Beautiful showroom with everything you need to make your outdoor space stunning & inviting. Lisa Richards our Design Consultant could not have been more helpful & not pushy. I feel as though I have made a new friend.While in Bonita Springs for the winter my husband & I stopped in and ended up purchasing some beautiful patio furniture for our new home in Pittsburgh, PA. It has been a great experience working with Lisa. We had a little problem with one of the chairs. After contacting Lisa, her & Nate were immediately working on the issue. The next day we were notified that they will be shipping us a new frame. It was hassle free!!! We will continue to do business with Elegant Outdoor Living. Thank you for the great experience. J & C

Totally heart broken. They have a dining set that I wanted and was excited to show to my husband. I wore a mask and my husband cannot due to recent heart surgery. They kicked us out and didn’t ask why. If the store was busy, I may be able to understand but not one customer was in there. The guy was a total jerk and extremely rude.

We recently furnished our outdoor terrace in our new condo. We shopped all around and couldn’t find what we liked until we went to Elegant Outdoor Living. Our design consultant Gordon made it easy for us from start to finish. He was there to help us with some great recommendations and vast product knowledge. He was reliable and always followed up and returned our calls. We love our new furniture and everything fits perfectly! We would highly commend them. Make sure and ask for Gordon to help you.

We received our dining table, chairs and chaises as ordered and early!! Lisa Richards did an excellent job; well be back for future needs. Delivery personnel worked hard to set up to my standards. Again, very pleased!!!

RUDE SALESPERSON! I went into the store shopping for cushions for my newly purchased (elsewhere) teak outdoor dining chairs. First I asked if the store carried pre-made standard cushions (no). I then asked about ordering custom chair pads. The sales lady gave me a really hard time when I gave her the precise dimensions. She spoke to me in a condescending way. Totally uncooperative. I felt like she did not want to assist me. I walked out. Would never bring my business to a store where salespeople have such an attitude!

Had a great experience. Gordon helped with fabrics and options. Gave us great ideas. Placed our order. Order came when expected. Love the furniture.
