Store was closed almost a half hour after business hours online said they were due to open (10:30am was supposed to be opening, door was opened around 11am). Customer had to call a phone number on the front window with no name that just said they were hiring. Once called, the customer was assured someone would be opening the door shortly. Upon entrance, customer was made aware that employee was late because she brought her young child to work with her. Child appeared to be approximately 2 years old. Employee stated she was potty training her child which is why she didnt unlock the store earlier; because she couldnt leave the child alone in the bathroom. When the owners name was requested, the employee got rude, refused to give the customer the owners name or her own name, called the owner in front of the customer and purposely spoke another language so that the customer could not understand what was being said, while smiling as if the whole incident was funny, and then told the customer she is no longer welcome there. All because the customer asked for the owners name. The employee also denied opening the store late, asked the customer inappropriate questions, and started raising her voice and swearing at the customer before the customer left the store. Attempts to contact the store owner through phone call and text after the incident to resolve issues went unanswered. Would give 0 stars if possible, and this customer will no longer do business at this store.

Just bought an iPhone 7 for my son and paid 149.99 for the brand new phone and first month .No other boost store offered me this. So happy I came here after calling 6 other boost stores. Thumbs up to leslie and crew.
