This is my second time coming here, and I am very pleased to say that I can always count this place for getting any repairs done on my electronics. Couple years back I came to fix my S5, and had a really great first time experience with their service. This time they did a screen replacement on my iPad Air, and once again they have done an amazing job. I have a Iphone 10X and have dropped more than my luck can be. I beat up the screen and tracked down a local shop near me and went to his store and he said approx 1/2 hour or so to replace new inerds. I broused his shop for accessories and got a new cover for my new repaired cell. Did a great job and got a business card to keep.

Repair: Galaxy Tab AExperience: I got my devices back within a good time frame, but I cant give this experience more than 3 stars because one device came back with more cosmetic defects than when it came in, as if it sat on top of glass. There were scratches all over the back of my tablet. Also, it was clear that whoever repaired it, had some trouble removing the cracked screen because there was etching down the sides where there wasnt before. I also noticed that on both tablets, it was as if the replacement glass did not sit inside its casing properly and was not glued down correctly near the bottom. Lastly, I bought 2 cases to be placed on the tablets after they were repaired, and they were not compatible with the devices. Thankfully, the store manager(?) refunded my money for the cases. Im not sure exactly whats going on with this store, but I feel the repairman could use more practice & tact when handling customers items, and could use some training on up-to-date devices, plugs, & jacks. A lot of these issues are preventable/avoidable. As much as I paid, I do feel the service could have been better.

This is the worst place to ever take your phone to get repaired. The manager JJ tried to pass off an refurbished phone as my own. When i confronted him about it he had no idea. I had to get the cops involved and file a police report as well against the owner to recover my phone. The manager constantly changed his story as well as continued to lie to the police. Repeat do not take your devices to be repaired here. I was not the only customer in the store complaining or having issues this same day.

After the Apple Store said my phone was as good as gone, a quick stop over here got me up and running for a fraction of the price of my new phone. Try here before anywhere else

Took a first gen iPad Pro (12.9inch) into this repair shop to get a replacement battery, after receiving a quick quote by phone. He promised one day service and totally delivered! The price was also better here than many shops in the area.The replacement is actually quite tricky and delicate because there is a distinct possibility of damaging the big touch screen on the iPad, but it was handled perfectly.I would highly recommend this shop for any mobile device repair. I will be taking more business there, as it’s only a matter of time before one of the kids inevitably cracks another phone screen.

The gentleman which I “think” was the owner was polite, knowledgeable, honest and did a super job! The pricing was more than fair and the repair was done in no time flat! My daughter damaged my iPad mini 2 and the screen was messed up. I googled “iPad repair near me” and “ Phone Repair & iPad, Tablets” came up as the third option. Took my iPad at 12pm and a gentleman named “Noman” assisted me. He was very friendly and explained to me all my options. By 3pm he called me and informed me that my tablet was ready. I’ve been using it for a week now and I’ve no complains. His pricing is affordable and I would recommend this place to anybody.

I took I took my tablet in to have the cracked screen fixed. At first glance he told me to be about $100, then he looked at it more closely. Vinny said I can fix this for you right now and it wont cost a thing. The cracked glass was the tempered glass protector that I had over the tablet screen. I forgot I had the protection. He could have taken me for $100 and I would have been happy but he didnt I will be back.

Took my phone to replace cracked screen. Within one week it wasn’t working. Took it back. Accused me of dropping phone, but they fixed it. After 2 more weeks, the phone came unglued. Literally, the screen came off. They said this was our fault and that a new screen would be needed.

This is the best phone repair place by far. I took my phone, which is a Pocophone F1 (Xiaomi), to 3 other repair places who said they have never heard of the Xiaomi brand and wouldnt try and replace the digitizer and screen, even though I had the digitizer and screen already. They wouldnt even attempt it.I walk into Phone Repair and the gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional. He had heard of Xiaomi and said he could repair it no problem. He was right. In half an hour he called me and stated my phone was ready.He did an excellent job on my phone. I am more than happy with his work. And the price was way cheaper than I expected. If youre looking for quality workmanship, great customer service, at a more than fair price then Phone Repair is your place. You wont regret it!

