My husband and I recently had the need to update the cushion from a recliner we purchased at the Bonita Springs Palm Casual in 2013. Joe Wise took care of us and we were once again reminded that service at Palm Casual is second to none. Joe went out of his way to show us material options, going all over the store to find examples of materials we might be interested in. Customer service is clearly a priority at this store. Couldnt recommend this store more highly.

I am very frustrated with Palm Casual and their complete lack of customer service. When we first came into Palm Casual to look we were told they were running 6-8 weeks to get an order in. I went back less than a week later to place the order and was told it would be 8-10 weeks. Fine. No problem. I understand. 10 weeks come and go and no table and chairs, no phone call, nothing. I call the store and I am told it is now 12 weeks. O.k. fine. 12 weeks come and go and nothing. No phone call, no update. Again, I call them. Should be here anytime they say. They say they will call the manufacturer and inquire and call me that afternoon. They dont call back. Again. Sometime during week 12 they get the chairs. They do not call me to let me know. I call them. They say I will be called on Monday morning and be given a two hour window for delivery of the chairs. They do not do that either. I call them Monday afternoon and they call the delivery driver. Delivery driver calls me and states Ill be there in 30 minutes. Week 13 arrives and still no table. No phone call. No update. I call to inquire they say it didnt come. They dont know why. They will call the manufacturer and call me with an update. Surprise. They dont call me again. It will be at least 14 weeks for the table and still counting.

Great service, we got all our lanai furniture recovered and a new table top, it all looks like new, they did a fabulous job. The young man that came to set it all up, Willie, was very helpful. We would highly recommend Palm Casual.

My husband and I went to Palm casual in April. Everyone of their staff were very helpful. We picked out a nice lanai set and fabric for our chairs. They also made cushions for some wicker dining chairs that we had. They did a fantastic job. We were very happy to support a small family owned business. Their products are quality pieces. Their customer service was awesome. The set we ordered was going to take longer than promised so they provided us a loaner set until ours was completed. Both were free deliveries, no hassles at all & the guys were great. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

I purchased a table and six chairs from Joe at the Bonita Springs store. I had a minor problem with the table (cosmetic) and when I explained it to Joe, he immediately set out to make it right. The end result was more than I could have hoped for, and my only suggestion is that if you have an issue with their products, give them a chance to make it right. Customer service and satisfaction is so much more than a saying to them. It is my understanding they are a small family owned business, and especially now, if you ever needed a reason to buy American and support the small businesses of our country, this is a great place to start. Definitely a quality product with superior customer service.

I have purchased some pvc bar height chairs and some other accessories from Palm Casual for a beach investment property in New Smyrna Beach. I find the Palm Casual staff extremely pleasant to work with and their products and value for the dollar second to none. I say this with years of experience in furnishing the outside areas of several beachfront properties in the area. The workmanship, quality and obvious benefits of pvc in an outdoor Florida setting make this purchase an outstanding investment. Their products are also advantageous in that their sling mesh and cushion seating surfaces can be replaced without replacing the entire furnishings for an economical replacement cost. I also give them kudos when I had to work out a repair solution after an unruly guest damaged one of the chairs.I am now looking for other bar and dining settings for a few other properties needing patio/deck furnishing replacements and I am already dealing with Danielle at Palm Casual for the furnishing solutions. I find their products well worth the investment over other alternatives to avoid rust and other wear and tear destruction that occurs in the Florida weather. It is also great to have the ability to replace seating areas required from wear and tear or to freshen up or change the look by replacing the sling mesh and cushion seating without replacing the entire furniture pieces.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Palm Casual products and services and am confident in recommending them for patio furnishing products and solutions for value and quality.

Bought beautiful outdoor furniture from Palm Casual. A few months later, had a small issue with 1 piece. They were great! Went above and beyond. Told our friends, and 4 of them also bought from Palm Casual. After purchase service is so important. Compared to others, their prices are reasonable, and quality is great. Going back this week to buy more pieces, to match, for our new home!!

We bought a full lanai set there about 3 years ago - we love it. We had some trouble with our swivel rocker. Kyle told us not to worry because we are covered for 5 yearsWe have a new rocker - no charge. We are so please with ththe way we were treated, especially Kyle. Also, their prices are the best. Everyone should shop here.

Called to ask if they had the chairs I wanted and after learning they had them but in a different color, I asked if she could send me a photo. I was told there were a couple customers in the store and she wouldnt have time! I wont be bothering to go into the store and give my business to a place with such poor customer service.

Highly recommend! This is one of the most customer friendly shops you can imagine. I had a broken part on my sun bench after 5 years if use. It was repaired for free and even delivered to our home for free.

We owned a PVC pipe lounge chair from Palm Casual for 30 years ( no lie) & wore out the first cushion & were on our second. The old favorite just didn’t work at our new villa- so we had these beautiful chairs made. I will always pay for quality furniture ESPECIALLY since they are made right here in Florida! Go local & co USA workers! Don’t buy at Walmart & support China! We bought our lanai furniture from Palm Casual a few years and ago and have loved it. Well made, comfortable and looks good. When we got back to FL this year, we discovered one of the chairs wasnt sitting properly and reached out for help. To our surprise, Willie was at our condo in just a few days and fixed it quickly and professionally without question. A very nice young man who is proud of his job with Palm Casual.
