BEWARE, Worst Verizon authorize dealer, bad Manager attitude and customer service they try to scam you with $195 bundle, they told me to come and phone is in stock but when i got there the manager and rep asked to buy the accessories bundle with that or they won’t sell me the phone. They didn’t mention this over the phone and trust me had a very rude attitude by the manager she was just awful. I am very disappointed with her attitude and customer service and will never go to this store and tell me friend circle about this experience.

Best verizon center ever. Staff was helpful and went beyond. I bought two phones and Heather transferred all information on both devices. She took the time to explain phones and plans. Terrific!

Chris rocks! I made the mistake of stopping at another location in Manchester for convenience sake to buy a new phone. I was told since I was a loyal customer they would help me get the best deal. To save $350 on a phone that I was going to pay in cash, my service plan would need to be upgraded costing and extra 1200 a year. I was dumbfounded and wondered who falls for this business practice. I left quite upset and went back to See Chris who is my usual go to. Chris is honest, knowledgeable and put each plan’s cost down on paper. He never tried to up sell me but worked with what was best for me which happened to be my original plan All this while training Cal. Verizon needs to hire more people like Chris! Chris is amazing!! Visit the Bedford location for great customer service!
Reviews online made me think Id go here in lieu of the ACTUAL Verizon store (This is a contractor). WOW was I wrong. Phone was previously opened, not a big deal, seemed new so ok. Took longer than expected to get set up with Heather, not sure it was her fault really or Verizon. Then had phone for over a week and it didnt work without Wi-Fi. Went back, Chris was stand-offish, ended up on phone with Verizon, changing SIM cards and over a month later now I find he created a Sub Level account to get me out the door so my payments arent being directed correctly and am now past due. Been on the phone with Verizon six times this morning, now on hold for over 18 mins waiting for closure. NEVER will go to this location again. Theyre set up to get quick product sales and have nothing to do with the Monster Verizon who is on another level of insanity. They offered me $6.00 for being without the phone for a week. SMH
Chris helped my family and I merge plans and get four brand new phones. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and consistent with the help that he was giving. The time spent was used accordingly and was made to the point to know exactly what we needed to know and make the process a success. Would highly recommend !

I will never ever go to a regular Verizon dealer unless it is an absolute emergency because of this store. They are SUPER friendly and SUPER helpful! Matt and the manager (lady I forget her name Im sorry!!) there are always smiling and so down to earth I dont feel pressured or uneasy anytime I go in for even a silly question. Thank you everyone! Waited to long the attitude has changed its like they got to big and power so attention is lacking in customer service department elm street store was the best no longer in my opinion I was very upset the last time I had to bring my cell for help the gentle man that helped was good but not enough help for customers so they are in demand

Ive been going here since we got our service in 2001. All of the staff here since then have been wonderful! Heather, Chris and Christopher are so attentive and helpful. Christopher took his time and was very patient. Its the only place Id go for my phone service.
This is the second time that I have visited this location and spoke with Chris, the assistant manager, who is extremely helpful and courteous. I will go out of my way to go to this location for assistance because of his excellent customer service and the way he explains everything in detail and is genuine in his responses.
Over the weekend, Chris and Chris (both of them) provided me with a terrific customer service experience. They were thoughtful, provided options and made suggestions, then set up a new phone for my mother and fixed my own black screen situation. I cant say enough about how much effort they put in on this project. Kudos!
Best Verizon store! We have used this store many times and it never disappoints. The customer service is always the very best and we feel like we get the best deals here. Would never go anywhere else. We have had excellent service the past two years from Ian, Jean and most recently this past Christmas we purchased 5 phones from Timothy who was so patient and helpful. We recently needed help with a credit we had been issued to the store as a result of the phones we purchased and Jean helped my husband through the process. Its an excellent store because of the people who work there!
Great experience...I tragically had the black screen of death happen on my cell phone. Decided to visit GoWireless...walked in and was instantly taken care of. Within an hour I had a new phone, with everything transferred over to it (yes they were able to find all my info on my broken phone)! Its the best experience at a Verizon store that Ive ever had...no lines, no waiting!
Heather is amazing! We went into Verizon’s GoWireless store in Bedford, NH and Heather helped us add a line to our plan from another carrier. There was a mistake on our original account that Heather caught and spent time personally to resolve the issue for us by calling the right people to help resolve the issue. We were very thankful to have Heather on our side and not only help us resolve the issue, but also give us the best deal. Heather deserves to be recognized by Verizon for her superb customer service, welcoming personality, patience and persistence. Thank you Heather! We definitely recommend GoWireless in Bedford!
We went to the Verizon Store today to get a new phone. It was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this store and if you are lucky to get Chris you will love him. I hope he gets promoted to Store Manager in the near future. Five Stars for Chris!!!
GoWireless has been my go-to spot for any of my own or my families Verizon needs in the past. Compared to experiences at the larger corporate stores in Manchester, GoWireless offers a more customer focused experience, where as the corporate stores just want to sell you a phone and get you out!My last experience with Chris was great. We had one phone on our line that was destroyed beyond repair. Chris went through our bill and showed us our options of buying a new phone and how that would effect our future bills. Chris took the time to explain everything in laymans terms and helped make sure we were happy. There were no pressure sales and I felt as Chris was really just trying to help us find the best fit.If you are looking for a friendly, local business to have your Verizon Wireless needs met, GoWireless is the place to go.If youre looking to have someone try to sell you what they are going to make the most commission on, go to the Verizon store in Manchester.Thanks again guys!