UPDATE: I WAS DENIED A REFUND EVEN AFTER THE MANAGER SENT ME AN E-MAIL TO COME IN FOR A REFUND!I took my phone in for repair of a broken screen. Once the part finally came in a week later, I got a new screen but somehow my phone wouldnt go back together without leaving a tiny gap on each side. So now my device is in bad shape. Nothing works right. I cant be fast when typing texts because I have to re-type a letter over several times and i cannot win certain fast-paced games. Also it is so bright now and it wont hold a charge. It really wasnt worth the money I paid them for installing an obviously wrong part.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They wont even give me a refund. That is very poor business.

These people messed up my phone and put in Chinese parts and took all my Apple parts. I was not going for any part repairs. I found out all Apple parts where taken out when I took my phone to Apple to see what was going on with it. These people are scammers ! This is the place right next to old west cafe.in Bedford.

This review is so long overdue....I came here 2 months ago and got my ipone 8 plus fixed front and back, and looks totally brand new. I was not only happy with how promptly he did it, but also with his customer service and how honest he was. I thought I also needed a charging port because my phone was not charging as well. Turns out that he just cleaned it and it started working. So he didn’t end up charging for that! He could have lied like other businesses do but he was very honest!I came in this morning because again I dropped my phone!..... thinking I had to dish out $100+ it turns out it was only the tempered glass the broke and not the actual phone! I am beyond happy with JJ’s honesty and service. Highly recommend this place!

Cracked Phone got fixed but the after fact is not good. After 2 weeks of my phone being fixed there were problems with my phone where the apps are opening on its own. I called this business to take a look at it since this has never happened before I got the crack fixed and he had the nerve to charge me again though they are the reason of the problem. My phone has never been dropped after it got fixed and that’s what I was told is causing the problem. Never again will I go to this place.

They fixed my screen in a timely manner. the man was so nice and the prices are the lowest i have EVER seen. it’s insane. i got a nice phone case, screen protector, and screen replacement fr the same price as only a screen at any other place. if i need another repair, i’d go here again and will definitely recommend to friends

I love this place. My iPhone 7 plus was messed up pretty badly. The guy working (whose name I didnt get) fixed it the same day I brought it in, at a great price, and its working perfectly fine!!!!! TAKE YOUR BROKEN/CRACKED PHONE HERE!!!!!! He was really nice too.

JJ was nice but he made excuses and lied about what was wrong with my IPod I dropped off for repair. My screen was cracked, left it over 2 weeks to be repaired. It was worse than when I dropped it off and I have pictures. He said it had a virus and would not come on. I get it and it comes on BUT you clearly see finger prints from pressure placed on the screen. It was torn and peeling from them trying to take off the screen. I literally took it out of my car after playing music, unlocked it and handed it to him yet I get it back unable to use AT ALL...screen is REALLY horrible now and device totally unusable. Refunded my money but did not compensate for damage they caused to my device. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I thought they would be convenient as it was a walk down the side walk from Old West Cafe and close to me in Bedford at Hwy 121.

The first thing I have to say is JJ is such a nice man. With a kind smile which makes you want to get serviced here. I went in initially and he didn’t have the screen for my phone so I came back in after the weekend and he was ready to fix it. He came back out after 30 mins and the screen wasn’t being very receptive so he took it back and fixed it and made sure it worked and it did. Reasonable prices too, best I could find. and will definitely be coming back here if I need to. Thank you!

I really wish a zero star was an option. Slightly long review...I chose to have my S6 repaired here a couple of months ago because of the good reviews and affordable pricing.When I dropped the phone off, I explained that I needed the battery replaced. It would randomly die in the 20s of a charged battery. I got a call later that day saying it was ready. He said that the charge port was damaged and he couldnt charge or connect to the phone via the port. He tried selling me a wireless charger. He even tried proving his point by plugging the phone in. Surprise surprise, it worked. He back tracked and said he would replace the battery the next day. I pick it up the next day and he couldnt show me the old battery because he had already thrown it out. That should have been a big red flag to me.About a month ago, when I started using the phone again, I started to notice that the phone was dying faster than normal. Two weeks ago, I saw it die while around the 20% charge mark. Last week, it was the 30s. This week it was the 50s. And while I tried writing this review earlier, it died at the 73% mark.Bottom line, do NOT trust this business with your phone or any other electronic.

