I guess if you need something from here you will find it at a nice low price. Most of the time its a good value.

Clean store. Sometimes hard to find people to ask questions. Also, prices on some things are missing occasionally. Since Covid, it’s awkward to buy things at the grocery part of the store because if you cut through the entrance and get something frozen, you’ll have to shop the rest of the store quickly. Your other option is to go through check out (if you can) to get to it and there are no cashiers there. But I come here a lot; like how much there is look at and the cafe upstairs is great for a snack or lunch.

Best place to buy house plants, especially the Money Tree. Great selection of plants from small plants to larger plants. It is seasonal and occasional, depending on their shipments.I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting to ensure the two plants remained healthy and stronger before recommending others to purchase too. Well. Its been a month already and just a little water each week. Look how healthy they are!Everyone knows about Ikea, so you know its huge and has so many cute things for every room in a home and more!!

Everything was super cute and chic. I was surprised that everything was quite affordable. I will definitely be shopping online. The kids had fun. Everyone I talk to, always hyped the meatballs at Ikea. They definitely lived up to the hype. It was like Thanksgiving to go. They added meatballs first and then topped it with mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of cranberry sauce. Super delicious highly recommended.

I love Ikea, everything is clean and beautiful, plus the prices can’t be beat. My only complaint is that I am handicapped and walking around the store is nearly impossible for me. They don’t have electric carts, so I end up not being able to walk the store. Since the carts are electric, you would think they would have carts that customers could use. The other problem is that quite a few customers were not wearing masks, which makes shopping a concern. I said something to one couple and their response was that they had forgotten their masks and IKEA didn’t have any.

Ohhhhh IKEA. What to say can buy just about anything their... even a kitchen sink. My only problem is anything we looked at was not available. I think bigger not available signs on furniture would be better so Im not waiting my time wanting to get something to find out I cant.... I do love how they little complete room set up tho

The showroom was nicely put together and had a lot of great ideas. Everything was clean and the staff was super helpful even though they were out of stock on the dresser we wanted.

Very clean, everything is well organized. Prices are reasonable and there is a good selection demonstrtated that you can choose from. You can truly find anything for your home. Plenty of modern ideas for your home. Furniture was available for a small home as well as a much more spacious one. Some selections were marked as sold out but when I checked in the marketplace or aisle and bin there would be some in stock. You can also check online for those items and may find them available to ship to your home. Additional plus side is if you are buying big heavy items you can pull your car up to the exit and park it for easy and convenient loading. You may want to have someone with you to take advantage of that. Happy shopping.

Interesting layout, this one is on two levels. When you enter you go on the second floor and then come back for more shopping! Thankfully we got our cart after coming down the steps. Restrooms are sprinkled at places and few empty corners can be seen because they are redesigning. Quite busy around the desks and chairs area. Fairly big restaurant area as well. Enjoy Ikea experience!

Well, its Ikea! You will get a ton of inspiration and ideas just by walking around the store. Functional ad ons to every room in nice colors. Almost every time I walk out with more than I planned on getting. Also on your way out dont forget to grab the gluten free delicious almond cake! Nothing gluten free for me in their restaurant though..

They have enough parking space and also loading place to get your items on to your car very easily.But they are 2 things that are really frustrating. Once you are in, and want to get out of the store immediately, the signs for exit and confusing and they take you all the way round before they take you to exit place. I request store management to please make it very simple, easy and eye catching for customers who want to exit the store immediately.Second thing is, the checkout lanes are always big lined up . With some of them not open. I saw this second time. This is the case even during normal weekends. May be you can do something here ! My idea would be to implement a electronic token system for checkout so that when customers are ready for checkout they can go to kiosk and take electronic token and keep looking around until they get a message when they are number 2 in line or so. This was a really cool store that provided tons of ideas for home organization and nick nacks. This really helped to furnish our daughter going into college for reasonable prices. The cafeteria had an assortment of healthy salads and steamed vegetables as well as fried foods. I would definitely go again. The only complaint I would have is expect to be lost in the winding store maze and there was no one to step through the ordering process.

