With any large business enterprise one is bound to run into occasional computer and network issues that requires troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical assistance. Even with competent people in such an organization sometimes third party expertise is vitally requisite. Vertex is punctual and performance driven and help us immensely with our mission-critical IT infrastructure enabling us to maximize customer service and sales. They are very responsive and generally answer our questions and address our IT issues in a timely manner. James and Chas are great guys to work with. Theyre friendly and knowledgeable.
