a plan upgrade and phone. Immediately upon entering, the 3+ employees in an empty store demanded to know my account info. I said I just wanted to look around on my own for a minute before talking to anyone. One of the women rudely said this was not allowed. I bid them good day, and she said good bye very snotty. I wont be back if this is AT&T horrible customer service. My employer offers discounts at other carriers too.

Is it possible to give negative stars? I actually switched carriers entirely over my experience at this store. I walk in and some blonde chick with tattoos glares at me as if I’m in the wrong place or something. Imagine my shock when I heard her refer to herself as the “manager”. I sincerely hope that isn’t true because she was extremely rude, patronizing, and condescending. I can’t imagine how that would be possible. My entire interaction with her was awful. I simply asked for help with my account, simple things, and she acted like she was above even talking to me. It was like a major chore for her to even try to help me it was bizarre. Not to mention how she spoke to her poor staff in there! She is not a nice person and I guarantee you they do not get paid to put up with her. While she is only one “manager” at one store, I feel like if AT&T can actually make someone like that in charge of long time customers and an entire store, then clearly they aren’t a very smart company and I sure did take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here. You can find cheaper plans with a better service, without being treated like literal garbage.

My wife and I went to this store location to switch our phone plans because we weren’t getting good service with our old plan. When we walked in, A blonde lady I think her name is Kendall and I believe she is the manager of that store helped us. She told us of a promotional offer they were having that we could switch in our phones for $700 credit each towards our new phones. She told us our bill would be be about $130-$150 a month and that she would waive our activation fees so we decided to do it since it wasn’t that much more than our old phone bill with Verizon and on top of that we’d be getting new phones. When my wife finished the paperwork the manager told her that her credit didn’t allow for her to have two phones and that we’d have to pay full price for one. After discussing it we decided to pay off my phone. My new phone is the S20 Ultra which was listed at $1400, my trade in value for my old phone was $700, and my wife paid in full $840. All that combined is worth more than what my phone was listed for so where did the extra $140 go to? Anyways we went home and my wife noticed a third line on our account as soon as we got home so she called the store and a man picked up and told us that they needed the third line to get us the promotional offer that we wouldn’t be charged for this third line. My wife clarified with him that we didn’t need this line and he insisted it was only going to be showing on our account and that we wouldn’t be paying for it. A few days later she gets a bill stating that our bill is $403. We recently moved to SE Portland and decided to go into the AT&T location near us here. The guy at this location dug through our bill and our account and told us that these people at the Cedar Hills location had signed us up for a business account, we were getting charged for this extra third line, and that our activation fees were not waived. He was also concerned as to why we paid more for my phone than what it was worth. Long story short, we’ve been waiting to get this issue resolved with no help from anyone except for this guy who was only able to get our activation fees waived so now our bill is $304. Now they’re telling my wife that someone will contact her and no one has. Our bill is over due now and she’s getting warnings of our service being shut off if we do not pay this amount. We honestly just want to cancel our account with AT&T at this point and go back to Verizon. We’ve been lied to and signed up for things we weren’t even aware of. If this is how their employees help new account holders they should get fired.

