First time to come in to store and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. Went in to look for a laptop for college and found one at great price with everything I was looking for. Came with 30 day warranty but he did say even after that if there is any issues to come in and they will help as much as they can. Definitely would go back .

Although I did experience an issue with the used laptop I chose, the staff were extremely helpful and worked with me first to attempt to fix the issue and then to offer me a replacement. I chose to swap it out for a replacement used laptop which has no issues, works great. Very happy with the level of service and the replacement guarantee.

Great place across the board. Low prices on good equipment. Didnt need one but they had 32 Flat screens for $50 and dual core I3 Dell laptops for $150. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shop here first!

As the brick and mortar electronics stores go out of business, billings is left with Best Buy and Walmart. Both having limited selection and obscene prices.Replay has a staff that can help with just about anything from diagnosing a failed laptop power supply to finding a specialized tool to measure electronic interference.TVs, computers, home stereo, mobile devices as well as Ram, hard drives, graphics cards, cb radios and the list goes on. Plus they have a very environmentally focused mission. They are solely responsible for keeping tons (literally) of perfectly good electronics out of the landfill!Cant recommend them enough.
