Solid trendy cafe with decent coffee, great smoothies, and fantastic breakfast items that is worth a visit. When we arrived, the cafe was full which weve heard is typical as this place is pretty popular. There is seating inside and outside. We got the small latte with the house white mocha syrup, a Honey Berry smoothie, and the stuffed French toast. The highlight of the meal was the stuffed French toast -- they were about an inch thick, very crunchy on the outside, and pillowy soft in the center. They were covered in a generous topping of strawberries, syrup, and cream. Portion-wise, it is definitely shareable between 2 people. The coffee complements it well.Overall, this place is great! But given its popularity, be prepared for the prices.

This was my second time coming to this place. The first time I went it was before the pandemic and I have no complaints about then. This second time, however, is a different story. I went this morning so the whole experience is still fresh on my mind. When I walked in this Thursday morning it was full and there was a line but I didn’t mind waiting. I told my sister to take a seat so we wouldn’t be left without one. Since this was my second time here I knew this place is pretty upscale so I knew the price would be pretty up there. Leticia, the cashier, was excellent (at least I think that’s her name because that’s on my receipt). Honestly, she was probably the best thing out of the experience because she was so patient with me and had awesome recommendations. Anyways, where it first went wrong was with my coffees. I ordered a small vanilla bourbon iced coffee per Leticia’s recommendation and a large iced chai latte (emphasis on LARGE). When I was called up to pick up my drinks by the barista bar I noticed the two containers were the exact same size. I thought, “Hmm, this must be my mistake. I must’ve forgotten to make my sister’s drink a large.” I checked my receipt and no, I ordered a small and a large. I even set them side by side to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Afterwards I went to the barista with the “large” drink and asked her if there was some mistake because both sizes were the same. She told me that no, they used the same cup but poured in different quantities. I took a picture to show the two drinks. Now, if she gave me two larges then that’s my bad and thanks but these were pretty small cups, I can’t imagine any smaller ones. Either way, it sounds like the barista just didn’t want to admit her mistake and made up a lie on the spot so I wouldn’t nag. I’m pretty upset I got two same cup sizes with over a dollar difference between them. Then, when the food came in, I noticed my eggs were more over easy than over medium. The yolk was still chirping. This isn’t a big deal to me, though. What was more of a big deal was that the egg whites on some part were still semi-clear and jiggly. Raw. Lastly, the seats are so close together. I had to listen to this lady’s conversation about her vacation to Hawaii during the pandemic since she was literally two feet away. I wish I had enjoyed this visit as much as the last but I’m sad my impression has changed.

I visited this restaurant late in the evening (after 4pm) on a Monday.Service was good. It wasn’t very busy during this time. My food came out in an acceptable amount of.The ambiance was especially nice. Trendy flowery cafe.Everything is made in house which is a plus. Homemade strawberry lemonade with mint and avocado toast with a side of fruit cup cost approx $15. I will let the readers make their own determination of how fair this price is.They are very generous with the avocado. It was very tasty and I would return to this restaurant.

I’m 50/50 about this place. It’s a nice little set up but such a tight squeeze! I don’t like it because I’m a bigger girl and and bumping up against peoples table is a horrible feeling. Not much seating either. Food was okay not spend $35+ again…egg salad sandwich I guess had too much egg salad on it so when I got it it was very soggy and just kept flopping all over the place. Best part was my cappuccino. I’d probably just come back for the coffee nothing else.

So decided to check this place out today. The coffee wasnt anything special, the orange juice is just bottled juice from the store. The omelet wasnt bad, but at the same time wasnt anything really special. The french toast was really good and not overly sweet. Over all though really no where near worth the price. There are way better places for breakfast that are almost half the price.

Yes please! Loving this place already at my first visit. Apparently everyone else does too because it was hopping at lunch time. The staff was very kind and patient while I worked my way through their menu. The menu items are very well thought out and crafted artfully.I ordered the stuffed strawberry French toast which is made with fresh brioche from local bakery Cake & Bacon. (I like to ask where their ingredients come from) and I have to say, this is absolutely the BEST French toast I have ever had. Perfect texture and flavor.I also got the egg salad sandwich and a strawberry orange mimosa (which was buy one get one for a penny when I came) and both were also amazing when I had them at home later. Very satisfied with service, flavor, and good vibes in this local Cafe.

