We had the best experience ever with Jordan at the Bedford Miracle-Ear office. Jordan was pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the ear/hearing works with the brain and how we are affected by loss of hearing. She is the best! I had the most thorough hearing test I have ever had followed by her complete explanation of my hearing and the test. I will definitely be visiting this office again!

Jackie Cooper was amazing! She took the time to explain everything fully, which was something no one had ever done for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything and was able to try a hearing aid in the store for the first time ever. I got a hearing aid at a good price and am very excited to get it fitted! They got them got them working like new in less than 15 minutes. I especially want to recognize the office manager, Lydia Kidd. She checked them out, cleaned them, and explained the issue thoroughly.
