Took my 86 year old mother here and can’t say enough about how professional and helpful our appointments have been. Heather at the front desk is wonderful and Zee is outstanding! She is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and makes sure we understand and are comfortable with everything before we leave. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was impressed with their prompt affordable service. They were able to solve my problem by repairing my hearing aids. I will definitely consider them what I look to replace my hearing aids in the future.

They focus on education as to what may cause tinnitus and things you can start with before hearing aids. They spent a ton of time with me, doing the different tests to identify whether there was hearing loss before making recommendations. Dont wear ear plugs! :) Highly recommend. Just because they sell hearing aids doesnt mean they hard sell you into one. They provide the best recommendations for the needs.

Zee is the best! She listens to me everytime I come in the office; these days it is rare to have someone listen. The ladies are really good with scheduling my appointments around my schedule. Staff very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I had a starkey tinnitus masker that needed repair. I checked with Starkey before allowing them to send in for repair. Their fee for repair was reasonable according to the manufacturer. This device is 17 years old and is now like new. I would recommend them for this type of service.

Great customer service

I bought a pair of hearing aids at CVS three years ago. After they decided, without any notice to customers to stop selling aids, they also stopped servicing what they had sold. I searched for a month before I could find anyone who was interested in helping me out. That was the people at Lifetime Hearing Aids in Bedford on Brown Trail. They diagnosed that I had a faulty aid and offered to send it to the factory to be repaired. Upon getting it back MJ fitted it to my settings and checked out all its functions, making sure it was working. He also offered to sell me a plan, where he would check my aids every four months, and check my hearing once a year for as long as I had my aids. I bought in to their practice and look forward to having someone to take care of me down the line. GREAT JOB and thanks for being willing to take care my issue.

I went in to have my hearing tested as I have been a hearing aid wearer for about 7 years and my hearing aids were having issues, The audiologist tested my hearing completely and recommended a new type of hearing aid. After fitting them and setting them up, I couldnt believe what a difference over the old hearing aids. Like adding some sunshine to the day. I am very happy with the response and treatment of the staff at Lifetime Hearing and very happy to hear at a level far above what I was hearing at. Great job!

I forgot his name again but its the audiologist with the red hair.....Omg he is the best at what he do . Just hes presence makes you feel comfortable and hes very informative. I swear I walked in feeling down and left there smiling.he fixed my hearing aid I was able to hear again thank God the people with hearing loss know the feeling. Im not sure if they know but they make our day. And this gentleman in particular made my day I will always come back here!