Very fast service and an awesome menu. Alot of variety with a spin on certain things. My favorite was the biscuit with gravy. Came in a small very hot cast iron skillet, topped with a little spinach, a turkey sausage patty and an over medium egg. I do recommend this. It was awesome. We also had the half order of Avocado toast which was amazing. Just the Avocado by itself was good! Very well seasoned.Definitely one of my new fav breakfast spots..👍🏼👍🏼

This place is cute and cozy! Upon arrival, we grabbed a menu at the front counter. We were looking over the menu and moved over in front of what I then didn’t realize was the handoff counter for the barista. She rudely asked us to move out of the way. This wasn’t a good first impression.Anyway, the menu was pretty creative and extensive. I ordered the golden milk and the lemon custard blueberry toast sticks. My bf also ordered the stuffed french toast and bottomless cup of coffee.Might I add we were both generally in a great mood this Saturday morning so we were in our own world while enjoying our beverages. However we did notice that one of our dishes took a good 15 mins to come out while I was halfway through my dish. Once the other plate arrived, it was missing our side of bacon. We waited maybe 10 mins until someone came by to apologize for the wait and we mentioned to her we were missing our bacon and it was quickly brought out.Overall, I appreciate their effort to make the moment right but I do believe had I not been in such good spirits that particular moment I may not recommend this place due to experience. Perhaps try visiting a weekday?

What an experience trying those French Toast! This is an excellent breakfast place. We found it on Google Maps since we were around. We ordered some Strawberry Cream Filled French Toast and they were delicious. They are made with brioche. And they were very soft and spongy. It is covered with chopped strawberries, strawberry syrup and a strawberry cream (it tasted like strawberry yogurt to me). It is a sweet dish with no protein on the side,, but I really liked it.My wife got a Omelet and it was well made and delicious and she put avocado on it. It came with red potatoes on the side that were very good. They were chopped in smal little squares and had some onions and pepper flavor. We also got some orange juice. I didnt liked it because it had a sitting-in-a-carton-for-too-long kind of flavor.Overall the breakfast was great.5/5

This place is something special. There is a very genuine care in what they do. From the decor, food, and drinks there is a loving hand and personal touch to it all.The menu is comprised of very familiar foods that put you right at home, but with just enough of something extra to elevate your palette.I originally came here and got a salad (to be healthy at the time), and for a salad to leave me such a great an impression for me to comeback still baffles me today. My girlfriend and I have fallen in love with this little gem. The love and care the Dandelion Cafe gives doesnt go unnoticed everytime we come visit.P.S Avocado Toast and the Biscuits and Gravy are our go-to items.

Such a shame. This place had potential, but the service was horrible. I accidentally ordered my drink without saying iced so I got a hot drink and simply asked for a cup of ice so I can cool it down. I think it was the owner who spoke to me, she did not oblige and I sat down with my drink still hot. Later on I asked for a cup of ice to see if they would finally give me one and the lady started explaining to me its not the time it takes to make a new drink but its the amount of product they waste....I just asked for ice. She gave me a new iced drink which was nice but I assume its because she saw me taking pictures of the shop and didnt want me to give a bad review. Anyways it was very annoying. Do better please.

They do have breakfast and late late lunch/early dinner.I like that they choose to get their food items from locally sourced farms and vendors. I too am a small business and try really hard to shop small and support our local restaurants. My food is always consistently fresh and well packaged. I love all the choices they have.I recently had an issue with the delivery service that they use. The driver was super rude when I asked for my drinks he might have mis-delivered. The manager went above and beyond and came to my office to drop off my replacement drinks that they didn’t have to replace. I was unaware that once the delivery service makes a mistake you have to start all over with a new order and delivery fee.It just reconfirms one of the many reasons I will always support Dandelion.

This is a place I see suggested a lot when I search breakfast in my area on yelp. I finally had the opportunity to try it out today. I was not very impressed with the food. The service and atmosphere were fine no complaints there.I ordered the Bellaire breakfast. This comes with 2 egg (I ordered scrambled), 1 meat (ordered maple sausage), 1 bread ( ordered a biscuit, and there is a upcharge for a biscuit), also comes with hashbrowns. When asked if I wanted I drink I ordered coffee. I was surprised when she asked how many cups as Im used to normally just getting refills of coffee at most places. So I said 2cups, total came out to about 20 bucks for breakfast. Im not looking for deals on breakfast if I were Id go to McDonalds, my issue here is there are expectations if a basic breakfast is going to be charged at this rate.Lets start with the eggs, they were fluffy and looked nice but they are salted so heavily you taste salt not egg. The maple sausage (pan sausage) is not really tasty its kinda off putting honestly. The hashbrowns are like short string potatoes that got tossed around the griddle in a pile then put on the plate, they arent the hashbrowns youre used to seeing. And they arent that good either. The absolute worst thing on the plate and I mean I wish I took a pic of this pathetic waste of flower called a biscuit. This thing was dry as old bones. I tried to pick it up it came apart like it was a hamburger bun. It just continues to crumble away as you try to consume it. The flavor was of course poor, the blueberry jam tried its best to help that sorry excuse of a biscuit. I wish it had been better but thats my honest opinion. The staff is friendly and attentive, the lady behind the counter would list an item (eggs) and then list options (scrambled, fried), I liked that, made things quick. But in the end the value or maybe the quality of what you are getting is not there.

This place is just overrated! Service is bad, food is bad, coffee is bad. Not planning to come back.
