Received amazing customer service here from employee named Phoenix, they went the extra mile for me helping solve a compatibility issue with a 360 controller. They were happy to help and shared expertise without a whiff of know-it-all-ism. I will keep coming to game x change if they keep on awesome employees who are dedicated to being kind, genuine, and helpful like Phoenix and the other employees at the Bentonville Game x Change.

I love this place but they gave me a xbox one console and controller that wont work at all

Extremely over priced paid $60 for a used xbox X controller and they only paid $20 for it. Horrible return policy, overprice next gen consoles. Literally all gaming stuff WAY OVER PRICED. STAFF IS THE ONLY THING THATS GOOD THERE.

My go-to place to get physical copies of game, I dont know how many Ive gotten from here, prices vary but overall seem very balanced.

Lots of great items to find from Video Games, Collectables to Movies. Something are a bit overpriced or match Amazon/Ebay prices. Stay away from new gen systems however, trying to sell systems 500 buck OVER MRP. Staff are super cool though and friendly to talk to. Will come again.

Bought a used 3DS. The dpad didnt work quite right, but because of how it was broken required quite a bit of testing to find. Showed them the problem and got it returned for store credit immediately. Very good service.

Pretty good selection of a variety of media. The retro games at this location aren’t usually the best value, but the stock does change pretty frequently. If you are looking for cheap dvds and blueray all the Game X Change locations are great. I’ve found some really cool and rare dvds while rummaging through their selection. Overall a good place to still find physical media!

It was okay. Staff was friendly but didnt give me much of a good store credit for the games I bought in for trade or sale. I was super disappointed. I took in 6 games from there different consoles and only got $5 store credit. We had to pay extra for the ONE game we wanted to get in exchange. To me the exchange was not a good one but hey who am I to know whats what when Im not behind the counter. Crazy part is they will make a heck of a lot of money off reselling them then I got for selling them!!!!

My experience here was horrible. I bought rock band for the wii, but found out it wasnt compatible with my equipment. Icame to return it and they werent able to give me a refund for my order and gave me a store credit, however anything else that was of interest to me was over the price of the voucher I received. I ended up getting a game that I did not want just so I wouldnt lose my money that I spent. All of this because of their horrible no refund policy which was never clearly stated anywhere.

Extensive stock of older games and aged dvds. Way overpriced on many items. All the chips and nuts are several months past expiration. When bringing this to the attention of the employees; they already knew and blamed corporate for their decisions. Neat place if you dont mind paying at least double for what ebay sells. No plush.

Employees were of had very little interest in helping us find what we needed, instead just pointed in general direction, games and devices are the same cost as retail or more for used items and games. Any Walmart, big boxes or other store would have given me better service and cheaper prices without the grunge. Sorry I am a positive person but this was bad, good luck in the future.

I loved this place as long as it’s been around. Lots of good memories of being overwhelmed by all the games and then getting to choose one that I’d saved up for. The workers know everything about what available and what’s being released soon. Every little question always has an answer.It’s worth noting they have always had the best price on games. Other places may have a better selection depending on what console, but the prices are always better.

Lots of available games. Not very pricey and kids love to go. Its great that you can trade in games that you no longer use for money or points at the store. One thing I wish they would change though is the cleanness of the place.

They used to be too expensive for used games, whoever makes the prices should probably understand the popularity of the game as some games are overpriced for it being unpopular, an old system, and not vintage. They have gotten better since new consoles games out, but I would love to have prices explained.

I came in with my daughter because we were interested in Disney Infinity and, long story short, had a super awesome experience. Thomas is my man, he knew literally every in and out of the whole system, and its a kids thing! And he got ME excited about it. I bought a ps4 here. I had to go bad to get the right power cord. Then a little while later, realized they gave me the wrong controller cord too... Controller cord isnt a big deal since I have an android but when you pay high dollar for something, you expect to get all the right parts :(

It is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great movie selections. I love buying old childhood games that my big brothers used to play on PS2. Some of the games we buy dont work but we are conveniently able to return for refund or swap for a different one.

As with all locations the best part about there being one in every City nearby is that the selection is always different. Anytime I come into Bentonville I always stop by just to see what they have in stock. Friendly service from knowledgeable staff. You can never go wrong with going to a game x change.

Ive found this store is more likely to have things that have been bought out of the college town store in Fayetteville. Well often call here if our local Game X Change doesnt have what were looking for to preface the trip but they rarely let us down.

I am used to going to MLK (Fayetteville) but moved up here. I was nervous on going here since Springdale didnt treat me right. Im used to making the long drive to MLK just to browse. They were like my family. I came in today to sell some Vinyls and games and they were so sweet. We didnt feel awkward or like a burden. Springdale made us feel like it was a problem for us to sell games. But Bentonville was excited to get new vinyls. It really was a nice experience. I recommend a whole lot.

My sons go to Game Exchange all the time they go to the one in Bentonville they go to the one in Rogers and wherever they can to get games and units and stuff for their units to play on so and they get good service great smile at both places and this busy as heck for the people that work there but they keep plugging along

The staff was nice and all but the return policy is terrible. Accidentally bought the wrong power cord, and wanted to exchange it for the right one. The cord was still wrapped in the rubber bands and they wouldnt do. Would give me $3 for a $30 cord. So now Ive got a useless cord that I cant do anything with. Side note, I had the receipt

Bentonville game exchange is the best! Finally found a guitar hero controller with the dongle receiver for the ps3. The people there were really friendly. Lots of joking around. Called to other stores and they tracked it down for me.

Decent selection of used games always enjoy taking my nephew in there so we can buy a couple of games for about 15 bucks and stay busy most of the weekend. Staff can be a little Odd but nonetheless they are always very helpful and courteous

Horrible experience. My girlfriend was sold a product that she didnt intend to buy, but was convinced it would help the problem; it wasnt what I needed and when bringing the device back they did nothing to us, even though they recommended it. It was a $28 hard drive and they would only allow a $5 store credit or cash. Worst experience.