First timers. The ordering system and floor help could use improvement. Cafe was very good. Packaging of product was surprisingly compact. Overall good experience. Will return.

Its not the greatest, Im not sure exactly what about the store it is but when Im there I feel like my soul is slowly being drained. Like immediately exhausted and lost and confused and somehow spent thousands and thousands of dollars. 😂It was a great place to find my desktop though and without breaking the bank on that specifically. The 300 other things that I bought that I didnt need were what broke the bank 😂

This was our very first time visiting Ikea, people always have nice things to say about it and theyre usually obsessed with it so we know that we had to go to see what all the hype was about since we were in town visiting! They were exactly right the store was amazing and so were the prices, they pretty much had everything you could think of that you would need in your home and then some! We actually got lost while we were inside because there were many turns and corners and separate rooms. Once we figure it out our route in the store and found the elevator we went up to the second floor. The elevator was humongous, at one point there were about 7 people, two carts, maintenance, and a electric scooter. They did real nice on their marketing having different displays of different rooms like bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms it was real nice to see them all displayed on the floor and the fact that it told you the total price if you wanted to do this in your home. My husband and I were really surprised at the prices that we seen in the store, there were some really great bargains that we took advantage of a lot more things that we will probably come back and purchase! The quality of the product was even better then we thought that it would be also! I didnt necessarily need hangers but they were space-saving hangers and they were only $1.87 for 10 thats really going to help out in a house with four closets. We found a piece of furniture that we wanted to purchase but we seen that there wasnt boxes of these products nearby so we just took a picture of the tag and continued on our way. Eventually we came to the warehouse part of the store which I thought was pretty cool because you could just go through and find the item that you wanted and put it in your cart! I thought that was really neat and super convenient!The restaurant was actually closed but we were able to see it and take a picture Im pretty sure that you could order food to go but you just couldnt dine in. While we were exiting there was kind of a snack bar area Im not exactly sure what it was called but you could order hot dogs, Pizza, ice cream cone exedra even their prices for their food was very reasonable Im pretty sure the ice cream cone was only $1.The only negative comment that I have about the store was the fact that the shopping carts were all driving sideways and drifting it was kind of funny at the same time but they werent the best carts for that type of store however we got our shopping done so I have no complaints here! Other than that our first trip to Ikea was amazing and we will definitely be returning!

Good value for your wallet only thing I didnt like was I wish I could have seen more of the place but due to an injury not able to walk too far 😔 would need a scooter. Oh and if you are a plant lover like me 😊they have a beautiful variety of live plants 😃had to control my self❤

Ive been to a few IKEA stores and like the others, this place was busy as all get out! Lots of cool furniture and kitchenware. Some good and great deals throughout. Plan on spending a couple of hours here browsing and at least 30 minutes waiting to check out. A great place to visit!

Always love the day at IKEA! Got a great unfinished chair to paint for less then $30. I also was able to purchase my son some new end tables for his room. Can’t beat the price. Definitely not pieces that will last a lifetime but with respectful treatment should last through college.

This store feels just like other IKEAs in most respects. Similar layout, similar ease (or lack thereof) with parking and picking up items. I will say, however, that Ive always had exceptionally friendly service here. Also, stock has almost always been very good, which is useful when you travel out of your way to get here (delivery/shipping is never that economical with IKEA, for some reason).

Made an unusual stop here to pick up some Malm furniture and they are out of stock. Wished the item finder online would have updated prior to trip. Great displays and space, just not enough inventory. Come early or late to avoid the lines to get in.

IKEA is a great place just to walk around but they also make great low cost furniture and other household items. My family especially likes their kids toys and furniture.

