First of all I would like to take the opportunity to thank one of your T-mobile associate/crew on assisting me with the issue that I was having from my device. So according to this problem on my device I feel more relief and worry free, thanks to one of your team members. As a suggestion I would highly recommend a friend or family to this store.
Super upset... I went into get a iPhone upgrade because my whole family just switched over to T-Mobile. I explain my situation and at first they tell me that I qualify for a promo of $1,000 off any iPhone. After I take this into consideration I picked a phone based off this deal, even though the person working with me could not tell me the difference between the different phone versions. Then apparently that promo isnt running and I will only get $800-ish off if I switch in my current phone and pay a deposit twice as much as the phone would cost. I was annoyed but still willing to do this. Then after nearly an hour of being in the store, they tell me that they cant take my phone. All this after they had already switched my phone number over and took my SIM card out. Because my phone has a small scratch, they said if they took it in and someone noticed the scratch, that money would have came out of their paycheck. So pretty much guilt tripping me after I spent an hour there and was promised a way better promotion to begin with. Especially for an issue that would have been noticed if they just checked my phone first before promising me anything... I ended up leaving with less than what I came in with, I had to take my screen protector off my phone even though the scratch wasnt under it and the person helping me said they were at least happy they could give me a SIM card so I could use my old phone......... I almost left without even a working phone. It was not just the worker I was talking to, they were new, but the other person working there that was also making me promises then blaming the new person for messing up. It was definitely one of the worst experiences I have had.
Ive been a loyal Sprint customer since 2008. For some reason my phone is stuck on 3g. I walked into this T-Mobile store and asked if they could help. The lady said yes she probably could. Then walked away from me to help the customer that came in behind me. Sure, okay, I get greeting everyone, no problem. Then she goes to help another customer on accessories that is already being helped by another employee that is right there, leaving me at the door waiting. Sprints customer service has been going downhill over the past couple of years, now that theyve paired with T-Mobile it doesnt look like its getting any better. Time to switch carriers.

In 2 separate experiences at this store, the manager, Elder, was extremely helpful and assisted me while also helping two other customers. I was in and out within :30 minutes, and Elder and his team got my phone back up and working for no charge.I am very grateful for Elder and his team’s service. He was training a new employee and he and several of his team members were able to switch easily between speaking English to help me, and Spanish to help other customers. Amazing: I can barely speak English correctly. Anyway. I still can’t believe Elder and his team helped 4 customers in :30 minutes and had us all happily out the door — on Christmas Eve during a pandemic no less! Thank you very much for your help — you all helped me get my phone back and working when nothing else worked. Thank you!
Sergio is the best! Came into an appointment to add a new line after I was not able to the night prior, because a manager was needed to do an override. Unfortunately the manager was not available again. One employee stated nothing could be done. Sergio on the other hand went out of the way to reach out to the manager to get my issue resolved. This is what a retail experience should be. Solving the customers issue to the best of your availability.

Araceli was such a huge help, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I came in too replace my old phone that hasnt been working. I was a little stressed as I need a functional phone for my job. Apparently this was a Sprint that became T-Mobile so the 2 people working seriously had no clue how to help me and after them almost sending me away said they were sprint and didnt really know quite yet how to do much for T-Mobile customers. Was very frustrating however the male then finally called someone to assist him in how to help me after I asked to speak with someone who actually knew how to help me it took some time but they finally helped me with one issue the other one they couldnt so I said I would just call customer service later..
After years of being with sprint (now t mobile) we were told if we wanted to own the phones( iPhone 6) we had to make a phone call to their headquarters . We did several times with no serious response . I switched to AT&T and my bill has been the same for the last year and a half, and we have the iPhone 11 and we are not paying 400 dollars for subpar service.
Sergio went above and beyond to help me with my phone. Excellent service.

My mother has been to this store a couple of times and theyve treated us well. However today my mother went in to get her old phone changed and there was young woman at the counter alone who for one was just texting on her phone and didnt want to attend my mom. Secondly my mother admits that she forgot her mask put quickly put it on and apologized but this young woman went ballistic and became increasingly difficult to work with. Ny mother says that after she put the mask on she was willing to attend to her but then became inscreasingly frustrated and impatience with my mom who wanted to know the aspect of the account.My mother left before a fight ensued and my step father stepped in to try and change the phone on his own however she became rude with him as well and didnt want to talk to him. My stepfather became angry and started asking her what her issue was but instead she just banned him from the store.I would really like security footage of this incident im writing this review on behalf of ny parents. And I would like to know what this young womans point of view is. As I dont understand why she was in such a bad mood.
Great staff! Maria and Grissel were easy to work with, and knowledgeable. We switched from At&t this morning and are very happy to be saving all this money and experiencing much better customer service as well. Super stoked today!
Sprint scammed me out of 200$ when I was 8 months pregnant and at the height of pandemic (April 2020) and when I brought this to their attention their response was “Oh,” I’m not kidding, I am paraphrasing. That was the response out of their representatives mouth. We will not be re-newing our contract or recommending.

Employees were doing their best but there was a lot of customers bot being helped in a reasonable amount of time. The screen was broke so you couldnt see where you were in line. Then to get up there and not be able to get the service you need. I wish I could say this was a first with a Sprint store but it is not. The guy helping me did his best and was friendly.
I went in for an upgrade on a paid off phone, they helped me out. So far everything is great and the plan they gave me seems fair. I will be picking up the phone soon and I will post another review after, too let yall know if they kept their word about my service plan and pricing.. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I recommend asking questions about anything your hesitant on, they will help you.
Made an appointment to upgrade a couple of phones. Was greeted warmly, and no waiting. Shawn got us all setup and we were outta there with our new phones; no hassles. He even did us a solid — thanks, Shawn!!!

