These guys are awesome! I walked in to purchase a phone but guys gave me such a good offer that I walked out with 4 iPhone 12 MaxPros for half of their price! Activation took a while as my phone was locked, but Anthony was kind enough to stay on the line to solve the issue. He was on line for over 50 minutes, but in the end helped me. Such a patience and professionalism!In the next visit Victor served me and the service shifted my expectations of these guys. Great job and good location! They solve your issues and in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

They also took the time to find me deals, so even thought three of us got brand new phones, our monthly bill was reduced by more than 20%. Julia was very helpful and informative. She went above and beyond to make sure that my specific needs were met. I was very impressed with the manner in which she displayed the variety of devices that best fitted my request. As opposed to just selling me a product, she made sure that I walked out with the phone that I would be best fitted with. Ever visit to this location is helpful and delightful .Patrick was a great associate, as well .I was very impressed with his customer service skills, not only assisting Julia but in his mannerisms towards the customers that entered while I was being taken care of. This store is my favorite in the country.

I came in and was greeted by the sweetest person ever! Let me tell you about Samantha, I came in to just pay my bill ... recently moved to the area and usually go to the store down the street by the promenade or use the kiosk but now I think I’ll continue to come here! She was nice enough to pull up my account and show me the special offers offered to me. Overall great employees in the store everyone was so nice and i was just paying my bill . Even got me water while i sat down ! Above and beyond these people go! Telling everyone to come here .

Awesome experience, very welcoming they took the time and break down everything in detail so you can better understand. Very professional I must say. They actually let you in on the good deals they have for you unlike some places I have been. They actually tell me about all the good discount especially for military personnel. Once again it was a great experience I wasnt planning on getting new phone yet but they did pull me in and got my attention.

Daniel was an absolute joy to work with. Everything went well with transferring to a new phone and he found me an excellent deal on the newer phone. He explained everything that was happening every step of the way and was a great guy to spend the time with while waiting for the old phone to offload data. I was having problems with connecting my Android (Samsung) phone to Google Maps on my car and directly on my phone. I walked in here and worked with Moe. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain every question I had for him. I felt like he worked with me and for me. I did not feel pressured to buy something or adjust my service. I would recommend this Verizon dealer over any other one in the area. Ive been to many different Verizon stores before but I can promise you, I will go to this one in the future for anything regarding my Verizon service. I purchased a new phone yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the service Jose provided. It was not crowded like other dealerships in the area. I like the dress code everyone was dressed in dress pants and ties as opposed to denim and casual attire. Consider this place for your new cell phones.

When I first went to Verizon I wasnt certain about the plan, and whether I should go to T-Mobile instead. Chris explained to me in depth the plans that Verizon offered and I thought I will give Verizon a chance, he was patient and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the offers, and we found the perfect one for me. I am very pleased with the service so far and I am one happy customer that will come back again. Chris from now on is my go to person.

Very slowly Wi Fi, because he could not load the backup copy in icloud . As a result, all the data from my phone was irretrievably lost. In the electronics store Wi-Fi should be perfect besides did not work kasovye aparaty had to pay cash . The workers are friendly friendly and 5 stars .