I love Ikea, the experience and their products. However at this location I had very bad customer service. I nicely asked about bags/paper packing and the cashier rudely pointed me to the packing table without saying anything. A lamp I loved was out of stock so I went to the order/delivery desk and inquired. They ignored me for 5 minutes before saying anything not in stock they cant send. Thats it. Their response was incredibly terse and unapologetic. I understand if that is the reality but I find it hard to believe I cant order it online somehow. I left confused and felt unhelped.

Made the mistake of wearing navy pants and a yellow shirt while shopping. I had other customers asking me for help (mostly looking for advice on how to escape the maze/store). Be mindful of your attire if you dont want to have conversations with strangers.The little shop next to the exit sells some solid muesli. I like the regular version, but it comes in chocolate as well.

Decent store. The fact they dont offer shipping on some items but dont offer on others is a disservice. They make you to come to the store to howl away your furniture but then: Hey this one specific item for $70 is not available... Its going to be available next week and the shipping would be same price as the item. I would pay for shipping if you didnt make me come for the other items.

Not crowded, everyone wore masks, lots of things to see....I especially like how they do separate room settings....and bought 2 lamps I didnt know I needed until I saw them. Hand sanitizer is everywhere throughout the store....happy I stopped in.

Always clean and well kept facility. I was a little disappointed in the fact that they were out of the one item I was looking for, seems to be a common trend for big box stores today. For those of you that have a CCL, not allowed. If I had a CCL myself, this would irritate me since only-law abiding citizens will obey the sign.

The store was almost empty. Lots of items sold out and several empty areas that were being changed out. Impossible pricing.

Great place always find something I need. Only bad thing if you pay cash and loose your receipts your basically SOL nothing can be done to return or exchange the items.

Love this place. Their designs and build philosophy are top notch and the cafe is excellentI prefer this one over the one in Schaumburg as it is more of a horizontal layout and one does not have to wait for cart elevators or try to remember what floor something is on. Just travel from one end to the other and youll get to everything

Its a great place to shop. In dont think Americans need to read my reviews to shop here. But to add my feelings about being here I felt happy. I am amazed at the efforts the management takes to gather all these stuff from all corners of the world and make them available at reasonable rates. Well laid out retailing place.

My recent visit to IKEA was short but successful for many reasons.We needed a Junior bed for our 5-year-old and we found one at a great price.Secondly, the store was seemingly empty on that weekday as opposed to during the weekends.We strolled the entire store, scanning items we needed without any hurry, also bought a couple more things required for the kitchen meanwhile, they announced the store was closing early that day.I had been to other IKEA locations in the past and the orderliness, cleanliness, the efficiency of their employees, the whole set up always surprise me positively.The check out process was super quick.PS- There’s an elevator and escalator to access the store. Huge parking space available including accessible parking.#IKEA

Going to IKEA is a day long adventure. We have lunch and walk every square inch of the store.

Not as big as the Schaumburg Ikea. Undergoing renovations - but everything is as good as an Ikea should be.

The lady that brought out my click and collect order was so helpful and pleasant, I wish I had caught her name. The process was easy and quick. I recommend for people who wont be able to lift items into their vehicles!!

This place is a joke, theyre always out of stock of every single item Id like to purchase. I Will never go back in there. wasted so many hours driving there and shopping around just to find out that nothing is available. Id rather pay more elsewhere than deal with this frustration. I hate Ikea!!!

Mary was so nice at the front entrance but the rest of the experience was lackluster. There was an extreme lack of workers and everyone seemed to be extremely dismissive. I would not return and i’m so disappointed and left with nothing.

Like the products, and I know how to cut through the different areas, but my wife gets lost and follows the traffic patterns laid out on the floor. I have a knee replacement and bad back from a head on by drunk driver, so I want shortest path for our purchase. I get the idea is to sell and products are useful, but Im an in and out as fast as possible shopper - while also looking for products I had not intended to purchase.

