The one next to subway in bedford sucks. There not nice people. Wont ever go back.

Trenton was the best. If you want to buy a phone, tablet or watch. He is your guy. I cant say enough about how great and easy our experience was. We had went to another store in town, the night before and well lets just say that person was ready for quitting time. I was not offered any information, I had to ask everything I wanted to know. So we were recommend to Trenton by a friend that always uses him. He was supposed to be off at 5, he stayed over for us. Thats what customers service is about!

They didnt have any clue how to turn one of there phones on after the on off button got broke, said nothing they could do and talked my parent (who doesnt know much about mobile phones) into buying a brand new phone. This is actually the 2nd time Ive dealt with this with version and staff (different locations each time). I mean if youre going to work at a mobile phone store I would think youd know how to use goggle or actually help your long standing customers instead of just making a sale. I literally pushed 2 buttons got the phone on (which stopped my parents freaking out that they thought everything was lost). When they took the phone back in to have everything transferred to the new phone it felt like we were bothering them from doing I dont know what because there wasnt one customer in there (but 2 employees).