I have experienced some of the best service at this sprint store. The sales associates are very professional, personable, knowledgeable and most of all helpful. They are attentive to the customers needs and ensure that you as the customer get the best deal available. I wouldnt go any where else. If you are a sprint customer I highly recommend that you visit this store and show your support.

Anthony and Makena are superstars! They were both really patient, helpful, kind, and personable. I never do reviews, but these two made my experience so positive that they deserve a shout out (and recognition from management)! I would 1000% recommend visiting this location over other sprint locations, because of the great customer service I received from these two!
This is supposed to be an Authorized Samsung Retailer. Yesterday they sold my friend a Samsung A50 that should be brand new, yet the box seal was obviously broken and they sold her the A50 as if it was brand new. She was blaming Samsung for not including headphones, when I assured her that the A50 does indeed come from the factory with wired earbuds included. Store is crooks. Shame on you. You are not allowed to sell a single unit this way per your terms with Samsung as a vendor. Going to tweet Samsung about it as well email.
This is the only sprint store we go to around here. DAVID was really helpful and is a good salesman. He helped give us a good deal on new cases and screen protectors for the two new phones we got. The wait time was quite long but overall, happy with the customer service here.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Absolutely horrible service. Ive tried working with Elder with no results and no return calls at all. If we werent in contract, Id cancel just because of their lack of customer service. Shawn was the only one who seems competent and respectful.
I was sold a expired promotion for a tablet so I had to pay for the tablet and a years worth of $15/mo for access. No one cared. My daughter upgraded and they tried to charge her $800 for a used phone she got but finally dropped that. Then that phone wasnt working and they wanted to charge her $800 because it didnt work. Also, I have cancelled the insurance several times and they just dont do it. And they wont give a credit for their not doing it when asked.The people at the store deflect accountability. Last time I called and spent an hour with someone from India until I couldnt do it any longer. The person didnt understand. I give up.
Initial visit went well. I was given a tablet that I was told was a welcome to Sprint gift, but it wasnt, I had to return it to get my $30/mo bill to under $100.After paying my first bill for my $30/mo service for $100.60, I called to see why it was so high.The Tablet wasnt free, and I was suckered into buying a cell plan for it, too.I paid the 100.60. Gave back the tablet and within two weeks, my service was disconnected.It seemed I owed $179 for my $30/mo service.But I paid them.It gets deeper as now, I seem to owe them almost $300, apparently. Avoid Sprint.

After a very lackluster experience over here my girlfriend has just signed up to Cricket. She came in to see if they could help her out with changing plans and get her a better deal but sadly the representative was not helpful at all. Im not sure if this is indicative of the corporate mentality trickling down or just lack of empathy of an individual but Id say shy away from here if youre trying to NOT get rid of your Sprint plan because it could put you over the edge.
They lie! Be very careful! They told us a wireless charger and wireless headphones were free. We tried to return them, the mamager told us basically not their problem. When we found out they charged us $20 a month for 18 months, they said it was too late to return them. Elder is a dick, Stay away!
I had great service. I read a couple other reviews (poor ones) and i feel like the personell or policy must have changed. I normally dont do reviews but i felt with the above average service i received they deserved a good job. We switched 4 lines of service, ported 4 #s, and activated 4 phones (one out of state). They handled it professionally and promptly with a store full of customers being helped too. Elder was very helpful in addition to all the rest of the staff. Good store.
This was the best store and so far the best experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone company. I’m thrilled since changing to sprint and Elder was fantastic promote him, give him a raise or I’ll steal him for my own team!

Avoid Sprint at all costs. Honestly, any savings is not worth the headache later.
I cannot say much good about this location. They have stolen my money and 2 months later we are still getting the run around about this 3rd party store giving us a refund. The staff are liars and do not seem to have any real authority to do anything but activate phones and steal money. I had to go to the Sprint corporate store near Washington square mall to get my issues resolved but even then they could not refund me the 100$ this location stole from us. We have contacted Sprint customer service and filed a complaint but they said that because this location is a 3rd party they are in control of the refund not Sprint! Stay away and take the extra 5 minutes to go to the corporate store near Washington Square mall.

I am writing this review,coz to save someone from this store that do not face with the same problem that I am facing, so first I went for info to buy I phone 7plus they told me it will take 2 weeks I said ok it works for me than I went to t mobile to pay off my phone and switch to sprint, so when came and creat an account with them he said it will take 3 weeks, I said ok but when after 4 weeks when I went I was happy to get my phone they said we dont have it yet its backed I asked how long they said we dont know, I said what does it mean dont know a week a month a year or what ? they said we cant tell. call customer service than I called customer service they said we shipped it two weeks before and I told them they shipped it . They still do not have my phone waiting for it almost 2 months and they still dont know when I am gonna get it, so the question is here why he provides me false information when he doesnt know he could tell me at first that I dont know how long it will take but he try to sale thats it and get commissions dont care about my loss that how much I am losing with the T Mobil paying extra now. So now I hate sprint with hiring such kind of lair people in their store to sale on false information.so my suggestions is to Mr. David that dont tell customer to give 5 star rating. be honest God will promote you not sprint or not customer.