Sold me a faulty screen, when I tried to come back to fix it, he said I must have dropped it and tried charging me for a whole new screen. Do not bring your phones to this scammer! His store is located at 2900 hwy 121 in Bedford TX.

After shopping quotes, I decided to take my LG G7 ThinQ in this repair shop to have the cracked screen and back glass repaired. I was quoted $140 (paid in advance) I dropped the phone off and told to return in a couple of hours. When I returned to pick up the phone I had noticed the screen and back didnt seem to be sealed back. He explained it was because the glue wasnt set yet and I was told to keep it in my case until it does. The next day I noticed that the selfie camera was being obstructed by the new screen as the two werent aligned correctly. So back to the shop I went. Explained to the same guy what was going on with the camera and he seemed puzzled as...everything has a place in there, it cant be misaligned. I had to actually point it out to him the actual camera hole where you could visually see the two were not aligned. I also expressed concerned again that the screen and back were not sealed shut properly and you could see the inside of my phone. My phone was left again for another hour or so. when i picked it up the camera issue was resolved but the phone being sealed up correctly was not. Again was told it will dry shut. That night i started experiencing problems waking up my phone in the dark/low light. the fingerprint scanner wasnt working and I had to press the power button multiple times to wake it up And after a little more investigating all the cameras were acting up and had become unusable.After research possible problems on my own I concluded it was the proximity sensor that was making the phone act up. I happened to be in Sprint the following day attending to account issue and discussing an exit option as I wanted to move on from sprint. They inspected my phone and the Technician came out asking me who had taken apart my phone and attempted to repair it. Long story short...the proximity sensor was completely missing and you can tell this by the hole in the front of the phone next to the camera. Sprint had given me the news that my phone would be considered a total loss and a full claim on my insurance would have to be made ($200). So back to the repair shop I went. Same guy... I pointed out the proximity sensor was missing, front screen and rear glass were falling off and I was beyond upset. He threw one excuse after another at me and I told him I wanted a detail repair bill as well as to be refunded all labor cost. I told him I would eat the cost of the parts but I wanted to be refunded his poor labor fees. He dodged and dodged and explained to me that he only charged me like $20 in labor...Demanded a receipt and so he email me one that just stated the overall cost. I told him I didnt want to leave my phone there again as things kept getting worse. After reading other negative reviews its COMICAL he replies to them claiming wrong shop. LET ME ASSURE TO ALL WHO READ THIS! THIS IS THE CORRECT SHOP I AM INTENDING ON LEAVING THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR 100%. He is located between Pappa Gs and Ol West Cafe at Harwood and 121 in Bedford. Very poor business attitude and refuses to own up to ruining peoples phones.

Only one willing to work on an off brand phone.Been looking for someone to change the battery on a ZTE Axon 7. He mentioned who couldnt get the battery from his supplier but I asked if I got the battery would he do the work and he said yes.The build on the Axon is a special build and was surprised that he was able to do the work without denting, scratching or breaking the phone itself. He gave me the original battery and so far the phone has been working as normal.Pros:Willing to work on off brandsFinished within an hourOverall good experience, good priceDidnt just start working on the phone instead spent a lot of time talking with us in regards to possible outcome of using a battery he did not provide. Horrible. Went to have cracked screen replaced on Galaxy S8. Said come back by 4:30, got there at 5:45, he still wasnt finished. Once complete, the back cover was not even flush. You could run a credit card in between the gap. He tried to fix it again, same issue. I ended up doing it for the guy. He tried scraping the old glue off and scratched the back severely because he used a razor blade instead of plastic. When the cover was off, there were multiple screws missing and were installed crooked. The main circuit board was installed incorrectly which is what did not allow the back cover to sit flush. Today, I tried using my headphones and only one side works. I look in the port and the contacts are damaged. Absolutely horrible experience.

I showed up when they were supposed to open, but they were running 20 minutes late. The replacement screen that was put on my phone seems thick. I really have to press to type or scroll. The sensitivity seems to not be picking up like it was on the original screen. Service and quality to me were mediocre.
