I needed a new computer monitor first thing this morning for my home office. Office Depots posted hours on-line were to open at 9:00. We arrived at the store at 9:55. There were two other customers standing at the door when we arrived. They were looking at the clock on their phone noting that the doors should be open. The sign posted on the door stated their opening time was 9:00. The employees were just standing there staring at everyone. We assumed the doors just werent opening, so we opened them, they were not locked. The manager was extremely rude and told us the store doesnt open until 10:00. She yelled at everyone who was then coming into the store. We took our business elsewhere, to someone who would appreciate us and our business.
Customer service was phenomenal! Kyle in particular was very helpful and funny as well. He made sure I knew what he was recommending and why and he was very knowledgeable about pretty much everything I asked. Everyone else was very helpful too as I wandered around. Great store and staff!!
OD Print Team was fantastic to work with. They were buried with a big print que of jobs yet greeted me promptly, inquired about my print job and was able to help me get them finished. Thanks McKenzie!

I dont like posting negative reviews. I dont like reading negative reviews. I dont like ranting and raving. So just the facts.I have a business account with Office Depot. I purchased a whiteboard from this Office Depot for said business back on Jan 24th. That particular whiteboard recently went on sale for half what we paid, so my wife took our unopened whiteboard and our original receipt back to see if there was anything they could do to help us take advantage of the price drop.Not only were they not able / not willing to help us save money by an exchange or return, but they were also unkind and unprofessional to my wife.Whoever heard of a 15-day return policy in this day and age? The business my wife and I own offers a 180-day money back guarantee on each and every product. I realize this is exceptional, but I was honestly disappointed that they werent willing to attempt working with us on this.
I went to this store this morning. 11/25/19 I was greeted right away by Zach. He was amazing at helping me find the badge reels I needed even though I did not know the name of them. I was very happy with my experience there and Zach was great!

Had a last minuet AP World History project printer crisis, went in not even knowing you had to download the documents onto a flash drive. Was blessed with the most caring and knowledgeable print station staff. He spent almost 30 min with us helping us through the entire process even though we ended up going right up to closing time. What ever he is being paid it isn’t enough. This was the evening of 9/25

Our office printer died. They had a replacement in stock. Had just received an order of ink cartridges for the old printer. The manager was so kind and exchanged them for the new type needed. Having just had surgery I am un able to carry anything over 5 lbs. The staff was great and carried it out to the car for me. Thanks guys.
I was pleased with the help that I got when I wandered in to check prices on < $100 printers since my home printer decided it was done. After checking Amazon, I had an idea of prices and ratings so I stopped in when I was in the neighborhood. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful and price-matched Office Depot online special for a printer that met my needs. About 5 times a year, I get other good deals here that meet or beat Amazon Prime prices.
Helped a friend buy a computer, who opted to get the virus protection, which apparently has to be done in-store. Guy said it would take an hour. I live across town so decided to wait around the area. Came back after an hour and a half, and he hadnt even STARTED IT YET. Said he got busy, but I must have just missed the rush because there were more employees roaming around than customers. He plain forgot. No sorry, no nothing. So I got to spend my afternoon waiting on this computer. The second time he said it would be a half hour. An hour later, Im still here waiting and he just told me its 50% done. Had three separate chances to go home but didnt because I thought it would be a waste of time to take the 25 minute trip home only to come back when I get the call that its ready. Boy was I wrong. Poor poor customer service.

Great customer service at first. Clerk made a human error and brought out/charged wrong pcu. No biggie however trying to get it corrected proved a very large lack of customer service through out the larger corporation. Folks in this store were great but had to change my review based on systemic lack of customer service culture across Office Depot channels (online and other store).
I came for filing cabinets. I was greated right away. I found what I was looking for easily without help. (I prefer to find things on my own, then ask if I dont find what Im looking for.) I was greated a second time where I decided to ask about document scanning services. They do offer the service however it was a bit out of my budget for the volume of documents I need scanned. So I passed on that. Overall good experience.

They do not have a trained printer after 5pm. Big waste of time. Sent email 20 minutes ahead of time no one knew about it when I arrived. After 20 minutes of theguy failing to print my documents i left with nothing.
