I stopped in for a quick tea and sandwich. This location was very clean, quick service and nice staff! One lady walked in after me while I was waiting for my sandwich and she said another location was rude to her made her drink wrong and she came to this location because she knows they make the drinks right and are kind. If I lived over here I’d come more often. Only downside is no drive thru and limited parking but I guess I came when it wasn’t busy. I had a good experience here!

I would never go back to this location again. They several people working the drive through so orders were going out quickly. I was the only person ordering inside and it took 15 minutes to get a drink. This reminds me why I dont support Starbucks anymore.

Employee serving food without gloves is not hygiene at all again, scratching head with those hand while preparing sandwiches for the customer what about that ??

Worst customer service today, was not greeted at all not once. I’m standing in line to get my mobile order and nobody bothered to ask if I was picking an order up. Three of the workers were busy one taking order at the register one making drinks and the other preparing some food to go, but one worker was just saying there looking in binder not too sure if he was working on inventory or what not but he could’ve stop what he was doing and asked if I needed help clearly he was the one doing the least. I had to wait for the line to go down at the register to ask for my order and I noticed all of the employees looked at me more than twice. And to be honest In usually stop at this location on my way to work and never have a problem.

Parking was kinda hard to come across at first. Once inside I was helped out and greeted by friendly brewistas. Was recommended the nitro cold brew, which I Love! I came here to work a bit before my appointment and feel a bit crammed. Not the most space to work and it’s really busy for 2:30 on a Wednesday.

Dude started doing pullups behind the counter and called me “Mami.” My water tastes good but at what cost?

Most of my experiences at this Starbucks have been okay but today I got a little frustrated. I ordered a frappe and some egg bites and Waited close to 20 minutes for my order. They were more worried about mobile orders and I saw multiple people who ordered 10+ minutes after me get their drinks first. I hope they see they and make some adjustments in the future as I love Starbucks and would hate to stop coming to this one.

So I had to change my review, at first I wrote about them always being out of the refresher when ever I try to order through the app but after talking with one of the employees they let me know that it’s an issue with the app because they make sure to update what they have and don’t have. I really hope they fix this issue because they are honestly loosing my money and probably a lot of other peoples money.

What kind of Starbucks closes at 1pm everyday. You might as well just shut down! This should be updated on google so people don’t drive there and waste time. I will never use this one again.

This is one of the smaller Starbucks and parking can be tricky. However, once inside, there are friendly baristas and yummy treats to accompany your drink of choice. The regulars are known by name and order.The snack menu has expanded recently with more healthy choices that would actually work as a meal. Starbucks is a brand that has a formula and it seems to be working here as well.

Pretty good experience there today. The barristas were nice and the beverage was good. Fortunately​ the large group of cab drivers hadnt taken over the space today as is frequently the case at this location in the last year or so.

Showed up at 9:49pm on a Sunday and they were already closed. Hours posted say 10pm and saw employees inside. Pulled into the drive through and nothing, knocked on the lobby window and nothing.

Staff weren’t super friendly, maybe an off day?? And didn’t have ingredients needed for select refreshers. However, the drinks I ordered were good.

Drinks, food, and service are excellent but the parking space at this location is very minimal and makes it very hard to find a spot or get out of there. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

The staff are in general kind, but whatever system they use on a busy morning is not working. There have been multiple times where my mobile orders taken at least 30 minutes to fill and almost every time they forget something, causing me to be late to work. Never once have they offered to refund or give a coffee on them, I have to always ask and plead for a refund on something they forgot to give. It’s a bummer because the location is convenient, but I will 100% avoid this location from now on.

I love this Starbucks!! They are so friendly and they work in a timely manner. I recently move away from the area and I am going to miss it.

Nice place to study! Plenty of seating at small tables and one big table with ample places to plug in a laptop or phone. Free wifi and well-maintained bathroom as usual at Starbucks.

Great people and fast service

I like going to Starbucks because you pretty much know what to expect. But these people are understaffed and dont have an organized system going. I waited for ten minutes for my mobile order at the end of the counter and the woman never so much as looked at me. So I had to go to the guy taking orders. He was friendly and took care of the order but it didnt come out as expected. And for people so busy, tbh, youd expect mistakes. I would recommend going to a different location unless its a very slow day.

The staff at this location is great! They are all so friendly and accomodating. As we all know there is a Starbucks on almost every street corner but I go out of my way to go to this one even if there are several locations closer. Finally, the manager Jennifer always seems happy and makes everyone feel comfortable.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!! Run quickly from here. Almost every time Ive come to this location, I order at least 10 minutes ahead of time, and its never ready. Whats the point of being a gold member and ordering ahead if its never ready?! The last time I went here I bought a black coffee. Decided to add creamer, and to my surprise there was a bug in my coffee!!! Sooo disgusting.... I will never return here for anything!

I gave it 2, because only one employee is rude, Candace. And the rest are really kind. When I pulled up, because there was a misunderstanding on my drink order. Candace said rudely what do you want at the window and because she was mad she told me to pull up for my drink(which was just a white mocha) and there was only one car behind me. Now I prefer to go down the street to the one on Bellaire because the drinks taste better and I never have to deal with that

What can you say? Its a Starbucks. This location lacks a drive through and is pretty tight for parking, but otherwise represents the consistency and predictability of this ubiquitous chain.

Brilliant service, the whole crew was friendly and theres an awesome corner with leather armchairs that I love to study in.

The music is too laud!!!!. My friends and I came here to do group study unfortunately we have to leave. This is coffee shop for God sakes, not a nit club!!!!

Store is usually a mess dirty tables trash on the floor the station with sugar, milk and napkins .... lets just say its never clean. Dont get me wrong I love Starbucks but this I can do without.
