Small convenient location for us. Donuts where good and the lady was really nice.

Early in the morning when they’re making donuts, they generally listen to music in the back. It’s usually kept at a low volume, but a few days ago somebody turned it up very loud. They were singing. The volume was ridiculously high and disturbing. If you’re sitting in the front trying to drink coffee and eat donuts, the loud music was a significant hindrance to having a positive, enjoyable experience.

Shipley Do-Nuts shops are easy to find, offer a wide variety of donuts and drinks, and are open late. Perfect for satisfying the occasional sweet tooth urge. For Christmas this Bellaire location, at least, even offers letters to Santa, complete with a post box outside.

Not only did I give them a chance to try to rectify their mistake in the drive thru they managed to get it wrong even after complaining about having to turn around and come back into the store to try and get it right. Called to try and get an explanation only to be met with a sense of too bad who cares since you cant come back to get it right.

The people here are so nice and patient! The doughnuts are delicious too! Keep up the good work!

They open at 6am... and I can make you sure that by 6:00am they are going to be up and running... with full selection of donuts and full selection of Kalaches...The Staff is very professional and kind and they are fast!

Donuts is never hot. Bad service. Cashier was texting on her phone and when asked a friendly question she rolled her eyes and walked off. Bad service here. I love the North Main and the Ella Blvd. location been going to Shipleys for years and they are aways friendly never had a complaint until I walked inside this location.Rude Rude needs more training.

This place is trash they refuse the use of there restroom to whom ever they want but will let who they want use the restroom and when you sit down they start blasting music that was not playing before just to be disrespectful and make you uncomfortable they are trash I will not be back

Casually riding by early in the am. Notice they are open, so I say great how convenient my timing is. I go inside and I ask for a kolache. Confused she asks a person in the back something and says we dont have any. What do you have?, I ask. Nothing she says. So why are they open??

This is my favorite shipley’s location. The donuts are excellent and they work to get you in and out fast. Everything I have tried from this location is good. It can get a bit busy but they are quick.

Great location! I only go in the afternoons and the same lady is always there. She is very nice and patient. The place is clean. Only one time they did not have the plain glazed, but again it was later in the afternoon.

Its donuts and kolaches. Of course it deserves 5 stars (Plus, it helps being friends with one of the workers and their family 😆)

Donuts 🍩 are good in here!But last time I went in here a guy took my order and he did not smile at all and was with a mad face or I don’t know with a attitude 🤷🏼‍♀️ but he did not tried to at least smile or say hi 👋 he was working there like with no type of mood to be there at take good care of your clients!!

Very nice location. People were friendly and donuts were amazing as per usual. Parking is limited though and shared with all of the other stores on the strip. Not enough to deter me from some Shipleys

Right next to the Kolache Factory, but NO ONE Can top Shipley when it comes to their Kolache. We even have to bring boxes of Shipley Kolaches and their donuts whenever we visit a friend in Los Angeles and family in Nebraska. Also, our grandsons favorite weekend breakfast stop!

Convenient quick and has a drive thru. The parking lot has a bunch of pot holes but the food is good.

Coffee was good when it cooled down. It was so super hot it took 40 minutes before it was drinkable.

Customer Service at its best! I visit this Shipleys weekly for a kolache for my son. They are always pleasant And friendly. Today I asked for the freshest glazed donut and they asked if i would wait 2 minutes for them to come out of the oven, heck yeah!

Shipleys has tasty salty dough kolaches with only the classics such as:Sausage and jalapenoSausage and cheeseHam and cheese*Earl Campbell Kolaches have been picking up popularity by the day. It is a larger kolache and more filling early in the morning...and this has caused me to go right back to sleep. Lol..5 stars for sure.

When the new location opened the donuts were great now ...They NEVER HAVE HOT DONUTS. How do you not have hot donuts at some point . The customer service just seems to be like -----------. I will travel further to another location with Fresh Donuts and Kolaches and employees that seem to care...

This location conveniently has a drive through window located on the side of the building.

I mainly go for the kolaches I USED TO NOT ANYMORE!! I noticed they been pushing sales on the big earl! Which is 2.25$ I don’t care about prices I’m the type to give you a hundred dollar bill over a 2$ sale but anyways lately I ask for a sausage kolache and of course you don’t notice the sausage until you bite in it.. that bitter taste and it’s not cause of the cheese temperature or bread ITS THE SAUSAGE ITSELF makes me not want to go there anymore.. the donuts are fine but not what’s I go for! So I noticed the big earl was not a big seller until lately when you ask for a kolache they just bring you exactly a big earl like I said I DONT CARE ABOUT PRICES but if the big earl is not a big seller don’t go ahead and push it to the customer cause at the end of the day you just lost a sale and SOMETHING is ALWAYS better than NOTHING

I bought some food here and my card had been compromised and was charged for gas and a coke from a gas station down the street, I know most of the employees are nice, but this is something the owner needs to address because his security system is not working properly or one of his employees is committing fraud, needless to say I will be only be paying in cash from now on