IKEA is a place that you go for your kids when you want to buy them furniture for their first apartment. This is not a place I would go to buy furniture for my home. I was a little disappointed that only half of the people walking into the store were actually wearing face coverings. At the time during covid 19, I couldnt believe how mobbed this place was, There was no social distancing line to get into the building and people were literally on top of each other I would have to say thousands of people it felt like. I dont plan to return to an IKEA anytime soon in my lifetime. The couch I was looking at looked comfortable and felt comfortable however it was only $700 and the build quality was very poor.

The showroom brings inspiration but when you know what you want the downstairs storage is where you want to be. However there is no easy way to get to it without walking through the whole upstairs showroom first.

I need two lamp shades. They had a good selection for a reasonable price. I also picked up some cinnamon rolls. I didnt expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Light cinnamon flavor not too sweet, so easy to eat several. I recommend microwaving them for 15 seconds they taste fresh made.

Very confusing and seems like no one working there knows answers for something you saw on line or in the catalog! Wanted those room separators that go to the ceiling and not sure about now but they didnt have delivery and if you wanted something big the only option was to put it on the roof of your car!

Ikea is a fantastic place to get picture frames and things like that. If you didnt know, you can walk around the left side of the escalator and go behind it through the double doors next to the Smaland lockers to go directly to the first floor instead of going through the upstairs if you dont want to shop the furniture showroom and just shop the little things.

Definitely the most amazing store in the planet! I paid a visit to IKEA, the nightstand that I was looking for was not there. I called a day before to make sure that the store had it, they said yes they have it. When I got there, they didn’t have it. Oh well I got another nightstand. It took me about 1 hour to assemble it. I love the nightstand. it was a little expensive. I could of bought it at target, but I was at IKEA already.

Always a pleasure to roam around Ikea. Always something new!!!! And its easy to find what Im looking for. The tags on the items are super detailed and making finding the items in the wear house simple.

Ikea is always a good place to go for great ideas and products for the homeThe Bolingbrook Ikea is especially good for new homeowners or young people starting out on their own.The store is laid out to take you past nearly everything if you follow the arrows around the planned path. This makes for a complete, but not very quick experience.We were looking for very specific starter items and found demos but no stock we could buy. That will be for another visit.I happen to like Ikea Cafe food. The meatballs are similar to what I ate growing up with Swedish family. Not home made, but still much better than average! My wife loves the deserts.This trip my wife needed one of the electric carts. I figured things out (where to get them, best options for her to use one, etc.) quickly. Kudos to Ikea for making it easy for her to visit with me!

Make sure you have on your walking shoes when you visit IKEA. Due to the pandemic, everything is spaced out and looks nice, but there’s a lot of walking involved. You’ll get your steps in once you enter the door. Remember to write down or take photos of the item number/pictures when you get to the end so an assistant can help pull the item.

1st time shopper. 1st floor was a self-pick warehouse and shopping goods. 2nd floor was displays of their items. Nice large store with very nice employees. I couldnt believe some of their prices. The furniture was a really good value.

Came here looking to outfit a few rooms and the choices are endless. Kinda hard to get anyone to answer questions but it could have been time of day? getting in and out was easy. Good prices.

Great store. Reasonable prices. For returns you have to enter from the entrance which is a long route. It would be better if they allow to enter from exit for returns. Items are difficult to locate in the store even when the website is saying they are in stock. Possibility of tracking an objects location from the website would make finding stuff so much easier.

Neat, clean, and an awesome place to shop furniture and other house related appliances! They truly do have everything and you cant beat the prices. I love looking at their inspiration rooms thats been decorated - it feels like youre inside a magazine / MV set. I would highly recommend here as employees are also super helpful and kind.

Honestly, over rated. It is so big and hard to navigate. It is hard to find prices for a lot of items items many items were not where they were supposed to be. The idea that you go through the showroo. And then the whole store part is kind of crazy; there are short cuts, but it only helps if the short cuts get you closer to something you want, but if you forget something you have to go around again. The whole this is overwhelming and frustrating. Went to get things that werent online just to find them not in store. Somethings were a great deal, but overall things were priced to much and the massive store is an inconvenience with few workers in the actual store compared to the showroom. I will stick to your everyday stores and online shopping for my needs.

