Customer care was absolutely wonderful but the didnt have the phone I wanted in stock so I had to leave the store without a phone but that was the only negative about my experience. Thank you lady at Metro on Lombard st and Allen blvd in Beaverton.

I needed a phone quick so i decided to go to this store. I was very surprised with all the affordable plans they offer. The gentlemen that helped me seemed knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions i had. I walked outta there a happy person :)

Nice selection of phones and the plans are very reasonable. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been using MetroPCS and coming to this store for about a year now. Never had a bad experience so really no reason to switch stores. Plus, they are only 10 minutes from where I live. I highly recommend.

Customer service isnt just about being nice its also about being honest and backing your product. I purchased a phone and upon speaking to customer service found that the sales person added insurance to my account without conferring with me about it. The adapter/charger that comes with the phone is no good but they will not comp you one...you have to buy a new one... so just being nice when you purchase something only goes so far.

The salesman told me I had to get the phone insurance. I told him 2 times I didnt want it. He said it comes with the phone. I said so I have to get it? He said yes. I asked if there was any other option, he said no. I said well then if I have to, because I dont want it. He said yeah, it comes with it. Looked at the paperwork, there was an option to decline. I declined twice. He wasnt clear and didnt seem honest.

Every time I need to get services, help or new phones this crew always helps me out and tries to make sure all my service needs are met.

Stopped by this store today since I was in the area for work. I had to pickup an extra charger and a few other accessories for my Galaxy. The person who helped me was really kind and patient. I am a little picky so I tend to ask a lot of questions before making a purchase. I am glad she took the time to explain everything to me clearly.

My phone died and they refused to activate a new line remotely and insisted that I go to a store during a pandemic to verify my identity. I will never use MetroPCS again because of this.

The people here at Allen were Patient and caring. I felt comfortable and welcomed. At the end of the day i would recommend metro to anyone and this is store in particular.

Went in to buy a new phone had the worst service Ive had at any Metro PCS. Ive been with Metro for 4 years and never had this problem. They had either really bad beater phones or iPhones. Didnt have any signs so I asked for at least 4 different phones but being told they were out of stock. The phone I originally went in for and asked about I was told it was terrible but EVERY online review says otherwise. Super upset with my service. Will be switching to ATT next pay check. Please fix so I can recommend Metro again.

Horrible customer service. Waited for more than an hour. All they could say was sorry for the wait when they kept skipping me and attend other that arrived way after me. When I asked the girl that I had been waiting she completely blew me off.

Verizon was charging me up the ying yang, so I decided to stop by this metro pc. Staff was very friendly explaining the current promotions, especially Yose. She was so helpful with getting my phone number over from Verizon and getting me a great discount on my new iphone. Awesome place, will recomend to my family and friends to save money on there service.

I came in, in a bad mood because boost mobile wasnt working out for me and they shut off my line. So I came in and got greeted with the best attitude from two girls. The sales representitive Emily helped me out to pick a phone which I ended up only paying half with a promotion they had. Then she got me the best plan for me and even added mexico unlimited to help me communicate with my family. GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!

These guys saved my proverbial Bacon. Good service friendly employees got an HTC for free just for leaving horrible Boost Mobile.GPS works well for Lyft and Uber which is what I desperately needed because Boost sold me a piece of junk LG that did everything but GPS.Metros customer service is also far above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced with Boost. Over all Im happy I made the switch.

For me there is no better service 😋 Except there are Huge gaps in there coverage, T-Moble is the carrier & I dont understand going hundreds of miles above & below the Oregon/California line without anything???????????????????!? But Im Portlandia Cellular Service Content/Satisfied. (Period.).

I moved here from the coast i never new even what metro pcs was, tell i drove by and saw a flag saying free phone when you switch plans ... And i relized it wasnt just any phone its was one of the tops phone of the year ... Well i have been a metro pcs. Phone carrier for almost 1 yr and love everything about it... The manager was down to earth and wanted me to get the best deal he could offer ...and i even took my 2 yr old in and they let her use a show case fake phone while i looked for what best fitted my family. ..its family oriented with them having 2 sisters work there where making it fun .... I have beem to almost every metro pcs frpm beaverton to tigard and kings city this one off of allen is the best.

Employees are very friendly but always a long wait and the metro service is the worst I have ever had.Calls constantly getting dropped,others on the other end cannot hear me at times,and Ive switched out phones twice.Nobody in the store or customer service can figure out the problem.On another note they only give you 2 payment extensions that are for 48 hours which you dont get the full 48 hrs anyway.And you cannot get a hold of a representative they dont give you that option to see if you can get a later payment date like most companies I have been with do.Have given this place chance after chance after 2 years and mostly because of not being able too switch right away so as soon as I can I am going back to cricket or boost mobile.
