Never attempted to buy from this place. You going to regret. Consumers has no value to them. I will never buy anything from them. Calling to place a order or get in answer you can wait for looooong time .

I dont leave many reviews as quite frankly I dont care what you do, however this is different. My local shop needed until mid July to delivery a Husqvarna 550xp2 and I just got my saw literally within 24 hrs. from the time I ordered. This is probably unusual however a great job by both Chainsaws Direct and Fedex.

Should have known better. Ordered 2 Husqvarna saws for our Fire Department. One has never worked properly. They insist I take saw to a service center over 60 miles away. Still does not work and no back up from Chain Saw Direct.

Dont know if this is a real company, called 2 times, waiting for someone to answer, over 30 minutes. Sent email, no reply. Their site wouldnt let us order the chainsaw we wanted with a different bar size. Very frustrating!!!
