I been going to Jimmy a long time, hes a pretty honest mechanic which is rare. Only gripe would be sometimes it takes a while but hes always swamped with work and I go there knowing Ill be there a while.Reasonable prices, not a con artist. The community around this place is great! I had wonderful conversations with the owner and the customers. It really is a family owned business. The service was not super fast, but the experience was wonderful and the price for the services I received was very reasonable. When you drive up, the service station doesnt look like much, but I will be returning there for all my car needs!

Ive been all over the USA while I was in the Marines and its always a struggle to find a honest repair shop regardless of where I was. Since moving to the Bethlehem Township area Ive visited a few shops but Pagats has been my go to for a little over a year now. This is hands down one of the most honest, dependable, and fair priced auto repair shops Ive ever been to. Highly recommended and Veteran friendly!

The best auto repair shop. Jimmy will never try to sell you something that you dont need. In my case he advised me not to do a exhaust replacement as it is not worth it and saved me a lot of money. He spent a lot of time and effort today to find a solution to my exhaust pipe problem but did not charge me a penny. I am amazed.

Worst service ever!!! My car was there 4 times in 2 weeks for the same problem that the mechanics were practically playing a guessing game. I had my car returned to me only to discover a steering problem and a sound like the tire was going to fall off. They recently did some work in this area and obviously did not do it right. When I discovered the car in such bad shape with new issues rather than repairing it all as discussed, I basically said how disappointed I was, how unprofessional everyone in the shop is and I was never returning. My car is waiting to be serviced now at a new mechanic. I will never take my vehicle to Pagats again after this headache.