I am sad that the company doesnt care about online customers and their companys reputation. I got a new home. No furniture. I am a single mom. I cant go pickup a sofa on my own - its too heavy for me. I ordered a sofa online from Ikea. The earliest delivery was in 10 weeks, ok, I am patient. The day before I received a confirmation with exact delivery time. Kids excited. The time it should be delivered I got email that Ikea is out of stock and I will be refunded. Cool. I could have ordered from another store. Customer service said they can offer another sofa in 2 months and no guarantee it wont be the same issue. Disappointed.

I mean how can you not love IKEA? My whole house is signed IKEA and I love it! It’s not too expensive, you put it together and it’s easy!! Do your wallet a favor and check it out.

We made the road trip as we were looking for a small drawer system for my wife to put her socks and miscellaneous in. We used to be in the store for a couple of hours or more but the variety seems to have left and theres just not as much there to keep you enticed. It will probably be a couple of years before we go back as it just doesnt feel like its worth the road trip anymore. It was one of the first times we had been there and not bought one thing. Luckily our girlfriend was with us and she bought a new duvet for her bedroom. Not sure it was worth the wait in line though but she overall is happy and thats all that matters. So we rate this three stars but it is not the Ikea we remember.

Went there to window shop with a friend. Lots of options and the room setups were very nice. Only thing is that Studios apartments are not that big in Chicago, so dont expect your Studio to look like theirs, even if you buy all the same stuff lol

My wife went to look at television stands with my 17-month old son today. They had found a real nice entertainment setup for a good price, however there was no way she was going to place a 4-piece unit into an SUV with a child in a car seat. Obviously, there’s no room. Well, we were fine with the $49 delivery fee. The “Sale Associates,” at the store told her that she needed to pick up all the boxes and bring them down to delivery area. Yes, like she is going to do that with a 17-month old child in her arms. Heck, what happens if she gets hurt in the store trying to lift those boxes by herself? Are you telling me that IKEA can’t afford to have their own employees work, and move or assist with this? Even Walmart has employees that will place items into you freaking car! Just know, that when you come to IKEA to purchase a product, be ready to work because there employees are either alway on break or in Sweden…

Who doesn’t love Ikea?! From the affordable furniture to the delicious and cheap hot dogs, this is actually a fun place to walk around. We sometimes just make a quick evening out of simply browsing the selections and thinking up new ideas for our living space. If you need some decent but affordable furniture, always check IKEA. You’ll be surprised how many great items you could find on a visit!

I love IKEA. Where else can you find nice unique furniture, at a reasonable prices, and Swedish meatballs all in one place. The customer service was superb.The only thing that threw me off was those shopping carts. They were sliding all over the place.

Curbside pick up for online orders is the best option when you already know what you want and to make sure its not sold out by the time you get to the store. The young lady who was bringing out the orders today was so kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this option.

Excellent place with the huge showroom of everything that people might need for their new house. The price is also much affordable while the items are all good looking. Perhaps the best furniture store for students who are moving out and are getting their own place. There are so many things that could help the life of a person who is just starting on their own, and it’s also an excellent place for people who want to change their home a little bit or a lot. The showroom was long starting from the second floor to the first floor to the storage where the customer can grab what they need by using searching kiosks. The foods were also tasty and not so expensive that they are worth to visit on a Saturday morning for a free show of furnitures, perhaps. Just stop by, walk through the showroom of the sofas, shelves, tables to kitchen items, silverware, lamps, and plants. After that, a try of some Sweden meatballs and desserts could make a fun weekend.

Good eating spot! Enough seats! Selections descent! Dessert will entice! Plus you get the mall walk for any housing items you can imagine. Then, eat again on your way out! They dropped the veggie dogs-im devasted! I was told they will come from Sweden in 3- 4 months..please be the case! Instead, turn to the frozen chocolate covered marshmallows!!
