I love shopping here. Always clean and bright. Friendly staff. Love all the selections. Most of their house brands are better than name brands. The sea salt dark chocolates & PB cups are excellent. Love picking up all the meats and cheeses to make a charcuterie board. Great variety. Plus wine now. And the jumbo tiger prawns in the frozen section are a must.

Been shopping at Aldi’s for a few years now but you promote sustainability. What does every piece of produce need to be wrapped in plastic and have a bigger variety please and thank you and then you would be perfect

The best ALDIS location! The one in Rogers.....not so much. Better selection of produce that doesnt spoil like Walmarts. More Organic choices and great prices. Cool staff, you go there enough times I notice they recognize their customers and greet them wholeheartedly.

Im in the process of switching from Walmart for several reasons.. Switching brands, I was able to find all but 2 items on my list. I estimate a savings of $14. I was also checked out and not double charged for the same item. Seems like a win-win.

This was my first time of going to Aldi. And the reason I wanted to go there is because they have their own version of each item. And the results are perfect, which means that the Aldi version has resulted in being as good as the regular version of each item.

I buy most of my food at Aldi. Great quality. Mostly their store brands, but some name brands. Aldi prices beat Walmart by a mile. Where else can you get Campbells soup for under a buck.

Bright and airy. Now built like a grocery store with produce as you walk in. Dairy products are straight back. Aisles are no longer cramped. There are plenty of checkouts, which move exceedingly quick.No wonder WM is doing a remodel!Some Cheeses 🧀 and wines 🍷 are extremely good buys. Research Aldis specials and limited buys, as most are fabulous.Aldis nearest cousin to Aldi Süd (Aldi blue and gold) in the US is Trader Joes (which is Aldi Nord–Aldi blue and black in Europe)!

This is our favorite Aldi store! Clean, well-stocked, friendly staff and great prices. We could drive to the Neosho or Rogers locations, but why? Those stores are usually in disarray and poorly stocked. Bentonville Aldi is the best!

Had my first visit to Aldi and was not impressed at all. I don’t understand the hype in these reviews. Customer service is non-existent, cashiering is like some type of race to get you out of the way and there’s very little variety. I can’t imagine choosing this store over the Walmart neighborhood market ever again.

The Bentonville Aldi is AWESOME! Its super easy to get to, never overcrowded (like a certain retailer) & the employees are nice. I gotta tell ya, the online grocery ordering & curbside pick up is the BEST! I ordered my groceries at 10:30 am for pick up the SAME DAY (also unlike a certain retailer where you cant hardly get same day pick up) and my Aldis order was ready at 11 am. Its AMAZING! They also have the best quality fruit & veggies at great prices. Honesty, Aldis makes it super easy to shop for a veterinarian (going vegan) and the convenience & affordability cant be beat. I found my new favorite grocery store. Thank you Aldi!

VERY Disappointed! Review pertains to pick-up order experience.First, I do not typically shop at Aldi because I am handicap and the check-out lanes are too narrow and the bag your own process doesnt work well for me.So I decided to try a pick up order via instacart. I have used instacart multiple times and always been super smooth and no issues, so this i review s completely on Aldis performance and staff.I had a pickup window time but was unable to get there during that time so I sent my husband by after work. When checking in it said were sorry no one is available to bring out your order, please come inside to pickup your order. WHAT?! This is the whole point of pick-up to have it brought to you. If you cant provide this service, then dont offer it and leave customers uninformed that this will be the expectation.Again, I am handicapped and unable to carry out my groceries and load them very easily and so I do not appreciate being blindsided without warning when I arrive at the store. So my husband goes inside and find only ONE employee in the entire store! He is at the register checking out, and the line is backed up all the way from the checkout to the freezer wall. He walked every isle looking for another employee to assist him and found none. This is unacceptable! So he left, and I cancelled my order via instacart. We will not be shopping at Aldi either in store or online after this experience. Also the representative from Instacart told me they always experience this issue with Aldi, and this is just how they are set up because the system always asks them to come inside. So if this is standard then this needs to at the very least be stated to the customer during the checkout process BEFORE completion so they have the option to choose another retailer who can actually fulfill pickup service.I will also be reporting this experience on the corporate level.

Aldi is a good money saver for groceries. Chicken here is the same as chicken anywhere else, and cheaper. They emphasize EU rules on food, so less food coloring in the food if that matters to you. (I dont care.) Quality of the food is equal to any other chain store, but the variety is lower. Personally, I dont care that a few items are missing. You can find a wider selection of low-salt foods, which is good for Americans. All in all, highly recommend.

Great gluten-free selection! Im so thankful they carry so many gluten free items and continue to add more. The folks who work there are constantly working hard restocking and check-out is quick!

Alos is always clean and the store is very well stocked . And they dont such your pocket book empty like wal mart does

This is not your regular grocery store. Bring your own bags. Have a quarter ready for a deposit for the shopping cart (you get it back when you return it). That being said, some of the best, most nutritious food. I wish we had one in my home town.

Different Grocery store

ALDI workers have seen so many Moms grandparents and young people come into their store to buy stuff. Instead of saving the boxes they put them in this to be crushed! Why? When there are so many people that go in there that really need boxes. I also noticed and should of taken a picture of it is some of their food on the floor is molding because they don’t have enough workers because the people that are out on the floor are trying to rush and put things out instead of taking their time and double checking the food they put out!!! I also noticed that they have a BUNCH check out stands yet every time we go there is only ONE or TWO people working the check out stand. If you don’t have enough people working for you AlDI why did y’all open up another business to fail! Y’all always start off good but then y’all fail because y’all don’t have enough people working and double checking everything? Yet y’all are worried about getting boxes crushed when they should not even been on your to do list! Like make something outside or at the back or the store for PEOPLE That need boxes can get them!

I enjoy this Aldi location. Aldis have been a favorite store since 91 when I was stationed in Germany. Wish they had more of the chocolate selections as they have in Germany.They have everything I need here and if I was to complain about anything that would be signage. If you have a limited time or seasonal inform the customer.

If you live in the Northwest arkansas area, this is one of your few options that isnt Wal-Mart. They have a good selection, and the prices are competitive, even better than Walmart on a few items.

Convenient store...easy to park and grab quick needs ... sometimes you see good delas on home decor, Patio/Garden needs, kids games ...

I love this store. Prices are great! Cashiers are fast! You have to bag your own stuff in your own bags or buy the paper bags! Ill do it any day to save some money!

Not my favorite experience. You have to pay for the shopping carts so if you dont have any loose change, sorry ($0.25). Prices are pretty decent. Only one person was working a register.

This store is one of my favorites to shop for groceries at. Prices cant be beat. The staff are helpful and amazing.

This new location is very nice with wide aisles which is a great thing to find in an Aldi store. However, they were very low in stock of nearly all produce. Since I had planned on only shopping at one store that day, this was an extreme disappointment as I had to make another stop on my way home. Not too sure why the stock was so low, but it made me think twice before assuming I will be able to do all my grocery shopping at this store.

UPDATE January 2020.Cannot find canned pumpkin... but they have canned everything else? cannot remember last time I came to this store and found everything I needed! And I dont go in there with a list of more than 10 items!So sad... and not only does store management NOT CARE, but neither does CORPORATE!UPDATE AUGUST 2019.Last week... credit card machine down for 30+ minutes...staff did NOTHING to communicate to customers.Today, organic salad and spinach... EVERY best by date was yesterday, tomorrow or the next day...Asked manager who says thats what they send us.Normally a great experience, however with six registers and only one open all these trying to become more like Walmart.
