Late to one Sunday, before close. Son needed a cell phone asap. Our current provider did not have any phones available and we were going to have to wait for a phone. We went to cricket and they got him into a really good phone less expensive than the current carrier we are with. We are looking to move our other phones to Cricket. Very helpful and accommodating and they have some great deals going on.... should check them out.

My husband came here to look for a new phone and the employees were incredibly rude to him. We love Cricket and have been using their service for several years, but we will not be returning to this location. Hopefully we will have better customer service at the next store we visit.

This store is very sketchy.We went in an bought new phones and switched from another carrier. The staff was so friendly at first.We told them what phone we wanted then she said if we pick out a case it is included. So we picked out a case. Low and behold, she charges us $30 for EACH CASE!When we asked her about it she said I told you it was included in the quote I gave you, I never said FREE.Long story short, corporate has been involved and very helpful. Cricket wireless is helpful, this store is a scam.

Best store ever and Rashan is absolutely amazing! I came in at 7:25pm (Easter weekend) after visiting another Cricket location on Beltline in Irving and having the absolute worst customer service ever. Rashan greeted me, welcomed me and asked how could he help. I told him that my phone did an update and then locked me out. I told him the Beltline store told me to go back where I bought my phone because they put a password on it. He apologized that the other store misinformed me and proceeded to assist me. No attitude, calm and very reassuring that everything will be okay. He looked something up and then did a few things on my phone and got it back to working. I thought all Cricket stores were the same but NO they are not. The customer service at this location is great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I have been a Cricket customer for several years now and this phone was my 3rd upgrade and never an issue prior to this. Visit this location if you want great customer service!

I went in for an upgrade but i didn’t have too much money however Aj(the girl) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me get a good phone for a great price will be coming back to add another line in the future.

Went into the store just to get some information about the service but i was convinced by the young lady I think her name was Aj she was the assistant manager at the store but she convinced me to switch from metro and got me the iPhone she for a really good deal.

Rashad is a godsend. I was trying to port out of a fifth-rate MVNO and man were they making me sweat over it. So this happened....Went into the Cricket wireless totally unprepared for the beauty that is named Brooke. This Angel greeted my teen and I with a smile and such professionalism. She didnt just assist me with transferring from my previous provider, she went above and beyond. She answered every question about the devices I was interested in. She knew her stuff. She gave me details, about the phones, that I confirmed with Google.She really knew about the phones, manufacturer, best phones for my needs and even which phones were best sellers. She was absolutely the sweetest ever. She took care of us in a matter of minutes. I had to run out before we were done transferring service and she sat with my 16 yr old. They chatted like friends. I came back within a few minutes to have new phones with new phone cases and it cost less than I had originally budgeted. I am so satisfied with my service thus far and my girls love their phones. Brooke is such an asset to the store and patrons.Brooke if you see this...just know that you are totally amazing and I would have been worse off going with another carrier!!Thanks so much!

Its april 15th at 10 am, came into this store to get my kids phone switched over the lady with the pretty red hair, dont know her name, but she was wonderful, friendly and very helpful!!!!! This girl deserves a raise!!!!!! Shes very smart with these phones;) very happy customer

Terrible service! I went here to add a third phone line to my $55 plan. The IDIOT added a completely separate $55 plan, so I was charged over $110 this month. JERK!

Spent 20 minutes trying to close my account. No luck. Store associate has no clue how to do that operation.
