Worst waxing experience I have ever had. I will not be going here again. Left a complete strip of hair on my “Brazilian” & didn’t know the proper technique of how to even wax. It’s giving you need to be retrained. Want a refund & won’t be going to this location again. Smh.

I absolutely LOVE coming here !!! I have been a regular customer going on a little over a year and I must say I always have a fabulous experience. Working with Ana has been an absolute pleasure. She’s a mature seasoned Waxer who really makes you feel comfortable. I will continue to come here because I feel valued. Us women have so many needs and it’s hard keeping up with everything but when you make it a routine to get a full body wax it becomes seamless. I feel beautiful and comfortable in my own skin which has been hard for me. But Ana and the staff here have made it so easy for me. Went there for a body wax, they don’t know how to do it the right way, the owner was erogant, costumer service is bad, I would recommend any one not to go to this particular location.

Their Brazilian is not really a Brazilian. Not a good value for what you pay. You can get a better experience for less. I only went there for convenience to my office but i decided I’ll return to my local spa where i know I’ll get service with a smile that goes the extra mile …for my patronage.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time (2+ years) and had no issues until now. I called and told them I would be 5 min late and had just parked and was walking in. The girl answering the phone told me she was canceling my apt and would re-book me for a later time (30 min). Even though they had a “9 min policy”, I was only 5 min late. I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 min. She wasn’t even wearing her mask when I walked in and was rude to me. She still never put her mask on the entire time I was there. She told me I had to wait because there was someone ahead of me. I ended up waiting 20 min. While I was waiting a woman walked in 10 min late for an apt and she told her to go right in. This specific woman in the picture was so rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting I overhead her saying negative things about customers who entered and commenting on how little they tipped certain employees. I’ve never had such an awful experience with an employee here.

CHRISTINA was so amazing at my brazilian wax! This is Coming from esthetician as well! She did a proper and clean wax in literally 13 minutes and was so friendly the whole time. I felt comfortable with her as if we were best friends lol. Definitely my waxer whenever I visit Boston !

The worst service! Had an appointment, waited for over 30mins while the staff let two others go before me, one of which didn’t have an appointment. Asked to speak with the manager and they refused. Go to the other locations in Boston.

Ask for Jessi! That’s just that on that. She’s efficient, friendly, professional, and plain old quick. Her extensive knowledge makes the first time or repeat experience painless. Also her product knowledge really makes a difference.

Friendly and Professional tho I did feel rushed an for the price of all services its to feel that way isnt a comfortable feeling.....

I love that European Wax is all over the country. While I was in Boston for work I had a spare day and decided to book an appointment. It’s awesome that all the esthetician’s are trained the same way so it’s pretty much the same experience everywhere you go.

Ana gives me the BEST wax. I was waxing for 7 years and didnt know what I was missing until I met Ana at the washington st location. She is meticulous and knowledgable about her trade and I highly recommend her services at European Wax Center!

I love going to this place most especially so see Jovani. She was always so quick and very skilled. New growth was always so smooth. I am very disappointed that Jovani is no longer with this group. If anyone has her contact information please share. I still have yet to find a better skilled waxer...😞

Service was horrible, I waited 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Once I had my appointment my wax was so rushed because she was so behind on her schedule! Would highly recommend to go somewhere else with better service and take time to wax you

Staff was so friendly and welcoming! I went to Jovani for a Brazilian and she was awesome!!! She was so friendly and nice, not to mention fast & pain free. She is amazing at her job!

This is the second time Ive had a horrible wax at this place. I went again only because the place I usually go to moved and Euro Wax is near my neighborhood. Itd also been a few years since Id been to that venue so had hopes that theyd improved. The wax itself was much more painful than it is when I usually get it (I am used to hard wax and had just been waxed in January at a different place in another country) and when I got home I saw 3 areas where there were patches of hair and I did my best to pluck them out myself. :( I dont know if the person I had was new or what but I was sorely disappointed. Guess I gotta wait til I go back to South Africa to get waxed again :(

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the 2nd time I have a bad experience with the place. The first time I came to the Washington location I had the loveliest person help me everything about the service was great so I thought I would go again. My first bad experience was in Brookline, the lady was super kind but she did a terrible job, her wax was completely uneven and I still had some hair in certain areas! The second time is also the last time I would ever go back (in Washington st) The lady was rude, not informative, her wax came out so bad I had to go back home and attempt to fix it. The hair I asked her NOT to remove she removed. And to top it off it left my skin super irritated! The whole reason why I wax is to avoid that irritation. I wish I can get my $60 back!

Ive been going to this EWC for about a year now. Jovani takes care of me. Shes always welcoming and super sweet. She gets the job done quick and efficient. I never have to worry about her leaving hair stranglers. We get along really well so we talk through the entire session. Jovani is the only person I book with and Id like to keep it that way. I would highly recommend booking with her esp if its youre first time.

Terrible service. Terrible place. Save your money. EWC kept calling me the day before my reservation to re-book to a different day and front of house staff Stacy was unapologetically ruthless in communicating that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn’t want to use this location... done. Give them what they want and go somewhere else.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful ladies that I met at the European Wax Center yesterday. Starting with the great customer service at the front desk to my Esthetician Stephany!! Stephany was freaking amazing! Her room was clean, her attitude was great, and she definitely made me feel confident & comfortable enough on getting my first wax. I wouldnt trade her for anyone and I am definitely going to recommend this wax center to more women.

The service at the WASHINGTON st location sucks. I have had numerous problems there and don’t try to schedule an appt online because when you come in they will not honor it even with a confirmation. Today they were turning people away for no appts but had several openings when I looked while in their presence. They deactivate who they want to make accepted for....oh and if you are 9 minutes or more late they cancel your appt no acceptor s even though they can keep you waiting for 10-15 Min. Not sure if it’s the management of this location or the standard with the European wax center.

Updating this review based on the service I didnt get today. Apparently the waxer I was supposed to see broke her hand. My problem is with the customer service, I get a call during my working hours ( which I didnt pick up), where they cancelling my app. Forget actually talking with your customer. Needless to say that I didnt listen to the voicemail until today because Im thinking they called to confirm the app. I arrive at 10:04am(after driving around for 10 min looking for parking) to find the place closed, called thinking that they prob inside setting up or something, only to wait until 10:15 ( time of my app) to see if somebody that works at this location would show up. Needless to say that Im not coming back to this location. P.s: they getting a one star ratting because its the lowest.

I always go here but never had a preference for a waxer until i seen a review about Jovanni, I went to see her today and she’s amazing hands down .
