Andy was very patient and showed me what I can do to keep my hearing aids clean and working efficiently.

Very friendly service. They were thorough, yet sensitive to time. They provide helpful insight on the results of my hearing test and were not pushy in trying to make a sell.

I broke a part on my hearing aide and called them. They got me in the very next day. They had the part and were able to fix it in about 20 minutes. 1st visit. I went there to compare hearing aids. I had already gone to another place and had my hearing test done and we talked about difgeredi hearing aids. Jenene explained the test what she was doing and why. Then she completely explained the results. The other place did not do this. Now I have a better understanding of my hearing loss. She asked me many questions to find the best fit for me. I feel like she really took the time to get to know my needs. I believe after talking to her we picked the best choice for me. She is currently in the process of finding out what my cost will be after insurance pays. From that point she will help me find away to get the funds for my part. So far Im very impressed. Office staff awesome. I know everyone is out to make money but they truly care about making the best choice whats best for you. Ill post again after I get them.

Im 60 years old, hadnt been to a specialist to have my hearing checked in a long time, but realized that my hearing was not what it needed to be. Took advantage of a free testing card that came in the mail, went to get tested, and wow, hearing tests have improved tremendously in the last 40 years! My hearing loss (both ears) came from two entirely different timeframes in my life, but the Doctor was able to share with me how I was at an approximate 25% loss, then produced two different earpieces (one for each ear) to detail out and concentrate the losses in each ear. The result? Amazing. I never knew what I was missing!! Through computer technology, they can fine tune each earpiece to focus in on what that particular ear needs. Plus, you can hardly see them. Plus, some of them come Bluetooth enabled! The biggest obstacle was myself... overcoming the stigma of all my family and friends realizing I need earpieces. Get over it, and live your life fully again!! You wont regret it.

This year, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I brought my Mom, Claudia Pfeffer, into Connect Hearing in Bedford for her annual check up and we experienced the greatest customer service from the office staff, especially Mandy who went above and beyond in a scheduling time for my mom. She comes all the way up from New Orleans to use this facility when she visits for the holiday. The doctor, as well, made my Mom feel extra special while in his office. She looks forward to seeing him due to his pleasant manner and expert exam. We will only use Connect Hearing for our family. They are superior, Christine Hickson

I have been going to Connect Hearing for a couple years and they have always been very professional & cordial. If they are running late they will call and tell you so you dont come in and have to wait a long time. Very few places will do this.

Free hearing evaluation is not really free. I had to pay 25 dollars for the evaluation after I was told it was going to be free over the phone. False advertisement at its finest.

I was in this office many times the people are so nice and ver polite services today was very good I was given several testing on my hearing since I have a had time hearing, the old hearing aids are not very helpful. Docter give a s set to tryout for a week and see if helps.

They were friendly & super helpful throut the entire process which because of special circumstances (not their issues) from 1st visit to picking up my hearing aides took me about a month but they were not annoyed if i called with questions or concerns. This is only the 2nd place i have gone to for my hearing problem. And i wasnt as impressed the the Phonak hearing device as i was with the Oticon i tried at another place. But to be fair the Phonak device is only an advanced and the Oticon product was the premium device. It is also $1500.00 cheaper than the Oticon