I have had Verizon for 2 years.. 2 phones.. Ive visited my local branches quite often..never satisfied with the outcome of circumstances... I went to the Bedford store.. they solved 2 yrs of problems in 2 hours. The store manager, assistant manager and the best customer service agent Hailey were the utmost professionals. Great store...
Customer service was outstanding. Tim and Ian answered all are questions with patience and willingly educated us. We were not rushed and were treated like valued customers. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend doing business with this GoWireless retailer.

The manager Heather was the BEST! I went in with many questions, iPhone, iPad and billing questions!I wasn’t looking forward to going but actually had a fun time!! She answered all my questions!! I even bought another iPad!! I will NEVER go anywhere elsewhere!!There was an older woman there working with Chris. She was so happy with him helping her, she was crying when she left!!In this day and age, it was so refreshing to go where employees are personable, friendly and knowledgeable!! GREAT job!! 👍

I cant speak highly enough of this Verizon facility. I have been to many Verizon Wireless retailers and the Bedford location is by far the best. I have only met one of the staff members, his name was Chris, but he was the most professional, kind, and intelligent employee I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He helped me set up my phone, called customer service to ensure I got the best price, and even stayed late so I could get my iPhone that day. Furthermore, I know that his kindness extends beyond his job, because after he was done helping me, an elderly woman approached him (after the store was closed) and asked for help because her phone wasnt ringing (she just had it on silent, but you know how elderly people are with technology). Chris was very polite and explained that the store was closed, but he didnt mind taking a quick peek at it. Obviously it was a quick fix, he just flipped the phone off of silent mode, but it just further exemplified Chriss dedication to his company. I am never going anywhere else except this Bedford location for all of my wireless needs.
Sadly I have to say this was the absolute worst experience I have had with any Verizon store!I came in with a simple request to help fix a mistake made by an associate at this location this past summer. (One that was admitted over the phone) Not only was it the worst customer service but was treated with such disrespect! I am hoping we were just the target of someone having a bad day and that this isn’t how others are treated.I come from a field that customer service is the top priority- I understand after my experience at this location that Verizon in Bedford does certainly not follow the same standards. Very disappointed
Chris at the Bedford location is the best..he was upbeat,answered all our questions(and there were many) and we never felt rushed. He made sure I found the right phone, did not try to pressure us into something we didnt need. You have a treasure in Chris!

PLEASE READ.Went in to upgrade phone yesterday. According to Verizon Payment Plan (formerly EDGE Plan), I am eligible to receive a new phone with no upfront cost, and make monthly payments on the phone.The folks (guy & gal) in this store insisted that Verizon Plan had changed, and that now Id have to pay a $175 upfront charge for the new phone, and then continue to make monthly payments. I was certain there something being mis-communicated, so I went through this a couple of times, and they held strong. Sounded awfully fishy so I walked out.I confirmed with Verizon Support this morning that I DO NOT have to pay $175 towards the new phone, and that the plan DID NOT change as they had said. They recommended going to another Verizon location, and I upgraded my phone as I had expected, with NO upfront charge.Just curious how many people have been swindled of an extra $175 (plus or minus, depending on phone, of course) by this store. My guess is that for every 1 of me that walks out of the store there are at least a few people who end up actually paying this.Lesson learned: HEAD TO A REAL VERIZON STORE, not a retailer, and certainly not THIS retailer.
Today my Granddaughter turned 13 and for her birthday she was given money to purchase the iPhone she has wanted for months. We went to this authorized retailer and the it was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. I was told that they did not have the model she wanted in stock and when we asked if they could check another location I was told there are none in the State of NH because a special promotion was in effect and they were all sold out. At that point he could clearly see my granddaughters disappointment and he attempted to up sell us a phone that was far beyond the needs of a 13 year old. We left after much pressure for us to buy today I called a real Verizon store was able to purchase the phone today and yes it was a New Hampshire store! I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to this Verizon pretend store! These sales people were only concerned about a sale ... not about assisting a customer and used deceit to try and ruin a young womans birthday.
If you are the manager of this store you should be fired. One representative there during lunch handling one customer for 40+ minutes while I was there - dont know how long before I got there. Asked, do you think you will be done soon? No. Meanwhile, another guy was on the landline phone with customer service - wherever they might be - because the person who sold his minor daughter an ipad and a service plan without his permission 2 weeks ago doesnt work there anymore. Not a good sign, but having stopped in a few times over the past several years I have never seen the same person twice so I suspect the turnover there is very high. The rep at the store said I dont have the power to do anything about it.Now I dont necessarily blame the worker at the store, you can only help one customer at a time really. Its poor management to leave that person alone during the time of day (12-2) when everybody goes out from the office to take care of their issues with the phones and wireless plans.
We are long time customers of this Go Wireless store in Bedford, NH. Our family got our first cell phones here and this year we surprised our daughters with new phones....the team of Christopher, Greg and Shyann were wonderful to work with and very helpful and patient. Special recognition to Christopher who pre-ordered the phones and walked us through every step and handled two last minute changes for my oldest daughter and my wife ! Thank you Go Wireless !

This place is absolutely horrible they arent an actual Verizon store! They try and sell you BS packages that you dont actually need to buy. Go to the MALL VERIZON never this one its horrible service and they are not owned or affiliated with Verizon they are just advertising the product to get you to go there. Dont recommend they are scammers.
