We had been Sprint customers for 22 years. We had to switch to T-Mobile and our experience with T-Mobile was not good until we were helped by the Team at the T-Mobile Store at 741 E. Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, IL. The words AMAZING and PHENOMENAL are the words that come to mind when describing the customer service my wife and I received from this T-Mobile location.After having an unproductive and discouraging encounter at the West Boughton T-Mobile (the lead store), we came home ready to throw in the towel, when we contacted T-Mobile Customer Service and we were assisted by Katherine, who was given the same run around by the West Boughton location; however, she did not give up on our dilemma and thankfully, connected us with Jack (East Boughton location manager) Immediately, he was able to resolve our problem. He proactively listened to us and invited us to come to his store where he and his team would happily assist us further. When we arrived, Jack immediately knew who we were and assigned us to work with his employee Alex. Alex was able to explain everything to us in laymans terms, get us connected into the proper plan for our family and just genuinely cared about our cellphone needs. Both Jack and Alex spoke with me in Spanish which was quite impressive. I, also, observed, while waiting our turn, that they were treating each customer with the same courtesy and respect. In order to complete our transaction and transfer to T-Mobile from Sprint, we had to return to the store. Again we were greeted with the same genuine concern and gratefulness for our business, and the transaction was completed by another employee Jared. Jared was in the process of learning how to switch over the phones, and we were so impressed how Jack calmly and respectfully taught Jared the new process. One of the most impressive things that I noticed was the mutual respect between the manager and the employee as well as the mutual respect for the customer. A business transaction that is welcoming from the start, to resolving the issues at hand, and closing the business transaction with a mutual respect for the customer will always be successful and make the consumer a repeat customer and build customer loyalty for years to come; plus, word of mouth can make a world of difference for a store as well as the Company. We will continue to frequent this location for our T-Mobile needs as well as encourage others to go to this store.

We went to T-mobile today not knowing what the promotions were. The staff was busy and we knew we would take a long time. Noe immediately greeted us and took care of us. I came in for my one year upgrade for a iPhone 12, I payed a fee that was supposed to be payed for this device until next year, I payed it off at the store because I didn’t want to do monthly payments and now I am being charged $330 monthly when I asked them 5 times if my payment was going to stay the same and they said yes, that it was going to stay the same exactly. What basically happened was that I was being lied to when getting my upgrade, they said my monthly payment wouldn’t change, I am now paying double because I was lied to when they told me I wouldn’t pay more than what I already am.

Jack and Noe were the most sweet and helpful gentleman. I have been a loyal customer for a while and they have treated me so well !

Good morning. I was so happy to see that the T-Mobile store at 745 Janes avenue in Bolingbrook was open. I walked in and met Jack, the associate that serviced all the questions I had. I needed to know how to clear some data and also I had questions about my visual voicemail. This young dude Diego has the customer service game on lock. Not only does he know how to engage the customer.... he’s fast and knows his stuff!! Usually I dread going in to stores to get phones.... but we were in and out in 13 minutes flat. It probably took so long because I was running my mouth lol. But you’ve got a special guy here!!! I will come back again and again..... the main reason is because of Diego. I didn’t catch the other associates name but he was equally as warm and helpful. These guys rock.... Last night my phone went out or at least I thought it did. The 2 young men, DeVonte & the hispanic male surpassed my expectations of T.Mobile on my experience w/ them two. I waited outside the store for almost 20 minutes because no one arrived to open the store on time. After I, along with other customers, began walking up to go in, one of the staff told us that it would be at least another 10-15 minutes until we could come in because they had to prep the store first. I generally have good experiences here but this was disappointing.

Came to this location after fourth of july, I normally go to the one off Weber, this location looked new and once I walking in I spoke with Mario and he was a great help, not only did he help me to get a new phone but was able to transfer my contacts. A very pleasurable experience! I went in looking to upgrade my Samsung s4 to the new s5 and was greeted quickly. Cedric helped me cover my needs, gave me a great deal on some accessories and also mentioned an iPad promotion that I qualify for, just for being a T-Mobile customer....wow :-) I didnt feel pressured at all. Unlike some stores Ive been in. Definitely felt taken care of at this Bolingbrook location..

The agent called Itaz is very unprofessional. at first she was working on her phone for her own buisness for more than 10 minutes, did not say anything to me and just let me stand there. When she started to work on my case, she did not know the answer, so she called tmobile tech support, but the waiting time is more than 15 minutes, and the phone is not getting through, and she did not explain anything to me during the calling. basically i spent 30 minutes there for nothing.
