I was very disappointed in Dr. Ragsdale. First he discarded all my former surgery records from Dr. Railsback. You would think this would be on microfilm or something. and no one even tried or bothered to find out if they could locate them or assist me in the right direction myself. I came there for a reason not just a hearing test. I have other issues in conjuction with my left ear. Trying to weed out all possibilities, I was concerned that maybe something with the ear, or behind the skull could possibly be causing the other issue I am having. He did not offer to take X-Rays or further testing to be SURE he simply talked about improving my hearing. Getting hearing improvement wasnt my concern at that particular moment and can be taken care of later. Had he been listening to the patient and the patients concerns, he would be doing more, X-Rays or types of skull or inner ear testing. I asked for a Blood Pressure check and he said he wasnt concerned about the blood pressure. WELL I AM! He then stated that they are not doing blood pressure checks due to COVID Yet he had no gloves on and was near me checking my ears and such, did not offer nor require hand sanitizer either. I left there with a Migrane which should never happen. I felt his concern for patients is lacking in MANY WAYS! I felt like I was a number to him and nothing more. Dr. Morgan on the other hand, seemed genuine, understanding and concerned. I would see Dr. Morgain again, but I will be switching ENT Doctors.

Went to see Dr Janiki after a head injury and hearing loss. Not a good experience. Spent little time with me. When I left.I had no idea what was wrong and just wanted to sell me hearing aids. Wasn’t even given a summary of the visit.

Looking for an audioligist with experience and want to be sure youre getting quality hearing aids at a very competitive price. I wish I had known Dr Morgan before I bought my first set of hearing aids.Beware of those independent clinics that want to sell you more than you actually need. I paid dearly for that education. Dr. Morgan is committed to providing the best hearing aids that meet the needs of the patient.In other words, you wont need a 2nd mortgage on your home.

I was on time for my appointment, required paperwork completed for new patient. I handed receptionist all completed paperwork, took a set with several others to wait. My appointment was @130p, waiting room was full, there are several doctors at this location. However, at 245p after listening to several other patientsComplaining about wait times I was concerned. I was on my lunch hour. Long story short, there were 3 other folks waiting to see Dr. Ponder with appointments prior to me. I told receptionist I would have to reschedule, I had been waiting 1 hr15 min. No concern, just OK! I won’t be going back. I should have taken advice from other reviews on line!

I have been going since 2016, would not trade the doctors or my audiologist for anything, the front desk staff is always kind and very understanding.

Goodness, what is NOT to love?!? My entire family sees Mary Ashmead and I have gone to Jeff Morgan for over 20 years! Both are professional, knowledgeable and have a compassionate heart for their patients!! My new ReSound hearing aids were LIFE CHANGING!