This has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had with any phone carrier. We first came into this store with the intent to switch from Verizon over to AT&T and were told of a really great deal going on. The blonde lady there (I cant remember if her name Nicole, shes the manager). She started off super friendly and knowledgeable and told us they were running a deal that if we traded in our phones we would get $700 off each new phone we wanted to get. So we decided to go that route. Where did my $140 go? She also told us wed get a credit of $100 towards our bill because we paid off his phone. Anyways, after we left the store I went home to go download the AT&T app so that I could get started on getting auto-pay and all that stuff situated. AND to my surprise, I logged in and saw that we had three phone lines attached to my account (my husbands, mines, and a random number weve never seen before). So, of course I called back and a man picked up that time and told me she was with a customer so I asked him why do we have a third line. He said it was a line used to run that promotion they offered us and that we wouldnt be charged for it at all and in fact we would be able to use this line for a hot spot set up if we wanted to. I confirmed with him and asked are you sure we are not going to get charged for this, and his response was no. So I said, okay as long as we dont get charged for this, if we do, then we dont want it then and he re-assured me saying that I wasnt going to get charged for this at all. A few days later, (SO GLAD I KEPT CHECKING THE APP) I logged back into the app and saw to my surprise a BIG FAT BILL of $403. I was in disbelief, usually when someone tells you what your first bill will be you have it in your mind that the first bill will be around that amount. Weve since then moved to SE Portland and we decided to go to the store location near us there and talk to one of the people that worked at that location. After looking at our account and going through everything he proceeded to tell me that this manager Nicole, whatever her name is had signed us up for a business account that we were totally unaware of, she never waived out activation fees, and on top of that, the 3rd line that we were supposedly not going to get charged for, we were actually getting charged for it. Ive been working with this guy now and the only thing that has been done for me is the activation fees getting waived. I dont have a need for a third line but was told if we cancel this third line we would lose the promotional offer that was offered to us in the first place for trading in our old phones for $700 each. Weve been trying to get this issue resolved and it has been well over 30 days. Our bill is now considered late and Im getting an email stating that my service will be shut off now if we do not pay the bill which has dropped but only to $304. Ive tried reaching out to the store in Cedar Hills and tried to get in contact with the District Manager of that store Brenden but for some reason no one can seem to get me in touch with him and all they can tell me is that they can tell him I called. This has been a really upsetting experience and honestly at this point, I just want to cancel my entire account and switch back to Verizon.

Amazing customer service experience with Eric and Mackenzie. They were easy to talk to and Eric was super knowledgeable. Definitely manager material. Although the back lines were busy and I wasn’t able to wait after him being on hold for 20+ mins and being transferred between departments, Eric was able to provide a solution another AT&T store wasn’t able to do so I would have a useable phone while trying to port my number over from another carrier. I respect his patient and his willingness to answer any questions or concerns I had. Definitely your go to guy if you have a complicated issue.Mackenzie gets a mention because dude was training but handled the store well, assisting Eric in making sure every customer was greeted and immediately helped. Thank you!

This the closet AT&T store near me I rarely go to the store but the one time I go, someone left a paper saying went for lunch be back at 5:30 I called because when I looked at the time it was 6:15 so maybe they were in the back and just forgot but nope. Best AT&T customer service I have ever had!I had an outrageous bill and could not figure out why it was so expensive so thought I would call AT&T customer service line and get it figured out. After being so frustrated with the automated answering machine and dealing with the stupid voice recognition and waiting for so long, I got to finally talk to a human being which was arguably one of the least intelligent people I have ever talked to! She just could not even pull up my bill because of not being able to authenticate my call and she could not escalate my call to someone else who could so she recommended that I go to the store and review my bill there instead! Super inconvenient! Anyway, I’m out of options so I went to this store expecting the worst possible service... to my surprise, I was shocked of how helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional Rob Erwin was! He was able to authenticate my account, explain my bill to me and set up safe guards to avoid such a surprise charge within a few minutes! For comparison, the entire trip to this store (after work during rush hours!), and waiting for available employee took much less time than waiting on hold over the phone which was completely waste of time! I mentioned Rob by name in this review because good employees are rarely recognized and awarded and they should be celebrated more often! I wish he could train other AT&T employees so more AT&T customers do not have to deal with high level of frustration as it is the case currently. The customer service I experienced today with Rob should be the normal customer experience every AT&T customer gets!

I came to this store because the other store I went to first called them, confirmed they had the phone I wanted and had them put it on hold for me.When I arrived at this location less than 30 minutes later, the rep, who was quite rude from the get go, told me that they do not have that device and that the guy probably left who put it on hold so he couldnt help. When I settled for a device - not what I wanted - I added a few accessories to my order, the guy told me they would be put on my account - thats fine, but when I got home I found that he had added several expensive items that I did not want or ask for.They were closed by then, so I went back this morning - They told me they could not verify my claims & that there would be a restocking fee for any/all items.I called ATT (I have a business account) and they helped me with the phone issue and put in a complaint, but told me I would have to work with the retail store because they dont have any control over accessories purchased from retail (non corporate) stores.

