The employee was very helpful and courteous. My problem was quickly resolved.
Sunny lied to me about being able to exchange my upgraded phone if I didnt like it, after I asked her if I was able to do that. She said as long as it was less than a week later with less than 15 mins talk time it could be exchanged. Not the case apparently. When I asked for her supervisors number, she refused to give it to me. It seems like she doesnt care what she has to do to get a sale.
Customer service was rude and unprofessional. Masks are not mandated by the State of Texas. I asked to speak to a manager, a district manager and franchise owner to express my concern. Will continue to follow up.

A month ago I went to upgrade my J7 to something better/faster. I had 360$ to spend, this Asian lady that worked there talked me into buying the Galaxy A6 for 299$ I told her I wanted a new phone with a new number so I should qualify for the discount. Long story short I told her I was going to test the phone for 7 days and decide if I wanted to keep it or not. I went back 7 days later and told her that I wanted to swap the phone out for the iPhone 6s+ and she told me that I was 30min late. It would have not costed the store anything to swap out the phone, I even had the protected cover still on the phone. I guess the customer comes second when it comes to dealing with Metro. Forgot to add that I have been using metro since 2012 and have never had an issue.
The manager Sunny cares 0% about customer service or customer satisfaction. Dont bring ANY money to this location. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Shes not worth the bad experience.
Pulled into an empty parking lot. I did accidentally pull into one of there spots, but there was nobody in them and I was just killing time waiting to go to my next call. The employees came out 2 times to tell me to move and even threatened to call the cops on me. Now I had to wait around. No cops, but also 0 customers. If employees are harassing folks in the parking lot I think this explains why they have 0 customers in the store
Im a regular at this spot and I can tell you that the sales floor employees here are great! Theyre easy to talk to and quick to fix your phone issues! Sifa is my new go to guy and I recommend everyone do the same! But on the other hand Id like to point out that this place has HORRIBLE management!! That manager Sunny needs to GO! I think out of all the people that have worked there shes given me the hardest time. Shes super rude and needs a few more lessons in customer service and employee appreciation before she should run anything.

Rebates do not take 6 weeks, it is really 6 months. My only gripe. I was expecting my rebate to come in 6 weeks like I was told and I called the rebate center and they told me its coming in another 5 months. So just keep that in mind when purchasing your phone. If they tell you its six weeks, get it in writing if you can. Or just purchase the phone either knowing you wont get the money back for a long time and just deal with it, or get a cheaper phone you can actually afford.

The Vietnamese lady is rude and dont know what the hell she is talking about. The new guy was clueless. Everybody in here is clueless and dont understand anything you saying. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
