A small gamestop located here in the grove plaza. You can find a lot of older games for even the wii. They did not have a huge selection of new games but they had a lot of accessories. It almost felt unbalanced how much accessories over games. The staff was nice and offered help finding anything I might need. The store space itself was in disrepair. The counter was heavily damaged and the ceiling tiles are coming down in some sections due to water damage. The store needs a major upgrade in terms of cleanliness.

Went in to buy a Nintendo switch Daniel said I had to buy the warranty and a game informer subscription making the total 350 for a switch that I couldnt just get the console I then went to ask for lets go Pikachu and said it was 60 when its clearly 45 dollars on their site after I found out they would not let me return lets go Pikachu due to policy ill be taking my money elsewhere

New manager is great, very friendly and helpful. This will be the Gamestop store I will frequent going forward.

Small store that seemed to be struggling to hold inventory when I arrived but that’s probably pandemic related. But my bigger gripe is that I felt like I was given a bit of a cold shoulder when I asked a few questions about deals around the store when I was considering spending more than just what I had on hold behind the counter. It wasn’t completely unpleasant but I just didn’t want to spend more time in there than I had to.

Dude knew his stuff. Pleased. Seems like all the real gamers left after it got so selly/corporate. Glad he helped me out.

I had an exceptional experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was busy over the holidays of course but they moved with a sense of urgency to ensure all customers were treated well and left happy. This is my only go to Game Stop!

Started off negatively but thanks to the customer service of Tasha she was able to get her manager (who was not on the clock) on the phone... together they were able to come up with a solution that I was ultimately happy with! After talking with them I understand that they took over a very difficult situation, and from what I can tell the store I go to for all my gaming stuff in manchester is going to be in great hands!

They had everything I needed and the store was SLAMMED. The line literally wrapped all around inside the store it was insane....There was only one dude working, but he did an awesome job. He stayed calm, he helped everyone one by one, he was kind, and professional. This kid deserves a raise for sure. Ill be checking this store out again soon.

Really amazing. But that is mostly because of talking with the staff about an amazing movie. While I am regular there, they are often pretty nice and informative but sometimes a little snobby. But they do care and try their best to help you well. I can give they directly but 4.6 of 5. Even though I am giving 5

No crowds and quick service.

This is my home store and today was the worst experience and iv never had any issues here. First of with the virus going around I get limiting people. But when you got a sign saying no more then 6 in the store then tell me I cant go into my home store and there not 6 inside thats a problem. The assistant manager refused my business and refused me the right to even look at something to purchase! Gamestop is already hurting and to refuse me a paying customer the right to buy is not okay if your worried about the virus close the doors like everyone else.

Does anyone ever pick up the phone? What an embarrassment this store is.

Dude with the curly hair is legit the most hyped guy Id ever wanna deal with. Picked up my kingdom hearts 3 preorder - no one else inside - encouraged to yell out in excitement and he made sure everything was Gucci. You keep doing you curly haired god of game stores.Need more people like him.

Customer service of the overall company is horrible. From store management to Customer Service at the corporate level. Go ahead and buy games from them, but if you ever need to deal with issues of customer support/service, good luck.

Rather its the raw knowledge or the excellent customer service this GameStop is definitely one of my favorites of all time. With great staff in a well put together store I hope that this GameStop continues to bring smiles to the faces of the surrounding area

Run 3 Game is good though sometimes and the level is unfair for each challenge. Play it on 88kgames very smoothly without lagging

I recently had an issue with purchasing a retro game online. An employee at this location helped me correct the issue. On the receipt the name states Milana. Her going out if her way made a huge impact on my decision to continue shopping at Gamestop. Yet I will never purchase another product from their online entitie, I will be shopping at this (and only this) location from now on. Its sad that such a huge conglomerate store such as Gamestop cant provide great experience and value to their customers. Yet a single employee can save the day. Thank you Milana! But Gamestop co., you suck!

Typically the game selection is good and prices on games arent bad. But the service is horrible. I went in and bought two games with my girlfriend and when we got home realized that only one of them was in the case. Not very kind and typically will ask if you are all set finding anything and then disappear into the back leaving you waiting at the register for an employee. Id rather just drive the one on South Willow then deal with these uptight nerds.

Such caring people my son accidentally made one of the shelves fall and they went out of their way to make sure we were ok and made us feel good about it. We felt very bad but they were awesome about it.

I went to this Gamestop recently and was surprised by how well the employees treated me. They were very kind and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my experience there. I cant believe Im saying this, but I recommend giving this specific Gamestop store a chance. I definitely plan on visiting them again.

Literally everytime I try and call the store no one answers at all. Ive been to the store and physically seen them just ignore phone calls even when theyre not doing anything. The employees are useless and half the time dont even know what theyre doing. A couple of employees are extremely uptight and quite rude. The managers are cool, friendly and helpful but the employees just dont care about the customers. Dont go there unless you want a headache.

Great local area, mainly come in here for the GameStop.

Called 10 times over the course of the day and never was the phone answered and theres no voicemail. Store was chaos, dirty and displays broken. Retail associated were clearly overwhelmed with no manager in sight to help.

Called the store starting at 9am on a monday...no one bothered answering until 9:30am. When someone finally did answer the phone, he was very rude and abrupt like i was bothering him. Ill just make the longer drive to the mall Gamestop where the staff is a little friendlier

Went to purchase a game on a Monday night during school vacation week. I was not greeted upon arrival, found my game within 2 minutes. Then waited over 30 minutes in line while the employee handled a phone call and dismantling of 2 trade in systems with a single customer. Still no acknowledgement either. After waiting 40 minutes( with no sign of being attended to soon) I decided I will take my business elsewhere cause obviously my being there to buy items was not worthy of recognition. I will no longer use this establishment for my game and accessory purchases.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at this Gamestop a few weeks ago. We walked in with an open mind and asked the guys behind the counter on a few recommendations for multiplayer games. We had one nice guy give us a full rundown on all the multiplayer games he loved and he asked his buds behind the counter for their recommendations too. We left the store with several games in hand and have been playing them for weeks. I appreciated the time they all spent helping us even though they were quite busy. These guys certainly go above and beyond to help their customers.

Awesome store, usually not as busy as manchester, i come out of my way to come here over manchester because of nick and I cant remember him name but the larger fellow who is the supervisor is an awesome dude. 5 out of 5 stars. They spents hours trouble shooting my xboc controols and 3nded up finding the ossues and fixing/replacing them. Will be returning for life!

Agreed with Jamie. Phone was continuously going off with no answer. I exchange several games within a promotion (Buy 2 get one free). When going in to exchange what happened to be the free game, I exchanged it for farcry 4. It was cheaper then the first game I got for free. I didnt want farcry as I had acquired it from a friend. When going into exchange once again, there young employee was very generous. But the guy who checked me out was useless. I managed to pay more for the free game since the price was more than what FARCRY was. But according to their buy 2 get one free promotion I bought two and got the third one 75% off. It wasnt a whole lot of money and I didnt care to deal with it enough as he was clearly having a terrible time and the problems clearly wouldnt be solved.