I recently came in to upgrade my phone, and my experience at the Cedar Hills AT&T store with Jordan was as quick and painless as a time-consuming and annoying process like upgrading your phone and moving everything over can be. He was polite, helpful, and quick, as was Nicole, and they both did everything they could to help me get it done. The store, like every mobile phone store, goes in weird waves of busyness, so you just have to time your visit right. Ill definitely be back to this location.

Dont waste your time going here. The condescending girl with sleeve tattoos is a horrible sales person and an even worse person to try and talk to about the process in buying a new phone. Disrespectful and tried to state the already known policies to me and continued to talk over me. The guy in there, was so awful and barely tried to practice at least the bare minimum of customer service. The guy took off his mask for several minutes and had me use his phone without sanitizing it so I could talk with customer service. Extremely poor COVID-19 precautions. I got into a disagreement with them and they were incredibly unhelpful. This was yesterday, 7/25 at 4pm. Wasted an hour of my time trying to verify my identity so I could purchase a phone online to find out I was not going to receive the promotion I applied for. The girl previously told me on the phone that shed have to look at my account when I got there to see if she could apply the promotions, she didnt and then she began to be incredibly entitled and condescending in her approach to explaining the process to me.I heard her speak to other customers and her ability to sell on the floor is laughable. She sounds like a robot and has no idea how to create rapport with customers and it shows when the customers werent very responsive to her selling tactics. I am appalled to have even experience this level of unprofessionalism. Its a shame my experience with AT&T has been nothing but pain and agony the past 3 days at this store, the Beaverton location and on the phone with customer service. Im simply trying purchase a new phone but its like pulling teeth with this company. You cant get good customer service anywhere and theyre processes are poor. Please evaluate your employees, specifically these two that worked at 4pm yesterday, they are the worst people to have representing your company.

My wife went into the store to transfer her service from one carrier to AT & T. Her phone was less than a year old but of course they told her she needed a new phone for 300 dollars. They graciously gave her a 59 dollar credit for her old/new phone (iphone 7). I dont understand why these guys feel like they need to sell you a new phone EVERY time. Dont shop here.

Is there a negative 5? Horrible experience. Went in to purchase new phone. Been customer for decades. Sales guy starts right in with me and I let him know I am just looking. He insists repeatedly over the course of a few minutes as I am looking quietly at phones and touching nothing...that it is his store and that if Im in it, I have to talk with him. I did my best to repeat I was simply looking and that I was not under any obligation to be forced to converse with him. But he didnt let up. I felt stalked and bullied verbally and emotionally caught up in whatever weird inadequacy/power deal hex was riding. After the 5th time hearing that I Had to talk with him if I was in His store, I left. Dont go there. Youre only purpose is to satisfy his needs.

Just needed to switch phones for my son. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They got the sim card switched made sure it all worked and off we went. Me and my husband just came to this store to make a simple purchase. We waited for about 15 minutes without anyone even looking at us. While we waited patiently we looked at some phones. An alarm goes off on one of the phones. This blonde lady with tattoos glared at us and said I wouldnt touch that then comes over to turn the alarm off. Then she looks right at my husband and said dont touch that! In the most rude voice. Then another customer comes in and she asked what are you in for and he answered. She straight up said well its going to be a while. We felt so uncomfortable and mistreated we left to go to another location. I will NEVER be returning.

I stood there for a few minutes. First time I actually care to get this taken care of quickly since I have Hingis to do. Two ppl came in. A white lady rudely interrupts their other customer and gets helped before me AND another girl. White privilege at its finest! And employees who arent trained on equality
