Great Quality Pieces. You get what you pay for. Even some great floor samples, although you have to arrange your own pick up and delivery for floor samples. Birth Naples and Do Myers store have similar but also carried pieces, so I would check them both out!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Gary is awesome to work with. He helped my MIL pick out a new chair and was extremely patient and helpful. Delivery was on time and furniture was placed how we wanted it! The two young men who made the delivery were extremely polite and wanted to please. They did an awesome job!

While there are some quality products at this store, you should be very cautious about buying anything from the Natuzzi Editions line. Natuzzi is a highly regarded Italian company. Natuzzi Editions, on the other hand, is made in China and is inferior to Natuzzi in almost every way. In our case, a power recliner mechanism broke after less than six months of use in our seasonal home. Unfortunately, it was more than a year after our original purchase so the manufacturer’s warranty was limited to parts only, and the store did nothing to assist us other than referring us to the third-party extended warranty we had purchased.The warranty company’s response was not particularly prompt, and it took six months to get the necessary parts from China and complete the repair. Yes, COVID was a factor in the delay, but it still took six months! On top of that, the repaired mechanism just failed again which strongly suggests that it isn’t of the quality one would expect in a $5000 sofa. Will the re-repair take another six months?Finally, the sofa is starting to sag in places. The foam cushions are not of the density or resiliency that we expected, and there’s no way to fix it. The cushions are permanently attached so the can’t be rotated to another spot, flipped over, or restuffed. We’ll be lucky if this sofa lasts five years. For $5000, that’s not good value for money.

This is a reliable retailer with dependable and customer-friendly store management. We bought three pieces of a reclining living room set after Irma. In less than a year and a half, one piece, despite several attempts at repair by their technicians, just failed. Alignment of the two love-seat pieces, excessive wear, etc. Dreaded a confrontation over the problem, but the store manager, Steve, Friedman, after we showed him pictures of the problems, immediately went to work ordering and replacing that piece, and a month later we have it in place, hassle-free. Great showroom; terrific selection; and excellent management. This store is definitely worth checking out of you are looking for furniture.

I found a sectional I wanted on line. It was discontinued but found it at the Bonita Springs location through the help of Marianna at the Brandon store. Steve assisted me expertly over the phone sending me photos and dimensions. It was delivered in excellent condition. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend Leather Furniture Gallery and special thanks to Steve at the Bonita Springs store. My sectional is just perfect and exceeded my expectations.

We ordered leather furniture . Came on time. Within 3 days big indentations left on seats of sofa not the love seat. (Puddling). We are not big people. Matter brothers sent over to view and he agreed should not happen to brand new furniture, he said it was inferior foam and recommended it should be fixed. We have got no where with this after constant calls and emails. They sold us an inferior product and we do not recommend FLG. Dont buy there. They do not stand behind their products.

After being ignored at Norris while trying to buy a Stressless Chair...after being left for another customer at Baers while trying to buy a $2600 chair...At Florida Leather Gallery the sales associate got a very easy commission simply by paying attention to under dressed me and by knowledgeably answering my questions.And, while I was there on a mission to get a specific chair I browsed the rest if the store. When I get ready to buy a new leather sofa I will take the time to drive past all the leather furniture stores on 41 from Naples to Bonita Springs to return here.
